The place is lovely, the staff are great & the accommodations are very nice. The staff are just fabulous! Very caring & attentive.

Everyone was not only warm and welcoming to our loved one but to us as well. We felt like I loved one was very well cared for and loved at your facility.

The food was great. The room was very nice. Loved the open concept of dining and living space. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Diablo Lodge to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Recently, my brother-in-law moved into Brookdale Murray. Even before the move, the staff, and especially [name removed], has assisted the family and new resident in all sorts of ways. We feel very confident that this is the right place for him and we are so thankful for all the past help and continuing assistance. Thanks to a wonderful and caring staff -- they are the heart of any senior residence.

Community is very friendly. They should be more forthcoming about additional fees. However, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

What we like the most about Brookdale Garden Grove is the kindness afforded to my husband (and others). The food is good. The air smells fresh and clean. Facility is nice, too. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on thee experience so far.

Friendly- Clean- Reasonably priced. My only complaint was the food. Not very appetizing plus served same thing on a consistent basis. Based on the experience, yes I have recommend this community to other families.

The first 5 I would give a 5 my mom does not like the food but that goes for every where she's been she is on a mechanical diet I would guess a 4 for the food I would give the activities a 5 there is many activities going on and value for the money I would also give a 5 I have researched other places it's a good price. I like the staff they are very friendly and very welcoming when we visit.

What we like the most about Brookdale Mandarin is that they're always friendly, caring, compassionate towards residents and their families. We would most definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

There are only a few night activities- more of those would be helpful (ie put sports games on big screen in lounge) Little things like that to let people have more social opportunities. A great community. Wonderful people. Definitely recommend

Very nice furnishings in the common areas that give it a more home-like feel. Nice layout of the facility. Very positive and detailed telephone conversation with the director.

The staff are all kind , and super helpful. The facility is very beautiful with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows so very light and airy. Most of the windows open out to a beautiful courtyard that has flowers and beautiful gardens. The facility is clean, spacious and quiet with all the amenities you need. The apartments and more spacious than any others in the area at the same time more affordable than all others we checked out. My sister in law is so excited that we found this beautiful treasure!

Location, the friendly residents, staff is what stuck out. My mom has had a difficult transition but has had residents that have taken her under their wing. That has been a lifesaver. I'm in Florida right now with kids and got a call from her neighbor bc mom was dizzy in the dining room. She has stayed out of the hospital since moving there. She used to be in ER several times each month. Overall been a GREAT experience.

Brookdale has proven to be a good fit for our Aunt. She has been there a little over a year and has adjusted well. Early on we had to work together to get my Aunt to this point but it happened. It is difficult not living in state but the staff is available for questions and concerns. They keep me informed if anything happens. I do have a sitter but that is more for me since I am not able to be there daily. Especially in Memory Care It is important to understand that staff has a difficult job and kindness goes a long way. Placing family in someone else's care is difficult but with patience, a willingness to work together plus a good staff it is possible.

Facility is extremely nice and the staff is very helpful. They could improve on the meals offered.

Staff was very attentive to his needs and worked well with the hospice care team to ensure Dad's comfort during the last days. We would recommend them based on the service he received.
