Well kept, good management and the staff is most accommodating rooms are spacious and there are plenty of activities to keep you interested also the housekeeping service is a genuine plus overall I’m happy that a place for mom referred us to this facility

The staff have been professional, and you can see that they genuinely like what they are doing. They have met my brothers needs. The memory care unit is cheerful, and clean. Phone calls have been returned in a timely manner. I would recommend this facility if your family member needs placement.

Everyone has been very caring and involved with my Mom. I haven't experienced any negative things involving her care and I would feel very comfortable recommending Brookdale -Pearland to others. My Mom feels comfortable there.

Brookdale-Peachtree is a lovely facility. The staff are caring, kind, and attentive. The chef is great, and the food is wonderful. Our mother is well cared for and is quickly acclimated. We are so glad to have found the right place for her.

5 on all areas! We had such a wonderful experience! Everyone is so kind. I felt that my mother in law was completely safe. They would always call if something was off and treated her with respect. And they let us sleep there during her last days

I don't eat there and mom says it's ok. I have no comparison so hard to rate value for money. They seem to be patient with my mom. She is declining and can be difficult. The staff seem friendly when in go and visit.

I would rate them all a 5, mom is finally adjusting they are big help! Everyone is very caring, helpful and very nice. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It was a nice experience. Offered a lot of advice and they were willing to set up appointments to view the different facilities. They continually checked in with me to see if I still needed help. Very helpful

Staff is always friendly ,willing to direct you to the right place. Love watching them interact with the residents and see how patient they are with them. I like how they take them out on little outing.

I would rate each item a"5". The only problem we had was sometimes getting hold of someone on the weekends. Once your family member makes a personal connection with a staff member things seem to settle into place fairly easily.

Brookdale Richland Hills is an excellent place to live if one cannot stay in his or her own home because of mental or physical shortcomings. The caring staff is what makes it so comfortable and easy to transition to a change in life. First, it is true that everyone at Brookdale truly cares that we are happy to have our needs fulfilled. They are well-trained and provide excellent service in every area. Recognizing that leadership shapes the environment of an organization, I must point out [name removed] direction for the staff is what makes everything run so smoothly from the food to the service residents get. I have heard many of my fellow occupants comment on how pleased they are with the food, the activities, and the general atmosphere of Brookdale. All that to say, since I can no longer live at home, this is the next best place to live. I am so pleased I found Brookdale.

My mom and I both love this place. I know that when I am ready to move into a home, this is where I will go!!!! The staff is always accessible and always willing to help. The facility the apartments are beautiful and very friendly to the elderly. My only concern with that is the way the bathtub is made. There's a 3 inch step in which sometimes can be tripped over. The covered patios are so refreshing and so cheerful. The food is exceptional with a lot of variety.

[name removed] and her staff did a phenomenal job of making my mother feel at home. Their attentiveness was outstanding and very sincere. I felt good about the care she received and would recommend this assisted living facility to anyone who is in a situation where their loved ones need more assistance. They approach their caring of others with open, loving arms. Thank you to everyone who came into contact with my mother and helped her live out the rest of her life with loving care.

The staff at Brookdale have been so helpful and welcoming to my parents. They are meeting new friends and attending daily events. The experience has been very positive in the month they have been living there.

The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the first couple of weeks when mom was a bit disoriented. They picked her up at her room for meals so she wouldn't get lost and introduced her to people to play cards or mahjong with. They did that until she was comfortable. She is thriving now. The facility can be a bit confusing since it is big, but the short walks to and from the clubhouse are actually great for the persons mental and physical health. And I have not heard any complaints about the food. It seems to be great, consistently. And this is one of the only places that had washer/dryer in the room.

The staff has been very engaging in asking more and deeper questions with my friend. I feel like that are making a great effort to get to know her better.

Staff are very responsive. Lots of activities and yes we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff is all very caring and they're very good at keeping me informed of the changes in his status. The administrative staff walked me through everything and are always willing to answer questions. The caregivers are patient and very good at handling the transition to assisted living. My dad seems to be very happy there. I only put a four on food because quality and quantity of food is good, but it is still nursing home food. There are a lot of different activities for the seniors, but my dad doesn't really do a lot, and that may be more about him. This is the only facility that he's been to, and I feel like the price was very comparable to others.

My mom has had to move to new community because past community was not able to manage mother care. Brookdale was been great on the transition and has made the process very easy and supportive.

Everyone on the staff was so supportive and kind. From the moment we walked in for our first tour, we felt like it was the perfect place for my dad. The executive director was kind and considerate, communicated well with us, and kept us up to date on things. Their activities director actively worked to make sure my dad was engaged with his surroundings. Although my dad couldn't remember his ADL helper's name, he constantly remarked to my mother about "the nice young man" who helped him shave and get dressed in the morning. We could not have asked for a better final home for my father. Also, Brookdale Creekside was a peaceful environment, where my dad had choices. He could choose to sit in his room, if he wanted, or he could socialize and be "out and about" with other residents. Some of the other facilities we toured seemed to herd everyone together and not give them a choice of what to do. It's one of the reasons we chose Brookdale Creekside. The staff also actively engaged with residents every time we were there, having conversations, leading activities, even down to their head of maintenance. It was a kind and nurturing atmosphere.
