Caring staff. I know that the facility is in a rebuilding faze, and they seem to be making progress. I would recommend to others.

My experience was very pleasant and friendly. It was a wonderful experience and a place where I would move my mother.

This was our first visit with a memory care facility. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and anticipating the information we needed. We appreciated the serene outdoor spaces such as the patio and the herb garden.

It was an emotionally charged visit for me, but our host could not have been kinder or more compassionate. We were greeted with smiles from staff and residents wherever we went on the tour.

Very welcoming and the facility is very nice. There are options for different budgets. The residents seem to be very happy and connected with each other.

Staff was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. My visit was friendly and professional. I was able to meet and greet staff and residents and witness the compassionate care provided. Their understanding of the complexity of working with folks with dementia was very impressive.

My Dad is living at Brookdale Union Park. THEY are always friendly and helpful with any of your needs...The facility is always welcoming with seasonal decorations and activities and events they provide for the residents..The dining facility is clean and food looks nutritional and taste pretty good..I feel he's in good hands with his medical and physical needs and has a social environment that he couldn't get at home alone..I would recommend this community to anyone struggling with their self care and total well-being.

The place was so amazing and perfect place to call home. So organized, very clean, greets you with a smile even the residents that live there and The staffs everyone so pleasant and happy. I came there searching for place for my father ,but now I'm thinking for myself as well. Out of the other places I toured yours is the BEST. I choose Brookdale cedar spring. I will keep in touch. Exception place all round my favorite of five I have seen. Beautiful setting and smiling residents visible. The first guide who asked about my health and stamina in my search for a place for my sister. That he cared to ask was a first in the five places I have visited, but not a deal maker, but I can’t help hoping that his caring concern is an accurate representation of the facility’s care C and professionalism.

My husband has alzheimers and congestive heart failure and I am unable to care for him the staff their excellent care for him, they are so organized at Brookdale Oro Valley. They are incredible, incredible with experience, that I can totally rest night and know he is in good hands. I am grateful for each and everyone from the director, the sales director the health care and so attentive director, the sales director. They are a wonderful team.

So far everything has been great! But it has only been about a month. Food: very good quality, variety. Choices at each meal. Cleanliness of the facility. All the residents we have encountered are pleasant and friendly. Good variety of activities on site and weekly trips to stores. Staff is pleasant abd accommodating.
