Brookdale

Very professional. Lovely facility. Wide variety of programs and menu. Pre-admission requirements are not as clear as they could be, so there was unnecessary last minute stress to obtain medical requirements.

The staff at Brookdale are warm, patient and accommodating. My Dad has been well cared for. The place smells great and is super clean every time I visit. The meals that I have enjoyed there with my Dad were really good, I love Brookdale East Tucson because it’s a small community with a consistent staff of caregivers who really get to know and love all of the residents. I toured several places before choosing Brookdale and honestly there was no competition. Im so thankful to everyone there!

We placed dad at Brookdale Latrobe in the late stages of dementia after trying to care for him as long as possible at home. We were concerned about impersonal treatment for dad. However what he received was anything but. He was only there sixteen days but the staff was caring and treated him like a long term resident. They communicated well with as even during his short term stay until his passing. We were very happy to have chosen Brookdale Latrobe.

This is a small community that my mom fits into perfectly. She would not be interested in a large, busy community. She attends exercise classes, music shows, and crafts that she likes. She is comfortable there. The facility’s physician and nursing staff is always on top of things so I don’t have to be. She has friends she has meals with and even enjoys getting her hair done. I appreciate Brookdale Stuart very much.

Friendly staff, public areas are nicely furnished and very clean. Very good food with 3 meals a day included (no point system). Nice apartments from studios to 2 bedrooms in small buildings spread across the campus. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous views, in a lovely foothills neighborhood.

I know they have lots of activities for their residents. Unfortunately my family member doesn't participate in them unless we are there. The activities we have participated in have been excellent. Excellent communication with us.

This place has been an answered prayer for us. From the get go the staff has been great. Our observation of staff interaction with the residents has been great. They have helped with mom so much. The hospice group has been great. Getting the right diagnosis with the right medication has made a huge difference

I lived in four Senior residential facilities over 17 months while recovering from orthopedic and neck injuries, short term. Brookdale Eden is by far the best! *The facility is very clean, always updated and maintained. The grounds are manicured. Safety is a priority with an after hours key-pad gate and entry doors. I never felt safer! *My apartment is comfortable and has all the conveniences one could imagine when my furniture was arranged. The shower, bathroom and kitchen are more than adequate and there is plenty of closet storage space. The common laundry room has enough machines so there is seldom a wait for a washer or dryer. *Meals three times a day! Many similar places only have two. The recipes at Brookdale Eden taste homemade and the menu is rotated regularly. Activities including Religious Services, Bingo, Bridge, Yoga and much more! *The staff knew my name within days……and the residents are as friendly as the staff! As I said, Brookdale Eden is the best!

I visited a friend who was at Brookdale for several years and was always pleased with the facilities, staff, and residents. I attended some of the holiday parties. In [date removed] , I took a tour in anticipation of moving a relative to Brookdale. It continues its high standards of care. The staff say hello to everyone and make it a point to get to know them. I would be very comfortable having someone I know live at this Brookdale location.

The staff were great. My wife was taken care of very well. They ALL cared about her well being. The food was ok but could use a little more variety in my opinion. Overall experience was very good!

Upon arrival I was greeted with tremendous hospitality. The staff was awesome in regards to being attentive to my needs and making me aware of the support in the facility. The place itself gave me the vibe of a place, I would want my significant other to be. Knowing they would be in good grace. Thank you Brookdale for making me aware of places that show care.

Deer Creek appears to have a group of staff members who really care about what they're doing, and try to make a positive impact on the lives of their residents. The care team is compassionate and has years of tenure and experience.

The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are knowledgeable and are quick to help whenever possible. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to work orders. I don’t have anything negative to say about Brookdale. We are so happy [name removed] is here!

This Community, Has an Exceptional Staff, and a Feeling like no other. This Community Is Something Special. Connectedness With Staff, Residents, & Families. Shows That this is a Place Where Everyone is in it together, and that no one is alone in the Dementia and Alzheimer's Journey. I would recommend this community to anyone in need of a great support structure for their loved one!

The team from the front desk to the Nurses were very friendly and caring while we were visiting. They always seem to have some sort of activity planned for the residents. It was really nice to see the interactions between the residents and staff.

[name removed] was a pleasure to work with through the entire process of helping my friend move into Brookdale. She went over and beyond to help out every need. A process that could have been very stressful was pleasant. We felt welcomed and loved from the moment we walked in.

My mother in law was at Brookdale about six years ago and she really liked it. So when my brother in law needed a place that was closer to us we moved him there. They are all very friendly and nice. Some of the same people working there that was there when my mother in law was there.

Overall happy with Brookdale. But I wish staffing was able to accommodate my early lifestyle better.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Extremly helpful and caring with residents. The residents were happy and clean. Enjoyed the food and it was tasty and flavorful. The court yard was pleasing and quiet. Safe environment for the residents.
