New move in for my mom. She seems happy and safe. The appearance is lovely.

My mother in law has recently moved into the memory care unit of this brand new community and she is doing better. The community is not yet full and the ratio of caregivers to residents is about fifty percent. She seems to like the food. They offer activities such as memory games and arts and crafts. You are able to login online to send a message to a caregiver. They have a pharmacy they work with and they are good at coordinating. They are easy to work with and are open to feedback.

Loved the retirement part but too much freedom for dad. Assisted living and memory care are secure. No openings. No prices available

Met with my mother for lunch at the Village. She is happy here, and enjoys the food. She especially needed this type of arrangement, as she had lost sixteen pounds living alone, and cooking for herself. The staff are friendly and everything has a positive atmosphere. She seems to like the activities, and has joined in on those that are of interest to her.

This is a gated community that offers independent and assisted living. I felt they leaned more towards assisted living. They were more expensive then the community we chose. The person that conducted our tour was nice and the community looked clean.

Carriage Inn at Katy was one of the communities that the family took a tour of. The guide was smart and gave us all the proper information in relation to the community. Activities are offered on site and off site. Meal plans are also available for the residents. It's a pet friendly community with transportation available if needed for the residents. It was a very clean place and well organized.

My husband is doing pretty well here at this community. This is a brand new facility, so there are still some things they need to work. It is a nice and clean community, they do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is good, they are trying their best. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing him with. This is a community I would recommend.

The activities director is wonderful however I feel they need more activities. Kelly the Marketing Supervisor and the Director are very helpful. They are willing to correct any small issue that may arise. The food is good and I would recommend this community.

Very nice full service location, really like the limo service, activities. Big place, some times too big would. Like to see after they renovate halls. Really good move in incentives.

I am recuperating from sciatica pain at the moment, but will resume my search later. I am very impressed with Provident Villate.

Also friendly people seem to have thought out quite a few issues although none of their assisted living facilities have been completed. A bit out of our price range and not ready when we need it. Looked like it would be quite nice when finished.

My loved one recently moved out of this community. It was very nice, and everyone was friendly. My loved one was just running out of money and couldn't afford to live here any longer. A really great place though.

Charlie and Mom went to tour. Liked facility. Looking at more tomorrow.

Carriage Inn at Katy is going well overall. They have a lot of varied activities. My only concern is we have had some maintenance issues. Its not major things but has taken forever to get done. I have e-mailed a list of things that need to be done several times. That is really my only complaint. Other than that my mom has been really happy there. Both the staff and the residents are really friendly. Mom is really picky but likes the food there. They seem to have several options.

My loved one is starting to adjust. It has been a good experience. Overall, i'm very pleased. I know a lot of the people that work there, so that makes it even better. It's convenient for the support staff. My loved one gets exercise. A good thing about the facility is that it's all on one level. The community is very nice. We are very pleased so far.

We toured this community when we were looking into options for a loved one. The staff we met here all seemed very friendly and professional. The independent living section of this community looked very nice, however I wasn't as happy with the assisted living section, which is where my loved one would have been staying.

Adorable place! Unfortunately, they do not have availability and the AL dining room was too small and there was no PT or exercise room.

This was a very nice place but unfortunately at this time it is only independent living and that won't work for my Mom at this stage in her journey. Possibly when they expand we can revisit.

We decided not to put our parents there. It was down to this and one other place. I didn't like that the Carriage Inn was over 90% women. I saw one man when I visited. They also had continuous serving of food which sounds wonderful but you don't know how often the food is changed how well they tend the dining hall. It wasn't like it was prepared in the kitchen. The staff would just fill the plate from the buffet line. I really liked that my parents would be able to go out their back door into a courtyard. The really needed he openness of a back yard. It was bout the same amount of money but it didn't seem to be as social, it was very quiet.

My mom would have preferred to go there but it was quite a bit more expensive than she could handle. She like the fact that is was closer to all of her friends that she had in Willis, where we lived. She's having to make new friends where she is now. That was the big thing - being closer to the people she knew.
