Staff is professional, compassionate, and truly care about your loved one. The facility is clean, residents engaged, and meals smell appealing. The facility had a family feel.. I am very impressed by the entire experience.

Yes I would recommend. Employees are very kind but a few additional staff for activities & stimulation would help.

The staff stays alert and on task in caring for our parent. Clean clothing daily along with fresh depends. Bedlinens are changed and cleaned often and as needed. Personal laundry is cleaned put away. Brookdale was absolutely wonderful to both my wife and me! All 5's! You weren't there so you don't know how good these people are. Each of these individual folks whether they be the nurse or an aid or the housekeeper or the cook or even the guy that runs the place. Each and every one of them treated my wife not just with dignity and respect, but you could tell that they actually cared. Plus they cared for me. One day I had hurt myself on the way in And I had a bad cut on my arm and the nurse took her time and her effort and she cleaned my wound and fixed it all up just like as if she was my own daughter. This is the kind of a place that there is not enough good to say about it. After my wife had passed, they still called and still ask how I was doing.

We selected Brookdale due to the amenities offered and because it's future proof for my 90 year old dad. The staff are friendly and very responsive and my dad likes the food and the genteel vibe. We also like the daily check-in. I feel that my dad will be safe at Brookdale. It's in a convenient location and close to many amenities.

The faculty and staff are very engaging. The more information you can give them to help in the care of your loved one the better they can help them.

They are kind, they care about the company and the residents. It's clean, smells clean, and they have a lot of fun activities. The rooms are large and the price is reasonable.

My mom feels safe and cared for. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. The variety of activities keeps her busy and motivates her to participate.

Well, I think it is VERY expensive, however I would rate All the other categories a 5... maybe a 4 on #8. There always seems to be something going on for the residents to get involved in. The staff seem to be trying to get them involved. I like the communication from the staff when my loved one has a need or desire.

I never stayed at Brookdale Chanate, but we had a wonderful friend who stayed there briefly. I loved the atmosphere at Brookdale Chanate and the lady in charge of sales, [name removed] did everything she could to make it comfortable for our friend. On a scale of 5, [name removed] is a 5000. So, overall experience, 5. Value for the money, 5. Activities, 5. Food and dining room, 5. Administrative staff, don't know. Cleanliness, 5. Friendliness, 5. Quality of care: this was the issue for our friend. He really needed attentive care by CNAs - maybe he needed more care than can be offered by an assisted living facility. I think if he were alive today, he would say a 1 or 2. He ended up in a high end board and care that met his needs entirely.

The facility is always clean and well maintained. Everyone of the staff is fabulous. I have never seen a place so devoted to the care of your loved one. They communicate all items pertaining to your loved one. No decision is ever made without your permission. I find this very comforting. I wouldn't trust my mother in law any where else.

The experience was good and mom is getting use to it. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Mom was in Memory Care, therefore I can only address this area. 1. 5 2. 3-4 depending on staff 3. 5 of course I was friendly with them, instead of adversarial. The staff genuinely cared for and liked mom. They thought she had quite a personality. 4. 4-5 depending on staffing. As a retired RN and NP I worked with the nursing and support staff to help them meet mom's needs. 5. 3-4 Administrative staff in the facility was helpful and addressed concerns. However, it was corporate that dictated staffing which was not always adequate. Food was just okay but when able, she enjoyed going to the dinning room for meals. 7. Mom really didn't participate in activities. 8. Hard to say. The team was willing to work with me on the nursing care portion of the fees and we did get a monthly discount when she moved in. We also received a refund of the rest of the month when she died on the [date removed].

Everyone there that has been helping my mom has been exceptional and friendly, compassionate, understanding. At Brookdale, she is able to receive visits from people she knows. She has sincerely blossomed there and is helpful to the staff even. They monitor her medications so that she has less “episodes” and her bi-polar outbursts seems to be under control for the most part. The nursing staff there is wonderful - they even got her ready and brought her to my dad’s memorial service and stayed with her, comforting her. Yes, it is expensive - but I know at least she is being loved and taken care of.

We were so fortunate to find this memory care facility and are very impressed with how caring all the staff is. The smaller size of residents really makes a difference in the personalized level of care received every day and our mother is very pleased too.

Overall its good. Obviously, its a difficult place to operate, but they do as good as i would expected. Cleanliness could be a tad better, and frequent turnover can lead to delays in wake up times and getting my dad ready in time for things, but overall he seems happy with the facility.

Staff members are kind and caring. They are patient and supportive. They are knowledgeable about dementia and memory care. They are excellent at communicating with me about any changes or concerns that come up.

Staff is knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and hard-working. They are very helpful and respond quickly to requests. The facility is wonderful, clean and comfortable. The activities are enriching, the community is engaged, and my mom eats better than she has in a long time. We were fortunate to find Brookdale.
