I recommend a place for Mom and Carriage Crossings to every one. Thank you for your service. I would highly recommend them to go visit. [name removed] is so wonderful to work with. When I had to put Mom on hospice, she worked with me so Mom could stay there.

Carriage Crossing has been a great place for our mom. It is clean and has such an inviting feel to it. The staff is amazing and take such good care of all the residents. They are so friendly. We are very pleased.

I am very glad I chose Carraige crossing. The residents and the staff are friendly. The facility and out apt is clean. There are plenty of activities for us as well as entertainment. We also have exercise club all day. The food is restaurant quality.

My mom has been at CC for 1 year. She has dementia and when she went she weighed 85 lbs now she eats 3 healthy meals a day and is so happy there. I don't think there is not anything CC would not do for her or anything in our family.

Carriage Crossing Memory Care was a perfect place for my Mom. She received great care and everyone knew her at the facility. The staff became a part of the family. It is not easy to place a person in a care facility, but Carriage took the concerns away. We were always well informed of my Mom's status. They helped us above and beyond.

Our experience has been nothing but awesome! We were met with open arms by Lisa, and those that worked alongside her during the time of making a decision to move our mom into assisted-living. From the moment that I spoke with [name removed], she calmed my nerves and was with us every step of the way. She provided all the information we needed to explain the process. Since this was all new for my sister and I, Lisa and the staff loved on us too. The transition to Carriage Crossing for Mom went seamless. The entire staff were/is so welcoming. The facility is beautiful and provides lots of activities for the residents. No regrets on our decision.

Carriage Crossing Rochester is one of the cleanest care facilities I have ever experienced. The decor is beautiful and tasteful. The staff has been extremely caring toward our parents and always receptive to feedback. The way they handled our father's recent passing was so thoughtful during our extremely difficult time. They were just as heartbroken as we were over his sudden passing. Dad was brought back to Carriage from the hospital to spend his last 48 hours with his wife (our mom) in the comfort of the room he was familiar with. They were amazing to us and it was very apparent at how much they truly loved our dad. We all cried together. The majority of the staff treats you like family when visiting and handles our loved ones with such loving care and respect. I think that is rare these days and hard to find. Its refreshing to see happiness and joy expressed to our loved ones during their last chapter in life. That is a gift we are beyond grateful for!

My wife & I have been residents for 3 years & feel our care has been very good and any issues or concerns have been addressed quickly!!!

Everyone is very friendly & caring. It is very clean & inviting. You can feel how much the staff cares for the residents. I would say it is the best in Decatur.

I have had the opportunity to work with Carriage Crossing numerous times with referrals from our facility to theirs and referrals from their facility, hosting internal activities with their activities department and they are wonderful! They go out of their way to make residents and families feel at home and welcome.

The memory care is wonderful. The residents are cared for by a very loving staff. Everyone of the staff members knows what is going on. They keep family informed of any changes or needs. The supplies that you bring for your loved one goes into the closet in their room and are only used for your loved one. The food is very tasty and nutritious. They give top notch care with love. They have activities, meals, and lots of rest. I can not thank the staff enough for taking care of my Mom. She always looked good and was happy and comfortable. Thank you a place for Mom for helping me find Carriage Crossing and Thank you Carriage crossing for the great care and love you gave my Mom.

I really like this community. It is warm, people are friendly, and residents appear happy. Staff do their best to accomodate, and acknowledge areas needed to improve. Very reponsive leadership team. Continues to become better.

We recently toured this facility. Love the “Main Street” theme with all the various activities going on. Very clean & a newer facility. Staff is friendly. Residents are happy and seem well-cared for.

Upon visiting Carriage Crossing Ibwss amazed by their staff. The community is very clean and the employees that work there are hands-on I recommend this building to anyone one who is looking for a home for their loved one their memory care, the state of the art.

We have very pleased with Carriage Crossing. The nurses and aides have been very patient and caring for my mother . Everyone there has been very professional . My mother enjoys the meals and the activities. The housekeeper is very personable and very thorough in cleaning mom’s suite . It is a very beautiful facility .

This is one of the best senior communities I have toured. It looks like a boutique hotel. Great attentive staff and food is 5 star.
