Brookdale

The food they have here is great. They go out of their way in the dining room to make things perfect. Their is a monthly menu chat for us to discuss our likes and dislikes and to give suggestions of what we would like to have. The place is very clean. I like the way the people help each other out for it is a team effort. Brookdale does a great job at handling emergencies. For instance would be when Hurricane Melton came about.

We have had a great experience at Brookdale. It was a good place to land. We appreciate the kind staff who take great care of our Mom. She is happy living there and we enjoy visiting her and spending time with her at Brookdale.

I like living here at Brookdale Baywood. I have been able to rebound from some health issues. The staff is great at what they do and helping me when I need it. I would recommend Brookdale Baywood to anyone looking for a place to live.

I love living at Brookdale Baywood! I have many friends and like to socialize at meals and activities. I got to bring my little dog with me and that was so important to me. If I need something the staff is always right there to help me. I enjoy living here at Brookdale Baywood!

Brookdale Baywood is a nice place to live! The staff is kind & helpful! They are my family! It's always nice to meet other residents too. They have become my friends when we go to all of the activities together! I like it here and feel safe!

Great community to live at! The food is great and the community bus takes us on trips every week! The bus driver is the best! Our Holiday Christmas Party was a great event! The Team here is caring and does a great job!

The community and team are nothing slight than exceptional. The mgmt is so professional and kind. The care team and nurse make her feel valued and safe I am always invited to join for activities out of the community or in the community. Thank you for helping to create an inviting community.

This community has improved so much over the last few years, the community is clean, staff is friendly. They all popped in during the tour and introduced themselves and what their roles is. Love getting to work along side them as a home health nurse

My experience has been good so far.

I help the folks move in and all of the families have had a great experience with the availability of the staff that coordinate the positive experience on move in day! They have 2 elevators so it makes it easy to get things in.

Great place to live. The staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. All activities and the food are will prepped and supervised. Residents are friendly and fun to be around. Being in the center of town it is easy to get to restaurants, theaters & shopping.

My experience with brookdale midtown is that it is a safe, clean and well run place and I would not hesitate to recommend any other loved ones to stay here. Excellent care and the staff really cares about the residents here, I highly recommend it!

This has been an incredible place for my aunt. The staff is super helpful and they keep the place very clean. She loves the food and all the people she gets to interact with on a daily basis. I highly recommend it!

My mom picked Brookdale Russellville as the place she wanted to be — for a variety of reasons. She’s been extremely happy there, and we’ve been happy with the care they take of her. She’s made many friends, and the staff is courteous and caring. Overall, we couldn’t ask for a better place for mom and her dog to be.

I recently visited Brookdale in Port Charlotte, Florida and can't say enough about this wonderful place. [name removed] took me on a tour and she was very informative, friendly and helpful. The building itself was clean and we'll cared for. Grandma would never have to leave as she can even have her hair done there. However, they do have transportation for shopping and doctor appointments. The staff and residents seemed happy and the residents were well taken care of and respected. There are lots of activities. It felt like I was hanging out with grandma and her friends. My one regret was that I didn't have time to stay for dinner. Not sure what was cooking but it smelled delicious. I appreciate that [name removed] did not pressure me but let me know she was available if I needed her.We ran into [name removed] on our way out and she was also friendly.

In six months I've found a community of new interesting friends and opportunities to participate in shared activities. I was so amazed how quickly the staff knew my name and special interests, even giving me the opportunity to continue my teaching career. I never felt like an outsider because I was soon invited to be an ambassador, a role allowing me to, not only meet and greet each new resident, but to connect with every resident. I have had excellent care when I've had health issues, including my dietary needs. For the first time in 50 years of Sarasota hurricanes, I felt safe and at peace during the last three while here at Brookdale. My studio apartment is my happy place and I appreciate how housekeeping and maintenance help me keep in clean and comfortable.

This community is such a clean and beautiful place. The staff and residents were very friendly and introduced themselves to us on our tour. The rooms were large and we loved the kitchenette and walk in closets.

My 95 year old mother lives at Brookdale in Russellville AR. She previously lived at another facility in town and we had become uncomfortable with the care she was receiving there. At Brookdale everyone really cares about her and her well being. The facility is always clean and well maintained. Thank you to all the staff for caring.
