We chose Stoney Brook because they were the closest ones to our house so we could visit him often. We have 2 family members here, my mother in law has late stage dementia and they do great with her care. Overall we are pleased with both of their care and we would recommend them.

The independent living is in a cottage or like a duplex. The price per month came with a full meal plan. The meal plan included 3 meals a day 7 days a week. Plus this was the least expensive option for my loved ones. My loved ones don't care for the food service here.

This community was good and the tour was nice it was just not what we were looking for environment wise for our loved one. Also there was another community that just happen to outshine and take our attention.

Carriage Inn in Conroe is the very best of Senior Independent Living Communities in their area. We have a friendly and caring staff Carriage Inn has a 24 hour emergency and alarm system to give you peace of mind. Assist you with any emergency, there is a full agenda of social and recreational activities.

I have lived here over ten years and would not hesitate to recommend Carriage Inn as a retirement home. They offer three good meals a day, weekly housekeeping, good maintenance, and entertainment. The entire staff is friendly and cooperative this is a comfortable and safe environment.

The staff is very helpful and nice. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy. If you want to stay in your room and relax thats ok. Nobody pressures you but its there if you want. The landscaping is pretty well kept.

I have resided here for about five and half years and consider the experience as comfortable in all respects.

2nd best if you cant stay in your own home.

This place should be in charge of training other places just like it. The other residents as well as the employees are so very polite and helpful. I feel happy and safe. God Bless you [name removed]

Our families first impression was very good, the staff members are really friendly. They go above and beyond to make the residents feel comfortable and have been very helpful to our loved one.

Most of the staff members there are amazing and super friendly. The meals and dining service is very nice and we would absolutely recommend Village on the Park community to others.

Our family has able to have an in person tour and it had its positive and negatives. The positives were that it had a nice outdoor area and it was cheaper then other communities we were looking at. The residents could even plant flowers outside their windows, but the community itself was very dated.

Village on the Park offered both assisted and independent living. I thought it was a pretty impressive facility. But mom, who is a country girl at heart, felt out of her depth. It was just too nice for her taste.

I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The community is very clean and friendly. They took extreme measures during the pandemic. We could only see our loved one through a window. This allowed no residents in my loved one's area to contract COVID. I wish they had more staff to care for the residents.

The residents were involved and seemed happy. Staff was seen all around the property. The lighting was warm, the place seemed very inviting.

The care that they showed for the residence was great. If you are looking for assisted or independent this would be a great place for the money. The community was neat and clean and an affordable place to live.

My brother picked this facility because of the convenient location for them. It is a nice facility, it is older but well kept and has a lot of trees. It is all on one floor which is nice so you do not have to go outside to get things or get on elevators. They have a lot of different floor plans to choose from. They had a lot of really neat activities provided. Things like classes on how to work your cell phones, trips every week, people come from the museum and bring exhibits. etc. They do have home health available now that you can hire. I would recommend them to others looking.
