All staff are very kind and caring with the clients and yes, we would recommend Brookdale Virginia Beach community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Very warm and caring environment. It is very clean and they work with families well and go above and beyond to ensure that your loved one is cared for. Also their communication and follow up are great.

This is a new experience for us. We feel blessed to have found Brooksdale Tallgrass in Wichita, Kansas. Our 94 year old aunt needed a safe place to live after a fall and Brooksdale has every thing she needs. She loves the new friends that she has made and the wonderful staff treat her like family. She loves getting her hair done every week , having her room cleaned , laundry done and she loves the meals that are served every day. She is happy and so are we !

We selected Brookdale Tallgrass for Mom [date removed]. Brookdale has been a wonderful experience for her. The community provides activities and the opportunity to get acquainted with the other residents and make friends. There are never any complaints about the food or the service. Moved my dad into Brookdale Oro valley in [date removed] from the Villas in Green Valley after he started displaying exit seeking behavior. His dementia was progressing to the point where a memory care only facility made sense. Brookdale Oro valley so far has been a great place for him. Their memory care only focus means all of the staff are well trained in keeping residents active, social and fulfilled. The activities director there does a wonderful job as does the nursing staff. I also especially liked that the place had two outdoor options. An internal courtyard and a side area with views of the surrounding mountains. My dad loves the outdoors and so having those options were especially appealing.

The staff has my highest regards they were all very friendly and caring, and I appreciate what they did for my brother. I checked out several facilities that were recommended to me. I chose Brookdale because the staff was very friendly and so are the residents. My brother, although he did not spend even 24 hours in the facility was very happy but where he was a short time he was there.

This is a comfortable well maintained place to live with a friendly helpful staff.

[name removed], the sales director, showed us all the amenities- pool, beauty saloon, exercise rm., library, & we were given a print out of fun monthly activities. She explained how to take advantage of medical transport ( dr. appts.)- something that is important to us. We appreciated that they did not charge a monthly fee for an alarm pendant ( other facilities did), nor was there a monthly charge for our cats(other facilities did). We were invited to have lunch. So impressed with the number of choices of entrees, sides, and desserts. Quality of meals was impressive. The dining director introduced herself to us, as did most of the other department heads- all very sweet and personable! Brookdale has been a great fit for us!!

Brookdale of Apache junction was the best experience for my mother. Your place for Mom was top notch! From the staff to the food in the dining.. to all the wonderful people and overall hospitality for the residents. Hats off to Your Brookdale. I would live there

Staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. The medical director is very good. Ancillary services like a rotating Physicians assistant who can adjust prescriptions and monitor residents health on site is a huge plus. This is not luxury accommodations, the facilities are a little old, but maintained very well. The residents vary from full independent to those needing a high level of care. All are accommodated nicely. If a resident develops memory care issues there is an onsite part of the facility that provides that care as well, no need to move out if that happens, just to a different part of the same building. The food is adequate, but not restaurant quality, more like cafeteria quality. The pricing is straightforward. Rent + Care. The pricing is fair and is lower than many facilities in the area. They are willing to reevaluate care needs regularly and make adjustments to keep care costs down. The medication management is a big help with folks who need multiple medications at different times each day. They also take the residents vitals and dispense medication only within the limits set by the resident's doctors. That's huge for patients with blood pressure issues. Parking is not very good for visitors, but manageable. The photos on the website do not show some of the good features of the location. Take a visit and see, worth a look. We are happy.

Brookdale East Arbor has provided a wonderful home for my mother since she moved in 9 months ago. The staff members are compassionate and professional. They provide assistance where she needs it, while encouraging her to maintain her independence. Five stars!

We chose Brookdale in Fayetteville because of proximity to her friends and proximity to my sister's place of work. We also chose it because it was the highest rated that her physical therapist has ever dealt with. Mom is doing very well and we are thrilled with the facility.

Brookdale Tallgrass is a wonderful smaller down to earth place for senior living. My mom has been living there for almost 6 months now and has really gotten to know the staff and residents very well. They are all great people and the activities that happen and outings mom really loves along with being taken care of. The food is amazing also. Thank you everything all of you do for my mom and all the other residents there.

This has been a good fit for my sister, who could no longer manage living independently. Brookdale Tallgrass is an attractive facility....very clean and well kept. The staff is wonderful and my sister comments about how nice everyone is. We're very happy with our choice of Brookdale Tallgrass.

The lady who runs the place by the name of Savannah is wonderful. I was able to find a very large apartment for my grandparents. Everyone is very kind there and my grandparents really like the food so far. My grandmother is starting to feel less stressed even though my grandfather is still going through Alzheimer episodes. She was way too stressed being at home and trying to play Nurse and wife. She was not capable of doing that. They are really enjoying it there.

They immediately knew who my wife was and greeted me by name after the first week getting her settled in. Now after 5 months I really feel like one of their family. Monthly family meeting also great to share questions with management, with Exec Director participating. And very patient as I work my way thru bureaucratic mess from long term insurer.

5 for all I am very happy with this facility. They are awesome. They are very helpful and caring.

I've been mostly pleased in the responses to my concerns and questions. As with any facility, it helps to visit often and to get to know the staff.
