At this point I give my experience a 5. All of my contact with Brookdale staff from the initial meeting to moving in and since has been positive. Everyone is knowledgeable - or if not, they know who to contact. The facility is very nice and comfortable. The staff are helpful, courteous, and very friendly and welcoming. I am getting settled in and I have been assisted with getting around and meeting the staff as well as other residents. My apartment is a good size, was ready and set up as requested when I moved in. There are plenty of activities - I've only had time for a few but will do more. The meals are pleasant, nourishing, and generally tasty.

The staff at Brookdale East Arbor has been extremely helpful and responsive to the needs of my 102 year old Mother. On one occasion a late evening phone call to [name removed] solve a problem quickly. And [name removed], the Director, has taken Mom to various medical exams and waited patiently to take her back home to East Arbor. Mom can't say enough about how helpful and friendly the staff is.
