Brookdale

My brother did not want to go to assisted living. The staff went out of their way to help him make the adjustment. I have found all the staff to be super friendly and helpful. The food is great and guests to a meal is only $[fee removed]. There is a wonderful homey feeling at Brookdale.

Brookdale Assisted Living was a gem and so are the people who work there. Everyone pitches in to help no matter what the task maybe. They are a great group of caring individuals, very kind. It is a cozy place, where care for the resident comes first. They have plenty of activities and a menu that can be catered to the residents diet. Everyone is treated like family, something you don’t get in a big facility.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. Overall my mother is happy there. She does not participate much in the activities and I wish she would. I feel like they need to work harder on helping the residents make friends. Sometimes it feels as everyone just stays with their table friends and people don't reach out to add more friends to their group. My mother does not want to do the activities that her friends don't do. And most of the time her friends are not able to go because of health issues. So she doesn't participate.

Very caring staff! They go above and beyond to help residents feel welcome and cared for. Very clean and inviting.

Brookdale Soring meadows did a superb job of caring for my sister, who did not make things easy for them. The staff was incredibly warm and caring, always responsive, and was very easy to deal with. I was thousands of miles away but had complete faith that my sister was appropriately cared for, so I recommend the facility highly.

The staff and administrators at Brookdale have been very proactive with my Mother in law's care. They have always treated her with respect and caring. The community feels like home and is extremely clean and inviting. We have been very pleased with the care and support our family member has received in the year she has lived there.

My brothers and I are so pleased that we found Brookdale in Ithaca for Mom!!! Her dementia was getting worse and we needed a place that we felt safe leaving her! All of the staff are wonderful and caring! The activity director is great keeping mom busy all day long from arts and crafts, exercises, music even field trips to museums and out to lunch!! The best part is that she has her kitty with her here and has made a new best friend with one of the residents!! I highly recommend this place!!!

I would like to sincerely commend the facility for providing exceptional care for my brother. The staff consistently offered not only professional medical attention but also a high level of comfort and compassion. The meals were nourishing, the environment was always clean, and the care was tailored to meet his needs. I truly appreciated their commitment to providing excellent service at an affordable price, and I felt supported throughout this entire experience.

I'm an 85-year-old widower and my independant-living apartment at Brookdale fits me perfectly. 1300 sqft with 2 baths, large walk-in closet, small, but complete kitchen and a view of Pikes Peak. I grow tomatoes, asparagus and mushrooms on the sunny balcony. Free housekeeping and Xfinity is included.

I went and visited several recommended places for my loved one. My heart came back over and over to Brookdale Granger! The staff's longevity is proof of their love for the job and love of the residents. My mom wasn't thrilled at all about this transition but she fits right in and loves it! She smiles again and her involvement in activities has made her healthier mentally and physically.

I knew of many of the senior living sites in my area but had no details on their specific capabilities or reviews. Place for Mom helped me speed up my selection and I am very happy with our choice No reservations about the process

All staff members at Brookdale Bend are very caring. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. Room sizes are ample. Twin bed is best.

My mother has been there for a year now. I've flown up to see her almost every month this year. I've had several lunch & dinners with her, so I can tell you the food is good. I've gotten to know the people and the staff. I even sang a few concerts for them. Everyone is so nice and the residents are genuinely happy. I've talked with other residents that moved from someplace else and they all love Brookdale the best. They keep it clean, check on the residents and have fun activities for them. I would highly recommend this place

Our family loved Brookdale. Dad had all the comforts of home. The staff are friendly and professional. The services for housekeeping, laundry and linen service were included in the cost which made things so much easier. The environment was stimulating and focused on the senior communities needs. My dad enjoyed Weekly outings. The extra events that were held were exceptional and family/ friends were always welcomed. We received weekly emails and stayed informed of upcoming events. We loved the Hawaiin party, casino night, and the brunches too. Safety was a top priority which was so important to us. Brookdale community is the best.

My family had been taking care of my grandfather for several years. We soon realized he was needing more care than we could provide. We reached out to Brookdale and met with [name removed]. We toured the facility and loved everything about Brookdale and the staff. They have been so patient and helpful with us as his family. Since moving in, my grandfather has had excellent care and made friends. As his family, we can feel comfortable knowing he is in a place that is safe and comfortable. They have all been so helpful in the transition to move him in and have been available to help us with every step. We are so happy and blessed to have found a place that is perfect for us!

My friend needed assisted living. We visited Brookdale and were very impressed. It’s a manageable size and only one floor. It was perfect because it allowed her small dog. The one bedroom apartment seems spacious. My friend says the food is good and enjoys the activities. [name removed] Wendy was great to work with during my friend’s admission.

Everything about Camino Del Sol was great and wonderful! The staff was very caring and loving to all the residents and paid attention to those who needed most. The food was excellent and tasty and the Chef was very workable with our needs. The staff was very professional and caring. I would highly recommend Camino Del Sol for your loved ones.
