Great Place To Live!! Staff Is Very Friendly And Great To Be Around!! Have Been Here For Almost A Couple Years And Would Not Want To Live Anywhere Else!! The 3 Meals A Day Is A Great Thing To Have And The Food Is Outstanding!! Hope It Stays The Same!!

I feel safe here at Brookdale novi. I love the activities and the help that I get. The ability to get out and socialize. It's nice going to lunches and events. The entertainment is nice. I've made friends here in this community.

Brookdale Senior Living was perfect for me…smaller, quant, friendly, and has everything I want and need. [name removed] was terrific in showing me around….she is a special person!! The place could use some additional TLC in terms of updating and improving its appearance….mostly cosmetics. I would suggest new carpeting and outdoor landscaping maintenance..!! Thank you [name removed]!!

What we like the most about the community are the employees, I love them. They are all warm and friendly. The community is convenient, there is good food and a great entertainment schedule/family time. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Germantown to other families based on the experience so far.

Meals are like dining at a 5-star restaurant every night of the week. The staff is so friendly and attentive. My 1 bedroom apartment is just right for me, but then I also have plenty of space around the community to host my friends.

7.5% discount on rent regardless of ability to pay was nice. Rooms apparently painted after each vacancy. Piano in the main lobby was nice. Rehab room seemed a little small but probably adequate for needs. Building undergoing upgrades.

My family blessed to have found Brookdale. From the very first day meeting with the salesperson, our family has had a peace of mind knowing that Mom is getting excellent care. The Executive Director is very responsive and spends her time in the community. Highly recommend if you have a loved one with dementia.

I feel it is still too soon to have an accurate experience, but so far, I would say a 5 in all categories. Brookdale has been a positive experience. the management staff has been outstanding helping out with my mother's needs, which have increased. My daughter and I visited Brookdale Oak Park. Rep is very knowledgeable of the facility and what it has to offer. It is very clean and well-managed. A few residents also stopped us and told us what a great job they do there. Rep also invited us back any time we want, and answered all our questions.

It was all very positive. [name removed] was great very nice. Gave me a tour of the entire place. I met some other staff members and some of the residents. The place is neat clean well maintained I have no negatives. Which stood after me was the staff they were very professional and very polite

The staff had been incredibly kind and helpful, working with my mother to get everything she needs. The facility is clean and the patients seem very happy. The activities aren't always my mother's favorite (She is not religious unlike most residents, so activities catered to their worship aren't her favorite) but every need she has had had been dealt with. She also has not liked soup her whole life, so when she says their soup is amazing, you know it is true.

My Aunt has been with Brookdale for 8 years and at this particular one for almost two years. She has been well taken care of throughout her years living at Brookdale. The staff and Management have always been great to her. I am very happy with Brookdale.

My Mom has been here for over a year. Things have improved greatly in the last year. The staff is so caring. I don't know how they can be so kind all the time. Dealing with my Mom can be challenging.

Lovely tour by two very knowledgeable ladies. Very helpful in explaining facility and how everything works.
