The administrative staff is inflexible, unethical, and money hungry. The everyday staff is amazing and the facility is awesome, it is just the owner. I would recommend to other families as long as you are cash pay. If you are working with a waiver program, then I would definitely not recommend them.

It was a new facility and unfortunately things were getting done as they said they were. My loved ones were here for here 3 weeks and their bathroom was never cleaned once. No one did the laundry, no one cleaned, and the food served was tough and salty. It is a beautiful place when you walk in but that is where it ends. After moving in they wanted to increase my mothers level of care which would increase the rent by [amount removed] a month. There was not one activity done while they were here as well and the excuse was that they were new. We moved our loved ones out after a few weeks and they would not give our deposit back. I know this was happening to others who were there as well. I would never recommend Hampton Manor to anybody.

The facilities are nice because they are nice and new, however you shouldn't judge this facility by the looks. We found that my Mother was not given her medicines, her room became filthy as they didn't clean it, they covered up a lot. Often her laundry was not done according to schedule and she had to sleep in her day clothes. We hired a lawyer and he stated that he had many clients whose love ones resided in Brighton Manor. There is major turn over in staff. Many are very unexperienced. They didn't know what compression socks were. No one has a four year college degree. There are no nurses on staff, and even the directors have very limited education! They share staff with assisted living and memory care, so there isn't enough staff.
