Brookdale

When you need a place but can't stay at home. Brookdale is this next best place. The facility and its staff bring joy to difficult times. Thank you, Brookdale, for being the missing piece for our family.

Our mom loves Brookdale White Rock! We visit 3-4 times a week and mom is always doing activities. Food is so good and healthy. Building smells good. Residents are always dressed nice. Staff really care for the residents.

The wing my mom is living in has many people that have incontinence. The day we moved her in, the hall smelled great and then it didn't. It took a while for them to get there and clean it up. Once they did it smelled better again. If a family is coming in to look around and it smells like urine, that would be a turn off. The maintenance people are great and clean everything as fast as they can. The staff, I believe, are changing hands. The main person [name removed] left, the nurses left. I don't know if anyone else left. After my mom moved in, I had some issues at first getting answers to some billing questions. I had to call one person to get the other person to contact me. I haven't had any issues lately.

I am very happy with Brookdale. The personal care of the employees. Each department handles their area nicely. I have contacted several for special requests and they are always so accommodating. They care for their residents and will give extra attention to areas in need. My family member needs to be "watched" as she tends to get sneaky. The staff is aware and assists me nicely. I like that I can call and ask for help and it's always handled promptly. The facility is safe and always clean. The food is good and the activities provided are in abundance and a good variety of everything wanted.

1) My father is happy there and has no complaints. 2) Reasonably clean 3) Staff and residents are very friendly 4) All his needs are met. 5) Friendly & Receptive 6) Good food and plenty of it 7) Always something going on 8) Competitive compared with others Staff is accommodating. If you ask for something additional or need special assistance, they will do their best to make it happen.

We are comfortable here. The staff are friendly, responsive to requests, place is maintained, problems addressed on a timely manner. Many varied activities are offered . Staff encourage residents to interact.

Before I came here I was staying with my 2 sons and the only friends I had was their friends. It is nice here because now I have friends my age and we do thing that are interesting for my age and I have no complaints.

Brookdale has been amazing. I moved my 101 year old dad there in [date removed]. They only have 14 rooms for memory care and typically 4 mature women on staff - not 20 year olds! Dad is a happier man than he has been in the last 2+ years. Brookdale is an older facility. But the management is outstanding and cares about their residents. I wish dad had been able to move into their assisted living side. Wonderful rooms across onto a patio with nice landscaping, chairs, etc. I highly recommend Brookdale Sevierville.

Brookdale is a clean, well-appointed living place with friendly and caring staff. The food is good, there were plenty of appealing activities and the people who work there were kind and patient with our family member. I think it is just what many people are looking for.

The administration is very dedicated and works hard to let you know it. They have an excellent library. Say trips are varied and offer many different options. Carpentry and custodial staff is very good.

I was most impressed by the loving care my husband got from the caregivers in memory care.

Additionally, it's nice that there is a team of doctors available at Brookdale so that new residence who are from out of state don't have to find all new doctors in the area. It's nice that Brookdale at home is available to provide residents with support services who are not necessarily assisted living residents. The array of activities is excellent and the guest musical performers are wonderful.

I would rate each of the categories a 5. Brookdale Centennial was so helpful and supportive from the being of the process. My Mom has been doing great there and has been involved in the various activities offered. She has also said the food was good there. The staff have been professional and friendly to my Mom and myself when I visit her. I just hope it continues this be this way as time goes on.

As of now everything is wonderful. 5 all around. They seemed to genuinely care about our father. They check on them frequently and inform of any behavior that is not his normal routine.

The staff and residents at Brookdale Eddy Pond East are very welcoming and treated my mother like family. From the administrator to the business office , the support staff , nurses , CNA'S and kitchen staff- we couldn't have asked for a nicer bunch! They were very attentive to my mother's needs. Always professional and friendly. The residents also embraced all of us as if we'd always been there. We're very grateful we found Eddy Pond East!!!

Some places have fancy stuff that us old people don't need or use and my home may not have a lot of fancy stuff but it feels like home. It is clean, the staff treat me with so much love and concern. Activities girl is so sweet and does lots of fun stuff with us. We have the best maintenance guy ever. I can't put his name but he always helps us with anything we need and has the building better than it has been since I've been here. The manager lady is always doing all kinds of stuff to make our home look good and even does craft stuff with us. Last but not least the receptionist is the kindest most helpful person you will ever meet. I love my family here.

Staff was very helpful moving in and helping us with the transition. They're doing a great job pairing [name removed] with residents with similarities. They're doing staff engages her with family photos.

They are very nice and friendly. There housekeeping skills are lacking. Dusting and vacuuming rooms and helping residents putting things away such as laundry and personal items. Sometimes the laundry isn't quite dry. Food is very boring and bland.

What we like the most about Brookdale Ann Arbor is their Compassion for the patient as well as for the family. It is a hard decision to place loved ones under others' care. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!

My mom came to live at Brookdale Robinwood in June 2016. After an adjustment period this became her home. She loved the staff so much that family members said that she loved the staff more than her family. We were fine with that as she was happy. She had so many friends here and loved all of the activities that they had going on. There wasn't one person that wasn't her friend. Even in her last days the staff would come in and check on her to see how she was doing but mostly just stop by because they loved her so much. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I can't say enough about Brookdale Robinwood. Stop by for a visit and let the staff show you around. You'll be glad you did.
