Brookdale

The staff at Brookdale in Greenwood Village is amazing! They are kind and caring and take such good care of my dad. My dad tells me almost every time we talk how much he loves it which is the most important piece to our family ( and he’s not one to just say he likes something if he doesn’t). He also talks about how much he likes the food as well. We truly believe that dad is getting the best care and that he is safe in his environment. The staff also makes sure that his needs are met in a timely manner. We are so glad that we chose Brookdale assisted living for dad.

I was getting panicked about trying to find a place for my brother who was moving from skilled nursing in Hemet to Orange County assisted living. My first contact at Brookdale was [name removed], and he was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, invited me in to see the rooms, the dining area, the beautiful park, etc. My first impression was how clean it was, how good it smelled, and how polite and kind everyone that I met was. I also liked that they recognized and honored our veterans. By the way, their dining area is very nice and the food is wonderful. Most important! My brother is very happy and feels comfortable and likes the staff..

I needed help to find my mom a place quickly due to escalating dementia issues. My advisor respected my needs, asked for desired pricing and locations, set up time with the home and followed up after my mom moved to make sure I was pleased with the choice. They are fast, efficient and have a wide range of questions to help you plan the path for the best care.

It hasn’t quite been a month but my dad is so happy. He was so isolated before and he is enjoying exploring his new surroundings and meeting new people. He made wonderful new friends with his table mates from lunch and dinner and said his meals are delicious. The staff have been great about helping to engage him in activities. Every time I ask how he is, he says he is very happy in his new place! Everyone is so welcoming and we know he is safe and happy and it is so comforting!

I was exhausted, anxious, scared when my partner’s dementia progressed and then her physical health got worse- mostly because she couldn’t communicate or was unaware that she was feeling off. I was trying to be nurse, cook, counselor, recreational director. Trying to fix everything and make her happy. Nothing was working. After many doctors appointments, ambulance trips to the hospital I reached out to a place for mom and they connected me with Brookdale memory and dementia care. It save us both. She is well taken care: eating better, more active and physically and mentally. Brookdale allows more freedom and independence and entertainment. She is more engaged than at home. My partner and I enjoy each other more without the stress of me being in charge

My mom has been at Brookdale for about 2 months now. I love it there! It’s so beautiful and comfortable! The activities keep mom engaged and help her get more acclimated to her surroundings. The food has been delicious and much healthier than mom had been making for herself over the last several years. The care staff have been exemplary and I’m so happy I found it! I would highly recommend it to others wanting a smaller, comfortable place for their elderly loved ones.

My mom has been there 2 months now, she likes her room, has settled in very nicely Staff are very friendly, helpful Lots of activities for the residents and their families also. They celebrate the holidays with songs from outside people coming in to sing and encourage residents to join in. We are happy with the placement we choose for my mom

Brookdale has been an absolute god send for my mom. She went from having a lot of trouble living on her own to thriving. They have the privacy of your own apartment but the amenities of a hotel. She loves the food! Every day I talk to her and she talks about how good the food is. Perfect place for the people who don’t need total care but a little bit of help.

Brookdale is a great place to live. The staff make a difference. I’m no longer lonely and without friends. I’m very happy here. I lived in the biggest assisted living in town and was lonely and without friends. I don’t feel that way here. The meals are hot and delicious. It’s also very clean and organized.

It took a long time to find the right place for my 72 year old husband who was recently diagnosed with dementia. Because I live in a different state than him it was even more difficult. Brookdale was wonderful to work with me over the phone, and with emails and texts. I like that Brookdale is small and is for memory care only. I appreciate that he will not have to leave for dental, doctor, even haircuts. Everything is done at Brookdale with mobile dentist and doctor.

My father loves the folks at Brookdale Muirfield. They have really made him feel at home in his new home. Facility always nice and clean. Everyone that works there seems to really care about the residents and treat them like family.

Brookdale Staff at Springdale CARE and it's because their director at that location is an excellent business man, and a very down to earth, caring person. Our interactions with staff when we visit is always pleasant. They truly care about our family member. We've had a unique situation, affecting our billing but they are working it out for us to fix the issue. We had a completely different experience at another place but now we know we have found THE PLACE for our loved one to call home.

The staff are great! Genuinely friendly and caring. The ONLY drawbacks that it is pricey. But you get what you pay for. [name removed] fosters a welcoming environment for all the residents I encountered. She was swift with addressing any pop-up issues that were brought to her attention.

Great staff, very friendly facility! Room sizes and amenities offered are good. They do have a limited number of 2 bedroom suites.

5 for all categories. We chose Brookdale St. Augustine from the start due to the value for the money and the online reviews that we read. My mom always appears to be clean and well dressed.

I am a professional companion and do my best to keep my clients safe and happy in their own homes for as long as possible. I haven't been a big proponent of assisted living facilities. When my client's family told me that they were starting to look for assisted living communities, I was not sure that this was a good idea. When they asked me to tour Brookdale Punta Gorda Isles, I went reluctantly but with an open mind. I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was such a happy, warm, and loving place! I got to meet several of the staff and residents. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I saw that there were many activities daily to keep the residents occupied and happy. Needless to say , I was very happy to endorse the move. My client has been at Brookdale PGI for six months now and he LOVES it!! The care my client receives is top notch. I highly recommend Brookdale PGI to anyone looking for an ALC for your loved one, it feels more like home than any ALC that I have visited.

The social director at Brookdale Chenal Little Rock is great. He makes every holiday a special event with decoration, entertainment and holiday food. My husband was recently crowned King of Valentine with a crown, cape and a scepter. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, I would recommend Brookdale. Brookdale has a dedicated staff, who have the best interest of its residents.

The only issue we have is the billing department. They accommodate every need. Room sizes are good. Amenities could be a little better.
