I really liked Carriage Inn. The residents and staff all appeared happy and active. The building is older, but the public areas are bright and cheery. It is a place I feel my mom would enjoy, but there is a long wait list and we need something sooner. A big plus is that this facility allows aging in place and transitions between independent living and assisted living is seamless.

Wait list,not fancy but residents seem happy..older,smaller rooms They had no idea we were coming even though we had confirmation from APlaceforMom. Better to call and do your own scheduling

I toured this facility. It was very nice, but the location just wasn’t ideal. The facility was also very big and I was concerned about my Mom getting lost and not being able to get to the dining area. Everything was spread out and the rooms they had available would’ve been quite a walk for her. The person that gave us the tour was very good and was able to answer all of my questions. They had a lot of activities available and, while I was taking my tour, they even had a big bingo game going on. The facility itself is a little bit older, but everything seemed to be up to date and the apartments looked like they had been newly renovated. I liked the fact that they offered both assisted and independent living as well.

This facility is beautiful with individual porches facing the courtyard. Was not able to speak in person to the contact person here due to being there during the holidays. Spoke to a resident and the family of another resident who said they were very happy there. The front desk person we spoke to was very brusque and unprofessional, so decided not to bring mom back for a tour. May revisit if needed.

My mother is very comfortable at this location. She is happy that the people there are friendly, they are very inclusive, and has been very inviting. Her big interest with their activities that they provide is the bridge group. They are very active and they have been trying to get her to play, but as of now she is still occupied with settling into her apartment and getting everything the way she wants it. They have trips to go shopping at outlet malls and she had made some friends there. Most people there tend to be from Houston, but my mother moved from out of state. They all have been very welcoming and they offered to be her co-pilot for her to be familiar with the area. She is very active for her age. What I have also seen is that they have other trips that are more tailored for men. A lot of men there are retired engineers or mechanics so they have trips to places like Transtar where it is a place that monitors the entire traffic cameras. So it’s give my mother some variety and different choices opposed to just be talking about feminine stuff all the time like shopping. I already have been recommending this property to other families.

I have lived at Carriage Inn for over six years and feel comfortable calling it “Home”. I appreciate the meals and the efforts make to keep us busy and entertained.

Great staff. Well maintained, good food, best place for money, planned activities, good--well satisfied.

We didn't tour the facility as we got there too late for the day. We got a packet of information to review. Everyone was very nice, but after reviewing the information, we felt the largest unit wasn't big enough.

I had a good view of a very nice community. I did like them but they were on the line of her budget. With medication and personal items that may be needed for my parent, the overall prices was not fitting.

Carriage Inn was one of the communities that I toured. It was a nice place. The tour guide was informative and friendly, it was just not what I was looking for at the time.

The staff I met at this community were nice and knowledgable. The community looked well taken care of. This community was a little farther away than what we were looking for.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. Overall it was a good experience. The community looked good. From what I saw everything appeared to be well maintained. The staff was friendly, and informative. It was a nice tour, and everyone was nice.

They offer a variety of food options and the food is ok. Mom enjoys participating in some of the daily activities. The staff are attentive, encouraging and we have good communication with them. They keep the community clean and it has a very comfortable homey feeling.

It was not good having my parents apartment not completely clean when I moved them in. The community is getting remodeling but we had a few issues with the meals and housekeeper. The menu did not have what was shown but after talking with the management they fixed it. The staff have good response and are all very friendly. I would live there myself!

My father is very happy at Carriage Inn and has settled in nicely. He especially enjoys the frequent road trips provided by the facility. I understand there was a change in in ownership but it seems that most of the staff has remained the same. There is a remodel in progress which was pre-planned to avoid bothering the residents any more than necessary. The staff that is very kind, and helpful. Dad is also very pleased with the quality and variety of the meals served in the dining room. They do a good job keeping everything clean, and well-kept. It is a community I would recommend.

The main reason i had chose this community for my mother to live in was the fact that it was a single level building and a very peaceful environment. I also like the fact that they have a menu available to the residents throughout the day so if they don't make it down to meal time they will still be able to get something to eat. They have a great activity program available throughout the week as well. Overall I am pleased with how things are going.

The Village of the Park was a very nice community. The tour guide was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We were looking for Assisted Living, and at the time I believe they only had Independent Living available.

We moved my mother to Provident Village at Creekside from out of state at the beginning of the year. The entire team stepped up to ensure a smooth transition process. The administrative and nursing leadership was extremely accommodating and ensured that I was communicated with effectively. Facilities maintenance leadership was very helpful and courteous and went above and beyond as well. The dining options are much better than expected and the facilities are exceptional. The nursing and care team is genuinely caring and interested in her wellness. I have been pleased with the experience and am happy we selected this facility.

My mother has adjusted very well to this community. It is a very nice community, and I'am pleased with her move here. They have a wonderful staff, they have been very helpful. There activities offered for the residents when they are ready to participate. The meals are decent, but they could use more of a variety to choose from. Overall she is doing well at this community, and I would recommend it.
