My loved one is currently a resident at Carriage Inn at Lake Jackson and everything has been very good so far. The meals and the activities are very good. The staff and care services are also very good. I do and have recommended this facility to others.

They need to do a little bit of work on the facility. Nothing major. Housekeeping could be a little more detailed. Staff is very friendly! Very happy with the staff. Communication is very good. Move in process was seamless. They made it very easy for us and the movers. My mother enjoys the meals very much. She doesn't do any cooking at all. I would recommend the facility.

I have enjoyed being here I have had very few complaints the place is great. I take part in almost everything. I love that we get rewarded for activities. I like when we dress up for big evasive have lots of friends here.

Very good experience and I highly recommend it. We picked this community, because of the price, and people. That's where mom wanted to go and no place else!

We like Village on the Park. They have been a tremendous help! We have been very pleased. Yes we would recommend it. We picked this community, because of the independent living cottages.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with the community. Anytime we visit the community is clean. Everyone seems to be friendly. All the staff are willing to help. They contact the family anytime things change with our loved one. This is a huge plus as they are keeping the family updated on our loved one. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

We toured Carriage Inn at Huntsville and it was a great facility, everything looked great. The staff was very friendly. However, the rooms did not have a very large outdoor individual space and there were no private laundry machines.

Based off of my experience, I would recommend Village on the Park at Steeplechase to others.

I toured Village on the Park at Friendswood and it was very nice! The staff was polite. The facility was clean. This place was definitely a contender for us!

The 3 on activities is really because she doesn't avail herself of the opportunities, so hard to judge quality. But quantity is good. It is an older facility, but they worked with us to refresh my MIL's cottage and make it nice. My MIL is really in between Independent and Assisted Living and the staff has been very accommodating with some of our challenges (paranoia, misplaced articles, etc). The other residents are lovely. The grounds are secure. The entertainment, activities and outings are good. The food is average at best. So if asked, we'd give high marks to the team and recommend the community noting that the facilities are old and in need of refresh and the food is nothing special.

This is a very good place - people are friendly and helpful. Food is at times too good. (I am getting fat.)

Staff is extremely friendly and the facility has a homey feel to it. Kitchen staff is great with the residents, and we love the food.

We love residing in Carriage Inn; However I feel that the laundry room and restrooms need serious updated. the powers that need to take an unannounced visit to see how outdated they are. I think you would be unhappy with that. Otherwise it is in good condition.
