My mom and stepdad loved this place, but they had no available cottages or apartments.

They are very welcoming people and very attentive people. They really create a warm friendly welcoming homelike environment. They really care for their residents and it shows. I am very thankful that we found them and would recommend them to anybody.

Its like living in a little neighborhood. Each cottage is yours to make it like your own. I was able to have my Sheltie named "Lady". I do not feel like I had to give up anything. The rooms are very spacious. All my children and friends are amazed at how cute the place has turned out to be. One of the ladies I met said you could do something every day if you wanted. I thank my Heavenly Father for all good things.

Nice, clean, friendly. Residents & staff interact like family. Seem geared to pleasing residents & accomodating whenever possible. Residents & staff seem very happy & content. Definitely good value for price.

My grandmother lives here and loves it! The whole community is very welcoming. The staff are friendly and know the residents' names. Plus there's always something going on for everyone.

We toured this community while looking into senior care options. Carriage Inn looked like a great place! It was immaculately clean, had no odors whatsoever, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We have friends with a loved one here, and we've heard nothing but good things from them! The staff is very interactive with the residents, and we saw a few different activities going on during our visit. Overall we were very pleased!

My mother began her stay briefly at the independent living apt but became ill and after a lengthly hospital and skilled nursing stay she was able to return to VOP but to the Memory care as we waited for assisted living to become available. The staff was most supportive of us through this process. We decided it best to keep her in the memory care where she is very happy and receiving the attention and care that she needs. My mother was one of the first residents of the memory care. It seems that with the growth, VOP is taking the steps to maintain the personal care she has received in the past. She receives loving attention and the staff is very receptive to us, the family with any questions and concerns we have. The best critique I can offer is that my mother seems happy and secure and always happy to return after we, the family have an outing with her. The staff is very good at getting the residents involved in activities and visiting among themselves.

This was the first place that I visited in my search for a place for my mom. I was impressed with the quality of the surroundings and the size of the rooms. Most importantly, I was impressed with the friendliness of the seniors living there and that they all seemed to be very happy in their surroundings. I could easily see my mom living there.

My mother and father have been at the Village on the Park for only a month. They were very good at assessing my mothers needs an following through. The community is very very clean and staff are excellent and very friendly. They are very attentive and greet me with a smile, and address any concerns with me before i visit them. My dad has enjoyed some of the activities there, especially when the men's group went out to a restaurant. My mom and dad have a lot of good things to say about the food.

Having our loved one move into Village On the Park has given us peace of mind. Mom moved from a large house to a one-bedroom unit and has adapted well and is eating better than ever. The community allows small pets, which enabled her to take her little dog. She has a patio and we were able to build a small fence and put in a little grass for the dog. Mom's mobility isn't the greatest, but she has an outside door close to her unit. She's been at Village On the Park for about 2 months and has already made new friends and is enjoying the activities (especially Bingo). She loves that the community has a stretch limo and she takes it to get her hair fixed, as well as running other errands. They have entertainment on a regular basis. There are meeting rooms and other gathering spaces where she has hosted the Red Hat Society. In fact, when she moved in, her unit was updated with new paint and new carpet, very spiffy! We join her as often as possible for a meal, where the food is like dining in a fine restaurant. We think Village On the Park is a great value. While we looked at other communities, they just weren't as nice as this one. The staff is friendly, quick to respond, maintenance is almost instantaneous, and we know that she is safe. We would highly recommend Village On The Park.

Carriage Inn is doing a very good job. We are happy with them. They are really friendly, and very attentive. She is happy, and adjusting well. It's working out.

The staff is extremely friendly at Carriage Inn. The value is also very good. I did a price chart comparison and they came out on top when all factors were considered. We absolutely love them there. They are awesome, and have really gone above and beyond to work with and for us. Even the residents there are just the friendliest people I have ever met in my life. The only area for improvement I can think of is this: We did have once indecent where they forgot to get my father in law for lunch, and they are not staffed as well as I personally think they should be in the evenings.

My mother has been at Village on the Park for over a year. They continue to blow me away with customer care. Just thinking about the personal care and attention my mom gets (over and beyond) makes me tear up. My mom refused to leave her home and now she can't wait to sell her home to insure she never has to leave. She has amazing friends, activities for her physical and mental well being, along with a variety of food. The team go way over and beyond to help not only the resident but the extended family as well. They decorate for every holiday, I mean over the top decorating...you cannot go wrong with Village on the Park...it is definitely 5 star!

Beautiful, fairly new, very clean facility with attentive staff; young lady who toured us was not the contact person but was very helpful & informative; most residents we saw seemed fairly independent & mobile though the area for memory care was secure & those there needed more care; I would have my mom here if it weren't for the cost & maybe the size - there are plans to expand & make it even larger. $$$$

I can't say enough about this community, it's been fabulous! They have been so responsive. My mom looks three times better than she did before. She loves it! She wears herself out, with all the activities. She is happy. I just love it, I can't say enough. The food is great. I like the set up it felt very homey. I like the open feel and the courtyard in the middle. The staff were all fabulous, how the welcomed us in, and were very receptive to her and getting her in. They have gone above and beyond, and been more than accommodating. They have the type of service and the type of mentality we hope all of society would be. They are good with communication too, very quick to call me if there is any concern.

This place has been just great!! My cousin loved being here! The people have been so nice to her, and they come and sit with her at meals and talk to her! Everyone goes by first names and they are so friendly! Also, there is a new activities director and she's trying to get to know everyone's preferences and set up new activities! Right now though, theres 1-2 things going on every day! The food is good! My cousin says that the soups and desserts are just wonderful! She likes the yogurt and fruit salad! She's eating all of her meals and feeling much better. If she doesn't make it to breakfast, one of the staff members brings it up to her! I would really recommend them to anyone! They are pet friendly and it's been a great experience! It is just the friendliest place and they treat everyone so gently! My cousin is so happy here, and that makes us happy!

Am happy here. People are friendly and staff are very helpful. Glad I came.

In-laws moved into the Carriage Inn of Katy on Tuesday, March 4th. We are now in the adjustment period. All things are OK.

My experience with SeniorAdvisor.com was wonderful. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and followed up numerous times to assist me as needed or just to provide a sympathetic ear and a virtual shoulder to cry on. I cannot thank them enough. Carriage Inn has sadly decided not to offer memory care and this time, however I have placed my mother there anyway. The staff is very caring and is highly recommended.

They are very good. The food is good. We've been really pleased with them so far. We liked the fact that some of her sunday school members were already living there, so she already knew some people. They have good activities, with dances and games for them to do. They also have a church program every Sunday and they will take the members if they want to go to the church that they want to go to. They have a limousine that they take them to church in or a van to go doctor appointments, where they will drop them off and pick them up.
