The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful and keep you updated on what's going on [name removed] is great and and [name removed] always seems to be on top of anything that needs repaired and helping get my mom moved there all great people there. The rooms are good we got the smaller of the 2 and my mom said there is always something to do there I haven't been able to get to any of there music night or anything yet.

We are very pleased with Brookdale. Any issues so far are my brother's own doing. I'm not on scene but my younger brother is and he has been very positive in his comments. We would definitely recommend them.

5 on all categories. However, wife had to leave. She then fell and broke her hip. Had surgery which was successful. Taken to Liberty Heights skilled nursing for rehab. It's extraordinarily excellent care there. I rate Liberty Heights skilled nursing a 6-7 on your scale in all categories. Truly exceptional! Family experience excellent and would recommend either. I think Brookdale's assisted living is great and Liberty Heights skilled nursing is awesome.

Even though [name removed] was out for medical leave Brookdale was ready for Dad. His room was ready. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Brookdale Sleepy Hollow to anyone that needs help with a senior member of their family.

Everybody is friendly and very helpful- Cleaning people front desk and caregivers. If someone is sad or hurting a caregiver is there to support and quickly sees how they can help. They are so compassionate. I love that if I'm in my room someone always is there to check on me. They know everyone's name and it impresses me. Everything is so clean too!

My brother is very happy living at Brookdale Valencia. He feels safe unlike his last apartment which even though it was gated I suspect everyone in Albuquerque had the gate code. Brookdale has a live person opening the gate so are careful about who gets in. He enjoys good food and is quite happy with the menus there and is overjoyed not to have to cook after living alone for the past 50 years. He likes the apartment and having a cleaning service plus the maintenance people have taken care of any issues he's had. Thanks for recommending Brookdale, it's perfect for [name removed]

My mom has been a resident at Brookdale for three wonderful years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The food is great I've eaten with her multiple times. The staff is truly excellent. For family night events they go all out to make those occasions special. We are so thankful for the care and joy they provide her. At first, she wanted a 2 bedroom but the 1 bedrooms are a lot larger than we realized. The location is great it’s tucked away off Grand River so there is not a lot of general traffic. Just about everything is covered in her rent except cable TV and telephone. They are simply the best and it’s a must-see place for anyone looking.
