My mom lives here and they have very caring people. It’s very clean and upbeat, the food is good, and the people there seem to be very pleased. They have weekly meetings for the residents to get together so they can talk about things that need to be fixed, which I think is great. I like all of the staff and the management is very open to suggestions and they ask a lot of questions on how they can do better. They provide all kinds of activities. You can do whatever you want or you can pick and choose. They have church and devotionals, art projects, there are a lot of people that will come in to entertain or visit, and therapy dogs come by to keep everyone company. They have lots of different things going on all the time. Right now, my Mom is on the assisted living side on one of the higher levels of care. There are 3 tiers of care that they provide – independent, assisted, and memory care – so it makes it great for those who require different levels of care. The only downside that I’ve found is that, because this place is so nice, there’s a really long waiting list. Once you’ve seen this place, it’s pretty hard to decide to go anywhere else. The security is wonderful here, you have to have a code to go in and out of the doors and my mom is very impressed with that. I would recommend them.

Our home was flooded by Hurricane Harvey in August, 2017. We chose to move to Carriage Inn because we have friends who live here and they had many good things to say about the community. The staff has been very helpful with our move in. The residents are so friendly and make us feel at home. And the food is so good!

We really liked Village On The Park when we toured. The place was very nice. The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer any questions. We really liked the facility but they did not have any opening when we needed.

We love Provident Village - the environment is warm and homey. It has nice spacious room and really good food. Staff is helpful and friendly. Both my parents live here after an initial adjustment period, are happy and well care for.

Nothing was wrong when we had my mother-in-law here. We were happy to use them for her community living. They were wonderful with their services. Because her care had changed and was progressing we had to move her to a different place. They were willing to still keep her too.

My mother moved to Provident at Creekside in a rather depressed state and was not eating or drinking. She has been there approximately one month and has made quite a turn around. Not only has her nutritional intake improved 100% but so has her emotionally well being as she is starting to engage in some activities. The absolute BEST is when EVERY TIME I visit she says"I love it here!" It doesn't get better than that!

We were so lucky to have found this wonderful home for our mom. My mom says this is her forever home. The staff is wonderful and caring. She has been at two other assisted living facilities in Atlanta and mom was not happy at either place, but now we can rest easy knowing she is in this great place.

My tour of the Carriage Inn went well. The place was well maintained and the staff was very welcoming. The main reason we chose to go with a different community was because the apartments they showed us were very small. We were looking for something more home-like.

We had a good tour of this community. The staff were nice and the community looked clean and well taken care of. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. We did not choose this community as the one we chose seemed to have a warmer feeling.

It has been a good move for my mom and she is very happy. She gets basic care for a decent price. She gets her hair and nails done from the beauty salon that is provided on the facility. They clean okay, Mom thinks they can do better. Currently the community is going through management changes and it is unclear how the next year is going to be like. Otherwise, A Place For Mom has been fabulous and my life saver, they helped find a really appropriate place where she is cared for and happy.

My aunt is doing well here at this community, she seems to have adjusted well to it. The staff have been helpful and kind. They do a good job with keeping the community nice and well maintained. There are activities offered here daily. The food is decent, it is a well balanced meals for a senior. I know she is getting great care and is in a good place. I would recommend this community.

I am so very impressed with Provident Village Assisted Living Facility! My Mother moved in 2 days ago. The staff is wonderful and so friendly! Besides the entire building and surrounding landscape being beautiful, it gives the atmosphere of a beautiful hotel instead of an Assisted Living Facility! There is not 1 negative thing I could say about Provident Village Assisted Living Facility! I am an RN and have been to many Assisted Living Facilities through the years with Hospice. This new facility is by far my favorite and I could not be more grateful for all of the kindness and assistance being provided here! Sincerely; Diane

I cannot say enough good things about Carriage Inn. My mother moved from Houston to be closer to family and our only regret has been that we wished she had moved sooner. The entire staff from the director, to the dining room staff, to housekeeping is wonderful; caring, friendly, and attentive. All the high reviews that Carriage Inn keeps getting are well deserved.

My husband and I moved in the last part of April. It was a difficult decision to leave our home of 40+ years. It has been the best decision we ever made. The facility is clean and refreshing. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. The staff is remarkable. They clean your rooms and remove and trash daily. They do your laundry twice a week and vacumn weekly. Most of the time you don't even know it is done until they are thru. The meal planning is done by and excellent chef and he offers a large variety of choices for each meal. He also offers sugar free desserts. The activity director keeps us as busy as we want to be. There is always something going on. However if you don't want to participate you can just watch or not get involved. They post a monthly calendar of events and also a daily post in the Bistro area for review of the days events. If the director knows we are interested in a particular event she will come to our room and remind us. We say this facility is like being on an extended cruise that never leaves port. it is truly our home now.

Warm,friendly,lovely,a happy place. Activities are varied and well attended but privacy is respected when you don't want company.

Love this place for my Dad. Old people just seem to find something to grumble about no matter where they live. The big complaint here though is legitimate, cold food! The food may be good but when it's cold YUCK! It doesn't matter who you talk to they seem to think they have to live with it since they have complained but it hasn't changed. When you pay almost $3,000.00 to live somewhere it is not unreasonable to expect hot food. The people and staff are so friendly and the grounds and common areas so beautiful. The holiday decorations from fall on were wonderful. There are so many activities, there is always something to choose to participate in. If they fix the food issue and once the hallway lights are upgraded, which is on the agenda, this place will be even better!

The staff here is great. The apartments are nice and have lots of amenities. Anytime something needs to be fixed, maintenance comes right out and gets it taken care of. Overall, Village on the Park has been great.

This is a great place with a wonderful staff. The facility itself has a warm comforting atmosphere and the residents seem so happy to be there. Great place.

I checked out several facilities before choosing the Carriage Inn in Bryan, Texas. I could hardly believe the friendly, caring staff I met there. The apartments are bigger than I expected. My partner and I had two meals there to check out the food and found the food was tasty and well prepared. Our loved one required available travel service to her church and they accommodated her in this regard. She seems to be extremely happy there as she is a true "people person" and likes lots of things going on. They have activities every day if she wants to participate. I would gladly recommend this home for anyone's love one.

My father spent a short time at Village on the Park Oklahoma City, OK but during the time he was there we felt like we entrusted him to family. There was loving care given at all times. My father was able to gain weight, continued to gain strength and was happy and comfortable.
