Brookdale

Super clean and apartments are bright and spacious. We selected Brookdale at Forest City for my Mother in law after touring a half dozen other places. They have gone out of their way to help us with this transition to find the care needed for our loved one.

I don't live in SC, but my family says nothing but good things about it and based on the feedback I have heard, I would recommend Brookdale Ebenezer Road to other families.

[name removed] was amazing! So informative and made my mom feel right at home. The facility was warm and welcoming. We had lunch and the food was wonderful. The rooms were clean and inviting. So thankful for good people.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Brookdale Tyler East. From the moment I walked through the doors, we were greeted with professionalism. I truly got a sense of home. The staff members are all amazing. [name removed] and [name removed] go above and beyond for my loved one. [name removed], the maintenance man is outstanding, he's always so quick to address concerns. The community recently got updated and its beautiful. Knowing my loved one is in such capable and compassionate hands gives my family a peace of mind.

We visited another facility and it was very different. The staff at Brookdale are very interactive with the residents. The food is simple, but tasty. Mom is in a shared room, but there's is plenty of space. The facility has all the comforts of home, and it feels very warm, just like being at home.

They have excellent staff. The facilities are good. I would recommend it to others who are needing to find memory care for their loved one.

Sales Mgr/[name removed] and Nurse/[name removed] - Exceptional. Staff at Brookdale have been very caring and personable. [name removed] the new activity mgr has been very involved and directly worked with us to help with Mom's needs. We like that there is a lot of room to walk around inside and outside. Dining has been the main issue. We filled out food info specifically, but they have not recognized that Mom does not want anything green. They seem to put the same 3 things on everyone's plate and not much deviation from that. Mom has been at [community removed] for a month of rehab after having gall bladder surgery. They have MUCH better choices for foods and give them weekly menus where they can make choices of what they like or will eat better. This one issue has made us consider moving Mom here permanently even though it is considerably more costly. When/if we move back to Brookdale we will need to address this issue. Staff at both places have been very positive and helpful.

The staff treat my mother just like family. They treat her with respect and kindness and I’ve seen the staff treat other residents with the same heartfelt attention. I have confidence that mom has the supervision she needs 24/7.

The care of the staff is exceptionally good! They really know their residents! The facility is not super large and that is a plus! It helps to encourage independence from my mother who is visually impaired. Some tiny items to improve: Many of the activities and events cater to sighted people, so those with impairments are sometimes left out. The food is repetitive and not necessarily appealing in the long term. I'm sure there are many stipulations for food. Overall, she has been healthy and enjoys attending meals.

We liked the friendly people and clean facilities. It was nice having the unit vacuumed and mopped every week and the laundry done and folded.

I am very satisfied that my husband is safe and cared for by this facility. The staff is very friendly. I especially enjoy [name removed], the cook. It puts my mind at easy knowing my husband is being cared for.

Friendly helpful staff, always available to answer a question, very clean facility

I am a resident at Brookdale Beckett Meadows in Austin TX and want to thank [name removed], the Business Officer Manager. He is a true professional who devotes many hours to assuring that all of the residents who live there are receiving appropriate care, attention, proper and tasty meals, etc. he often conducts tours of the facility and asks residents how they are doing and to inform him if they have any requests or comments regarding the staff and the facility. He has taken the time to show me the proper way to walk around the facility and meet other tenants. He is a true gentleman and professional. ([name removed], resident)

My father has recently been admitted to Brookdale Dublin Memory care. I have visited him every day. The caregivers are friendly and helpful. I have already gotten to know most of them by name. The food is also very good and my father enjoys it. He was able to adjust quickly to the facility and now calls it home. I have also been in contact with the nurse, and other staff, who answered my questions promptly.

5 on all the categories. Great staff and management. My mom is very comfortable there. Yes, I would recommend Brookdale Hendersonville East to other families based on the experience so far.

Quality of care drop down to a four only because they have a few not so great aides that would rather chit chat then do their job. That being said they have very caring and amazing staff! Their response time to a pressed call Button could be quicker but they have a lot of patients and are probably short on quality staff, as everyone is in California. Our family has experienced a friendly staff, great dining room and food, fun and plentiful activities, prompt and efficient Administration. I would recommend Brookdale for your loved one.

They keep it maintained very well and clean often. Staff is helpful and delightful. I love the food and making new friends. I have the freedom to come and go as I wish, but I still feel safe and secure. [name removed], the shuttle driver, takes me anywhere I need to go even to Providence in Novi. [name removed] in maintenance hung my TV the week I moved in. [name removed] at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helps me when I need her.
