Brookdale North Austin has been such an amazing community to my mother. Not only do they provide outstanding care to their residents, but they also don't have high turnover, so you know who's caring for your loved one. [name removed]and [name removed]do an amazing job at engaging the residents, [name removed]and [name removed]do an amazing job making sure everyone is taken care of. [name removed] helped answer all of my questions and made me feel at home giving me confidence that I was making the right move for my mom. Highly recommend Brookdale North Austin.

Just a thorough evaluation really needs to be completed regarding family members needs. I would live there if I needed care. My only caveat: mom should have been placed directly into memory care and not assisted living.

Wonderful place in great staff rooms are beautifully up to date. Nice patience. Everyone is nice and courteous. I would let my family members stay here. Overall your family will have a wonderful experience staying here.

My sister and I enjoyed the tour. Our tour guide showed us all the different areas. The resident’s rooms were nice. I liked that in the rooms there was a separate area from the bedroom to have family and friends visit.

I like the warmth and friendliness of residents and staff. Yes, I would recommend Brookdale to others.

It's close to Loma Linda medical facilities and doctors offices. The facility offers transportation to appointments on Tuesday and Thursday. Overall this is a perfect fit for my aunt.

We chose Brookdale Granger because of the energy that came from the staff and residents. And the food was amazing. The staff is amazing, they are super friendly and just like family! They are so invested in the residents and I love that for my mom!

What I like the most about Brookdale Wekiwa Spring is the friendliness and care. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

There is no place I would rather have my husband. The communication back and forth regarding my husband's care. Staff are attentive and compassionate. They love what they do. The Executive Director and Health & Wellness Coordinator or their designees are available 24/7 to listen and respond to my questions and concerns. The facility is generally very clean. They have medical and psychiatric providers to deliver care on site as appropriate if families choose to use these providers. They have activities and programs available. They have exercise time with light weights as well as hallway walking. Residents get mental and physical stimulation. The Memory Care facility is secure. The facility is pretty

They are great. It's like a 5 star hotel. There is no yucky smell. It always smells good. It is so clean! The people that work there are nice!

The staff was very welcoming from signing my Mother up at their faculty to the actual staff that took care of my Mother. She was only in the facility a couple of weeks before passing, but the entire staff was very kind, compassionate and caring. Regardless of the time of day, everyone we spoke with knew the condition of my Mother. We would highly recommend Brookdale to anyone looking for care for an aging parent.

When we began the journey of finding a safe, loving place for our mom, my sister and I visited Brookdale Kerrville. It was clean, and all the residents that we saw were happy. We were amazed at how the residents welcomed us. Several of them expressed how thankful they were to be there. The real test would be how my mom felt about her new place. She had lived alone for 35 years and our fears were that she would be miserable. However, she adapted quickly. Everyone from management, staff and the residents welcomed her warmly. She is happier now than she has been for years. At her age, all her siblings and friends have passed on. We realize now how lonesome she must have been all those years. At Brookdale, she has so many friends. She loves the staff and talks about them as if they are her family. She participates in some of the tivities. She has never asked to go "home". Brookdale was the best decision that my family made for the safety and security and all around happiness for my mom.

I have lived at Brookdale for almost 3 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. My other friends that live here are a delight and I enjoy their camaraderie. There are always various things to do if you want to. My family says I’m a picky eater, but [name removed] in Dining does a great job at the menu chat meetings to accommodate my special requests. I’ve had the same housekeeper all these years, [name removed] , and she is a wonderful person.

My experiences are over all positive. Dividing the facility into. 1. Dining room. 2. Business office maintenance. Dining room when I first arrived we has an asst. manager. Never replaced should be replaced. Train servers. I provide back u. Business office get pre active restrict. Resident tenure "Prod" after 6 yrs waiver credit card payment/develop new prog. Maintenance have preg always working om appearance and upgrading.

My daughter and I checked out several senior communities and Brookdale Chambrel ended up being my choice. I've lived here 4+ years and right my choice. Staff and residents are friendly and caring. There are many activities to choose from and get involved in. It is a great community.

The experience I exhibit is exceptional. The care is impeccable; staff is engaged. Everyone is concerned about the welfare of the residents. Family is also important for the wellbeing of their family members by visiting and engaging in activities with family member.

Our experience with Brookdale in Kerrville has been wonderful. The care they give to Mom is delivered with kindness and professionalism. Brookdale has been the right fit for Mom - big enough but the number of overall residents assures a more intimate atmosphere that feels like home! Daily activities are planned keeping the residents engaged with each other and involved in fun games, parties and holiday celebrations. Staff is present and involved daily with any medical and/or health concerns. And administration is ever present overseeing the whole facility with a genuine caring and respect for every individual. Perhaps most importantly, the support staff of med aides, care attendants, chefs, maintenance and cleaning staff work hard to meet all needs of the residents.
