Brookdale

We always thought Brookdale was lovely from the outside, but after our tour, we were just as impressed with the inside as well. We liked it too because it has fewer people there, then in other Assisted Living places residents were very friendly and staff were all amazing and kind.

Although only there for 3 months, very pleased with the staff and care provided to my mother. They welcomed her and she immediately integrated into the community. Whenever I would call for updates or mom needing assistance they quickly provided feedback or assistance to Mom. Would highly recommend the facility,

The staff is great! Welcomed us warmly, always polite and efficient, personal. Facility is clean and smaller than most (we've been in two others), more intimate. Plenty of activities, food is good (sometimes great!). We're in one of their deluxe singles which has plenty of room for normal living and room for our crafts. All in all, we'll be staying here!

Staff are kind and caring, but not enough of them sometimes. Activities are very good, music, bingo, crafts etc. Dining is quite good, even my picky mother is quite happy. Overall I highly recommend.

Warm and caring staff. I would recommend. Moved my dad from another facility in the area and my dad has said he is happy for first time

Brookdale Meadowmount has my recommendation. They take good care of me.

My mother had lived locally in another senior facility for almost year and was unhappy. It wasn’t until we moved her to Brookdale that I could really appreciate the true commitment they have to senior care. They have professionals in every role that are committed to the tenants from the care staff, dining, concierge, housekeeping and maintenance. She is thriving at Brookdale and I am forever grateful!

For each of the areas a solid 5. My mom is so incredibly happy. The staff are wonderful, the activities are perfect and impress me. The price for what you get is one of the best I've seen and to know the people that work there love what they do. The food is also really well made and my mom send photos all the time. I would and have recommended them to other colleagues of mine.

It is very nice there. My Mom is doing pretty well there. Very nice community. Caring caregivers, very clean and just the right amount of activities.

What we like the most about the community is that it is nice and has a comfortable setting. We also like the friendliness and mostly the staff are attentive. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Pecan Park to other families based on the experience so far.

Smaller environment. Individual apartments. A la carte care as you need it in progression of the disease.

The staff at Brookdale were so nice, extremely helpful and reassuring at every phase of our experience there. My Mother actually stayed about a week and a half all told because of her condition. We got her back there for what turned out to be her last two days under Halo Hospice that Brookdale recommended. They were a blessing for me. And also extremely helpful and considerate. I highly recommend Brookdale, I was and am still convinced Mother would have so enjoyed living there. I felt so comfortable and I know she would have been as well. She loved the pecan pie prepared by their chef. His cuisine looked delicious and home-made, not typical institutional food. I'm so happy A Place for Mom recommended them to us.

Brookdale Loma Linda is great! They were all very nice and helpful.

From the first contact with Brookdale to the last, everyone was amazing. I knew that my brother was going to get the assistance he needed. I had to get back home to Oregon to take care of our mom. Having him at Brookdale made it easier for me since I couldn't stay in Montana as long as he needed me too.

The facility is clean and the price was better for us compared to others in the area. The staff are wonderful! All very helpful. The food is just ok.

It's been great. The staff is attentive and was very helpful with the move. I hesitate to name anyone in particular because I don't want to miss someone, but [names removed], the med techs, [name removed], and the dining staff are great. The food is delicious and there are plenty of choices. The apartment is larger than Dad expected and it's comfortable. Temperature control is definitely a plus for Dad. Laundry and housekeeping are good, too. His first month has gone smoothly and he's quite content.

This is a nice small facility with a good family feel. The nurses, caregivers, dining staff, housekeeping, maintenance are all attentive to the patient’s needs. Activities offered are fun and inviting.

The attendants take an interest in learning about the residents as people as well as any special needs. Friendly, positive attitudes, weekly entertainment, know the regular visitors by name. My mom was mostly non-responsive, eyes closed, and not speaking when she arrived at Brookdale. On entertainment day about a week or two after her arrival, a country singer was singing Brown Eyed Girl" and [name removed] (an attendant) asked if there were any brown eyed girls and I pointed to my mom. [name removed] came over to her grabbed her hand, rubbed the back of it while gently shaking it, and spoke loudly to her, "you know you live to dance." My mom's eyes popped open, she smiled, and got up and my mom's eyes popped and I danced with her until the end of the song. She was back to being Mom. Something [name removed] said triggered my mom to "wake up" and be communicative again for the first time since about 6 months before arriving at Brookdale and she remained herself until she passed.

The sincere friendliness of the staff and leadership team. They volunteer the offer of help and assistance instead of having to ask. These are big differences from the previous assisted living facility where we had our loved one.
