Reasons we chose Brookdale Mt. Lebanon: Close to my house, clean, friendly, my mom spent time there until Covid. Love the staff. Facilities are wonderful as well! I do think it is a bit expensive for every thing being additional costs...

I work in the healthcare industry. We have been so blessed to work with this community for years here in Lubbock. Their staff is compassionate, kind, and helpful. I highly suggest this building for any of my patients that have had a cognitive decline. Your loved one will truly thrive in this community.

My neighbor and best friend needed a facility that could provide 24 hour care, due to her dementia. Her daughters found Brookdale Monterey. I went & toured the facility and was very impressed. She was admitted in [date removed] I have visited her on 4 occasions so far. She has adapted well and made some new friends. The facility is always clean and the staff is always very cordial and welcoming of guests. Unlike other facilities, there is no smell of urine and there is no cover up of any smells. Have not had a chance to have a meal with her, but she is satisfied with the food & I can see her appetite has improved. Overall, I am pleased with the care she is receiving. The administration staff & nursing staff are easy to get in contact with and have been very helpful! I do not know of the activities they have provided as she is a new resident, hopefully I can participate when possible to see her progress.

The staff at Brookdale Monterey are efficient and friendly and always address our questions and needs. The facility is clean. Our family members at the facility tell us they are very happy to be there.

From the first day my dad become a number of the community he has been treated well is well cared for and is glad to be at Brookdale. I rest easily knowing that he is happy and well cared for.

I've lived here since 2017. No complaints. I like price, location the people and the staff.

I've been a lot place and this is my favorite. I wish has a rehab here. I think we have the best care of all. They are all nice.

We're very happy with Brookdale. Extremely caring and supportive of the patients/clients. They have picked the right staff for this memory care unit. The room sizes in memory care are very nice and the amenities are perfect for our situation!

The community is fantastic, the employees are very engaged and concerned about my dad's well being. They are excellent about communicating any changes and keeping me up to date with his participation, health etc. They always take time to answer my questions and address any concerns. My dad complains about the food on occasion, but is overall ok with what meals are provided. A few other residents have told me that they want fresh berries and things like olives and pickles as an option.

We chose Brookdale Club Hill because of the upbeat atmosphere and we also liked that they had a staff member at the front desk 24/7. The facility provides lots of great activities for the residents to partake in. The staff have been awesome!

My dad moved in earlier last year, and the staff has been amazing! They do their best to keep community members engaged and speaking as a chef, I can say after having several meals with my dad here I can say the meals are quite good as well! It is also a plus that they have a large ratio of men.

the admissions and move in went smoothly. everyone was very friendly and helpful, caring not only for my sister but also for me. [name removed] required a very high level of care and I observed the care more able residents received. All excellent. The value for cost is exceptional

I highly recommend Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks. [name removed], [name removed], and [name removed] are simply amazing! They provide helpful information to care for your loved one in assisted living. The staff is always kind, pleasant and helpful. My entire family feels welcomed when we walk through the door. They genuinely feel like extended family. We feel so lucky we landed at Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks.

Very "home" set up and feeling, plenty of areas for residents to enjoy small family room, kitchen areas as well as larger spaces. ALL of the staff is friendly, helpful and always around. Facility is immaculate

After spinal surgery and a stroke, my mother went to Brookdale Overland Park for a month of intensive rehabilitation. Her experience was terrific. The nurses, therapists, and doctors on staff were thorough, professional, compassionate, and encouraging. They took the time to get to know her, and encouraged her in a safe and realistic way. She emerged after one month, competent and confident, and ready to return to independent living. In addition, the facility provided excellent activities and self care services like happy hour, football game viewing parties, and a hair salon, making her time there not just productive but also enjoyable. Finally, the administrative and support staff provided me with the information I needed with regard to finances and continuing care upon discharge from the facility. Overall, I would give Brookdale Overland Park a double thumbs up. We loved everything about it!

As the visiting Podiatrist at Brookdale Potomac, I must say this is a very well run facility. The staff is great and caring. The staff communicates very well (and often) with me. This exemplifies how on top of their game they are.
