Came to tour community looking for a family member. The staff and residents were all so welcoming. The community is very active and when the time comes, I think this would be the perfect community for my loved one.

Brookdale Memorial City has been a wonderful place for my family. The staff are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. Every day she feels happy and supported, and that gives our whole family great peace of mind. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and the activities are engaging and enjoyable, helping residents stay active and connected. What impresses me most is how the team treats everyone with respect and kindness, making it feel like home. I am very grateful and highly recommend Brookdale Memorial City to other families.

I moved my husband to Brookdale TallGrass over 4 years ago when our lives were upset from the effects of Sundowner’s Disease due to dementia. The staff there understood the problems and were very helpful during this difficult process. Through the years his memory has continued to decline, but thanks to the great care and routines, he is able to function with minimum aid. The facility, though small in size, is great for getting to know other residents. Activities and outings are varied to appeal to different folks. I have been very pleased with all aspects of Brookdale TallGrass, especially the staff and continue to highly recommend the facility to all interested parties.

The staff is great! They answer all of my questions and they were very patient with me. My mother is treated with kindness and understanding.

Just moved in, and it is great so far. There are lot of amenities, the staff is very friendly and helpful - have no bad comments yet. I have only been here since Friday. I would recommend this community to others and you would need to take a tour.

There is no help for lower middle class people with long term care. I either do it myself or spend my small retirement money on her. Not your fault Medicare dose nothing for palliative care. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far

[name removed] and the staff were caring and kind. While no situation is perfect, Brookdale would address any issues as they arose. They did their best to accommodate our mother's changing needs during her time at Brookdale.

The staff are very attentive and joke with her when my loved one initiates it. They comfort her and distract her when she is sad. They fix her hair and get Her involved in activities that she enjoys. They do a great job of jogging her memory to help keep her aware. Overall, everyone is so nice and supportive and welcoming to friends and family of the residents.

They seem very nice and helpful at first, but then it seems to be just polite and not as interested in you once you're settled.

Gave tour of facility, wen thru detail info for our moms move. Went thru all details of her needs, friendly, professional, and knew their residents. Facility was clean, organized and residents were dressed nicely and seemed very happy. We will be bringing our mom here for her next stage of life and am sure she will love it!

After my dad passed away in October, we felt Brookdale was the best place for my mother. The staff truly cares—not just for her, but for all the residents. I really enjoy seeing how they interact with everyone; their kindness is genuine. Just last week, my mother had about five family members visiting. One of the staff members stopped by, noticed the gathering, and came back shortly with ice cream for everyone. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that make such a meaningful difference.

The Staff is friendly and attentive. When I have a question or concern, they address my need in a timely way. If a friend meets Brookdale's criteria for admission, I would highly recommend this place.

It was always clean, mom was always kept clean. Well cared for. She was always clean well fed and was always out with the group doing activities. All the patients were encouraged to join in all the activities. They all loved doing them. They weren't just stuffed in a corner to sit and do nothing all day. The food OMG the food was fresh and delicious. They didn't have these pre made meals frozen out of a box.

We moved my parents into this community 8 months ago and the experience (for all of us) has been exceptional. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and professional. The food and events are terrific.

Brookdale Tallgrass Assisted Living provides a family like atmosphere with very good quality of life for the residents. They have many different activities available that keep my mom busy & she loves them. After having my parents at several other facilities over the years, I no longer have to worry about safety.
