The staff seems to be very involved. For the residents who are able to participate, they offer a wide variety of activities. The apartment is more than adequate. Anything more could be overwhelming for memory care residents. The bathroom arrangement might be a little awkward for some.

If you reach out and participant you are treated like part of the family it’s up to you The food I tasted was very good snacks and drinks are out all the time to grab in your room is cable, WiFi, sink, refrigerator, microwave, big closet walk in shower enough room for bed, recliner dresser, tv, 2 other wing chairs with end tables and pictures Rehabilitation people were great only draw back was more money for prescription drugs if through them All in all Dad was made to feel like he was in a wonderful hotel and being catered to. 5 stars

I am a local provider of health care that does house calls for several residents who reside at our local Brookdale my patients love it here, staff is watchful will alert me to health care issues which is amazing.

This facility is primarily focused on community and social events. They provide a multitude of activities for the residents and the residents seem to enjoy the activities, exercise class, musicians, Ice Cream socials, etc. In our case we didn’t desire to take part in the social activities, and this is not a skilled care facility. Residents should be somewhat mobile to enjoy the activities. Cost is a significant factor in the Value for the money grade. I’m not very familiar with this industry, but the cost is high in my opinion. Additionally, the personal care offers can be very expensive, and the staff was not very transparent about the cost breakdowns for personal care and what that coverage entails. We had to eliminate nearly all of the personal care because we didn’t see an appropriate value. The caregiver staff is minimally trained, and the personnel turnover is very high. They are always staffed too low for this function. They can handle most of the tasks, but some are not very personable. The administrative staff is knowledgeable and conscientious about satisfying concerns.

The staff is awesome and they do care about the residents there. We have my mom and my father in law there. These people are "real" people. They do a great job and I am sure they are under paid.

My parents friend lives here. I was there visiting, the food was great. Stuff are friendly, They have a lot of activities. I liked the walking club.

My friend has lived here fir 5 years and [name removed] loves it. It makes her smile to see her happy.

I love visiting with my friend "[name removed]" who lived here for two years now I enjoy having meals with her. The food is good. The community is clean and they have very friendly staff members.

One level smaller community and friendly staff. This senior living is for my Aunt with dementia. I would recommend to others.

We were in urgent need of getting assistance for my father-in-law. A place for mom was super helpful and very quick and identifying a couple locations for us to seek. We called both places and were able to set up tours within a couple days. Brookdale Brookfield memory care was very amenable as we had complications trying to get in from our side and they did everything they could and went above and beyond to make sure they were available for us during a very trying time. We are very happy with the service both from a place for mom as well as Brookdale Brookfield memory care.

What we like the most about the community is the very friendly staff is what I like most. Overall I'm very happy with the facility .

Always something to do. I am the resident ambassador, which I enjoy. I like helping and welcoming new resident. Working on crafts with residents and resident engagement coordinator I am looking forward to celebrating the holidays with my Brookdale family.

Overall it's great. Very nice apartment, good food and attentive staff. Without hesitation I would recommend it to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

All of the staff I have met it have been taking care of [name removed] are excellent. [name removed] liked and appreciates all of them.

My husband moved to Memory Care at Brookdale’s Springdale location on [date removed]. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2020. He was at home until I realized I could not keep him safe and happy. From the moment we arrived at Brookdale I realized this was the right place for him. The staff welcomed him warmly and they made a shadow box of his photo and interests so he could find his room. They had musicians come to entertain them. The residents smiled and sang along. A few ‘danced in their chairs!’ Every morning they exercised in their chairs and read the paper to them. The staff took them outside on nice days so they had a nice change of scenery. The staff played quiet music when the residents enjoyed meals with their friends. Some would linger at the table and watch the birds visit the birdfeeders. The staff would hold my husband’s hand as they walked the halls endlessly with him. I will be forever grateful for his wonderful care! Thank you, Brookdale Family!

The staff is friendly and caring. The faculty is clean. The room is like a small apartment.

I moved to the Brookdale Meridian Westland in May of 2023. From the moment I entered the lobby I felt embraced by the staff and the residents. Everyone was so welcoming--there was a sense of community. I got involved in the numerous activities offered and made some wonderful new friends. We have three delicious meals a day and every week we get a schedule of the upcoming activities and meals. I recommend the Brookdale Meridian Westland most highly.

[name removed] with Sales was so amazing! Gave a great tour, answered all of our questions and was even able to provide information for financial resources that made sign up and move in breeze. [name removed] w/ activities is awesome, always has a calendar full of fun stuff planned and throws a great happy hour. The kithchen and dining staff are so friendly, patient and always cooking up a variety of healthly and yummy dishes. Granny and I are so happy she is in a safe and wonderful place.

My 87-year-old mother became a resident of Brookdale Sugar Land just 2 days ago, but I am so impressed that I wanted to write this review now! She moved to Brookdale because she needed the higher level of service and care that is offered at this facility. From the day we toured Brookdale, everyone has been so warm, caring and friendly. Many staff members stopped in to welcome my mother when she arrived. This helped her anxiety level so much as she really felt that she had made a good choice in moving to this facility. The facility itself is very attractive, and we especially love the aviary in the lobby! Cleanliness is very important to both my mother and me and Brookdale has not disappointed in the least! I have not eaten in the dining room yet but based on the wonderful aromas coming from the kitchen, I am looking forward to my first meal there with my mother. I will update my review in a couple of months.
