We have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the community, everyone has done a good job keeping it well maintained. We have been very pleased with the staff and their care services. We really enjoying working with them. They are very sweet towards our loved one and keep us informed with any updated. They are always willing to help out and are very involved with the residents. The activities are good and we appreciate that they encourage our loved one to get involved and she does which is surprising to us. It seems like the staff really do care about their residents.

The staff are extremely friendly, everyone from the executive director to house keeping is wonderful. We have hospice that comes in and we were told they are the best and we just cannot express enough how good they are. It really is a wonderful place. No matter how big or small of an update they have regarding our loved one they always give us a call. We get pictures all the time of our loved one doing different activities. We would recommend this community to any family.

I liked this community during our tour.

This property is very different. This is a clinical environment for residents that are more independent. There are a lot of activities and it was a large facility. This place was excellent, it just was not for my loved one.

Our family was able to do an in person tour before the covid pandemic so we were able to see the entire community and everything they had to offer. The tour was great, it is a very nice and clean community. They had very nice apartments, and it was one of our top choices but in the end it just came down to the value for cost.

We had toured multiple communities before chosing Cadence for Mom. We loved it from the moment we walked in. Friendly staff and residents. We were greeted by the sweetest gentleman, who made us feel at home. He told us why he loved it there. The rooms are clean and spacious. They had a wonderful musical group playing. The food smelled amazing. We have been very pleased and most of all Mom is happy.

I would suggest you look into the community for your loved one. The staff are wonderful! The community is good at getting the residents out for activities. It would be nice to have a variety of activities at the same time for the residents to choose from and provide more communication with the residents on this.

The community is a great place. Stay engaged with your loved one. communication is great between the staff and our family, they kept us well informed and up to date. The executive director is just amazing and I would recommend this community to others.
