Brookdale

My husband has alzheimers and congestive heart failure and I am unable to care for him the staff their excellent care for him, they are so organized at Brookdale Oro Valley. They are incredible, incredible with experience, that I can totally rest night and know he is in good hands. I am grateful for each and everyone from the director, the sales director the health care and so attentive director, the sales director. They are a wonderful team.

The facility is very welcoming and homey. The staff is welcoming and attentive. I feel secure that a staff member always notices and speaks to us whenever we enter the building. I've been in facilities where anyone can walk in and seemingly unnoticed into the facility and into resident rooms. That is not the case at Brookdale.

Staff is excellent, activities are fine. She has a beautiful place. I would absolutely recommend the community to others.

We were so impressed with this facility.[Name Removed] was awesome. She answered all of our questions and was very thorough, we had an we had a lot of fun looking at the different rooms and touring the facility. Every member of the staff that we met were so kind. My father-in-law was very pleased and we decided to sign up. He will be entering the facility on [Date Removed]. Thank you so much for connecting us to them. We are so grateful!

Very friendly staff and residents seemed very happy, friendly and welcoming. Safe environment and lots of activities going on. Sadly the wait list time is longer than we can do.

[name removed] was wonderful and very helpful. [name removed] the nurse is awesome! She is very direct and professional and caring. The room care could be better had to ask for [name removed] room to be cleaned several times. He was in need of medical care which was missed and he was on the floor when I got there and couldn't get up.

Everyone we met was very friendly and professional. The facility is very bright, clean and welcoming. It was a very positive visit and feel that it would be a good place for any family member needing memory care. Thank you.

I was looking for my parents. The tour was very informative. [name removed] explained all of the services. I talked to several residents they love living at Brookdale. We signed a contract 2 days later. My parents are all moved in and are very happy. They are meeting new friends going to activities and have the help they need with every day living.

This community has everything. From medical care, resident activities, outings, fabulous in-house food and a caring professional staff to help you in every way.

It is a wonderful place for my mother to live. She says the staff are very friendly and helpful. They seem to have some fun activities that she enjoys. I already recommend them to others

Great experience. [name removed] knows everything about the facility and answered all of our questions. We really liked the fact that each resident was assigned to a specific caregiver so my auntie would be able to get to know them and not have a different person each time .

The facility takes safety and security very seriously. All public and resident areas of the facility that we toured were immaculate. The staff we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The residents are encouraged to participate in the several activities that happen through out the day. The residents are able to bring furniture, wall art and pictures to make their room very homey and welcoming. Most rooms are single. Due to the relatively small number of residents the staff and administration know the residents by name.

Very nice place. I wish it were closer to where I lived and to my family member's providers. Transportation would be a big issue.

Facility is always clean and bright. Staff has always been very sweet to residents and our family. Wonderful programs daily and very welcoming when I bring young grandchildren to visit. Very good places for us to visit with children both inside and outside!

I am truly grateful that my mom is in a place where she is receiving the care she needs. The staff treat both her and our family with kindness and respect, and it is clear that our concerns are heard and valued. From the very first day we toured the building to the day my mom moved in, the entire experience has been marked by professionalism and compassion. It has given our family a great peace of mind knowing she is in such capable and caring hands even from afar .

I would say across the board they are a 5. They offer the same if not better care than the most expensive places They all take care of my mom so after being there we are more than happy with the facilities and the staff. I know my mom doesn't really do any activities but they offer many for residents. They keep me updated on my mom for any issue. I'm telling you the staff they have are friendly, I have watched when walking in how they are taking great care of her (they don't even know I'm watching). When I visited other facilities they are all and I mean all are the same at a much higher cost to the family compared to Brookdale. To me and other people they are a great place to have an elderly person stay Also, other facilities they were trying put my mom in a shared room like squeezing her Brookdale she has her own room still much less than the others.

I really liked the atmosphere here. [name removed] was a great tour guide and also knowledgeable about finances. It's a month-to-month rental. Inside is spacious, atriym-style with lots of light. I didn't taste the food, but the menu looked good.

Harvest provided an exceptional virtual tour and easily answered all my questions regarding the memory care unit. I am completely satisfied and believe that Brookdale Sikes Lake would be a better fit for my sister [Name Removed]. Currently I am working with an [Name Removed] County Courts, APS, etc. to be appointed as permanent guardian of my sister. Until I am awarded, I cannot move her. Great Memory care, they truly care for the residents and take top notch care. I toured every community in tyler and this one was the best of the best. They have lots of clinical back ground and in house therapy. Best community in tyler.
