Really love Brookdale! Staff is wonderful! So many activities! I would recommend Brookdale Grand Blanc to others. For someone like my mom it's perfect. It's smaller so not as overwhelming for her.

The Community is clean, airy (a lot of windows in the common areas). The staff is friendly, helpful. They have a support group that meets once a month. Varied activities: music, games, crafts, to name a few). What I have gained so far from this experience of placing a love one in someone else's care is: Don't really know what questions to ask until the need arises and then not even then. There is a big adjustment for you, who was once the care giver. The time schedule the residents have in the community is different than the one you provided. How long this adjustment takes I guess will depend on the individual and what stage of care their love one is receiving.

I found both a place for mom and Brookdale to be wonderful to work with, personable, Warm, Welcoming Friendly, Respectful and Responsive in every way. My father says everyone at Brookdale is kind attentive caring and the food is good! Thank you to a Place for mom for helping me transition my dad.

This review is for Brookdale Roseburg, Oregon. Due to my 92-year-old Uncle's continuing health issues and Dementia, my sister and I decided it was best to care for him at Brookdale Roseburg. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made. My Uncle loved his treatment and thought he was in a hotel. He thought of the staff as his friends. They were truly the most caring and attentive we could have asked for. [name removed], who is the Director, was always available and responsive when we had a question. We also had monthly conferences to get updates on how my uncle was doing and the many activities he was able to participate in. I was invited to a few dinners hosted by Brookdale Roseburg which I found very beneficial to get to know the staff and other residents. I highly recommend Brookdale Roseburg. They truly are the most professional and caring facility we could ask for.

The staff is very caring and helpful. My mother is enjoying the meals provided along with the variety of activities.

I haven't met anyone who was upset with this place .very helpful with any questions. Only hope the pool stays open in September helps for exercises have bone cancer less stress on bone and joints.grand kids really like it but [removed] dollars is kind of high for a 10 and 11 year old to eat Sunday brunch

Staff is phenomenal kind supportive attentive the environment is warm and inclusive. No one is ever happy with food but everytime I'm there it is outstanding restaurant style environment delicious with lots of choices and alternatives at every meal

A few things that stood out most - The staff is very helpful and friendly. The building is very clean and quiet. The grounds are very nice.

My sister was only there for less than one month and was under Hospice care for two weeks. The only thing I was not pleased with was the lack of assistance with personal grooming. Otherwise, I give them a 5 out of 5.

the activities have increased a lot since my dad was there. It was incredibly expensive but they took fantastic care of my Dad so it was worth it. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Hartwell to other families based on the experience so far.

They were great in every way! My father experienced several episodes where additional care was needed and the entire staff stepped up to assist. The Executive Director, [name removed], was empathetic to our family's situation and worked with us to assist my dad with his challenges. [name removed], my first contact, is lovely and very professional. She's such a sweet lady. The entire staff consistently demonstrated compassion and commitment to my dad's well being and care. It's the best place for your loved one. They are cared for, safe and very well treated.

Yes it is priced, in my opinion, on the higher side, but they certainly make a case for getting what you pay for. Everyone I have worked with at Brookdale has been fantastic! They have seemingly gone above and beyond every single step in the process. Every employee truly show how much they care about the residents and their families. I trust Brookdale Niagara with three care of my mother and would highly recommend them.

They are great. They take care of people without question it's not easy taking care of some seniors but they have patience and are a caring facility couldn't be happier.

They're awesome. It started with the sales manager, [name removed]. She really goes the extra mile for her residents. Then the head nurse [name removed] gave Mom her intake interview and I got the same impression of her. Since then, I've had more great experiences with the staff. They care about her health, dignity and overall wellness. Her space is clean and organized, and though she is very often confused and sometimes reactive, she is cared for very well.

Facility is very clean and inviting. The staff is so helpful and nice. When you talk to the residence, they all have good things to say about Brookdale
