The staff is great! They answer all of my questions and they were very patient with me. My mother is treated with kindness and understanding.

There is no help for lower middle class people with long term care. I either do it myself or spend my small retirement money on her. Not your fault Medicare dose nothing for palliative care. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far

[name removed] and the staff were caring and kind. While no situation is perfect, Brookdale would address any issues as they arose. They did their best to accommodate our mother's changing needs during her time at Brookdale.

They seem very nice and helpful at first, but then it seems to be just polite and not as interested in you once you're settled.

Gave tour of facility, wen thru detail info for our moms move. Went thru all details of her needs, friendly, professional, and knew their residents. Facility was clean, organized and residents were dressed nicely and seemed very happy. We will be bringing our mom here for her next stage of life and am sure she will love it!

After my dad passed away in October, we felt Brookdale was the best place for my mother. The staff truly cares—not just for her, but for all the residents. I really enjoy seeing how they interact with everyone; their kindness is genuine. Just last week, my mother had about five family members visiting. One of the staff members stopped by, noticed the gathering, and came back shortly with ice cream for everyone. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that make such a meaningful difference.

The Staff is friendly and attentive. When I have a question or concern, they address my need in a timely way. If a friend meets Brookdale's criteria for admission, I would highly recommend this place.

It was always clean, mom was always kept clean. Well cared for. She was always clean well fed and was always out with the group doing activities. All the patients were encouraged to join in all the activities. They all loved doing them. They weren't just stuffed in a corner to sit and do nothing all day. The food OMG the food was fresh and delicious. They didn't have these pre made meals frozen out of a box.

We moved my parents into this community 8 months ago and the experience (for all of us) has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and professional. The food and events are terrific.

Brookdale Tallgrass Assisted Living provides a family like atmosphere with very good quality of life for the residents. They have many different activities available that keep my mom busy & she loves them. After having my parents at several other facilities over the years, I no longer have to worry about safety.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Absolutely no issues there. This facility is always buzzing with activity. Residents are always out on the areas visiting or involved in an activity. It seems to be very involved in creating this atmosphere. I never visited my dad where there wasn't several people out and around, and they have many activities offered to the residents. The dining room is very nice, with white tablecloths. There's a salad bar and residents have a choice of menu items. My dad had a designated table with dining buddies. It was always full when I'd visit during mealtime.

Sales staff, and nursing director have been wonderful. My sister loves their Wednesday activities. We are working out kinks in the personal care schedule but otherwise very happy.

We moved my mother into Brookdale Lake Brazos 4 months ago and she absolutely loves her new lease on life. She has made friends, goes on outings, works in the raised plant and flower beds. We have to schedule time to see her as her calendar is full. Staff have been so sweet to mom and us. So glad we chose the perfect fit for her.

I would advise that a person do their research and consider what their loved ones needs are. I wrote a Google review about them and the [community removed].

Brookdale Baywood is a lovely, clean facility with a caring staff. We have been very pleased with the care and attention that our loved one has received there.

The staff at Brookdale Brighton couldn’t be any friendlier if they tried! I am amazed at how efficient and expedient they are at answering questions and fulfilling requests. The receptionists are quite knowledgeable and also make sure the residents are comfortable with their surroundings. The sales manager is excellent. He made sure I was happy with my apartment and that everything was in order. He never failed to answer any question or request, went above and beyond and always returned my call. The staff here is awesome!

would rate all of the questions as 5's, always clean, everyone is easy to talk to, helpful and cooperative. Mom always speaks highly of the food and how they have choices. The overall care is amazing and engaged. Mom doesn't engage in many of the activities, but enjoys the ones she does go to. We couldn't get half as good of care at home for what we pay now. It's a great facility. I just hope when I get to the right age, I would have the opportunity to stay there myself.
