The staff members were wonderful, and for the most part it was pretty clean. Our loved one was diabetic and they really on time with his insulin checks and they kept an eye on his diet. I have a history working in nursing homes and this community was great. The food always smells really good and it looked really good.

Love Ashbury Heights. It is my Aunts home and the staff and director are very friendly and helpful. We like the small homey atmosphere where everyone knows your name. They have good meals and activities for the residents. It is a great place to live!

overall a clean facility. with 12 residents, sometimes overwhelming for 1 staff most of the time food looks delicious. but sometimes too much chili or BBQ for elderly appetites. residents in last month meeting were told they were going through tooooo many eggs, But EGGS are one of the best forms of protein and iron and easily digested. EGGS aren't that expensive. Overall the care is very good. Staff is very competent when medical needs arise and residents need medical attention.

Welcoming building. Friendly staff. I appreciate how it looks like a home, somewhere to relax, quiet but friendly.

My grandfather lives in Bristol Manor in Palmyra. My mom needed someone to look after my grandpa as he was unable to take complete care of himself. She chose Bristol and he likes it there. We were not sure to begin with how he would react. The staff have been great to him and the administrator calls my mom when anything needs addressed regarding grandpa. I would recommend them to anyone

I'm very impressed with Ashbury heights in Fayette. the staff is professional and genuinely cares about my father. My dad loves the staff and considers them part of his family. The staff goes above and beyond for my dad and the meals are very good I have sampled them. I think [name removed] your administrator is excellent and doing a great job.

I like how it felt like home when i came in to the building. Staff and head person is very friendly. They greeted us at the door. The tour was wonderful. I believe my father was also happy about the building also.

I hate going in with my mother who is elderly and spoke with [name removed] in regards to possible placement. My mother was very pleased with the overall cleanliness and look up the facility. I found the staff to all be very sweet and friendly. [Name removed] was very patient and answering all of my mother's questions. I'm waiting for my mother to make her final decision before I do a final placement but I'm really hoping that she chooses this facility. Even I was impressed with the staff. Great job guys! You guys have a great facility!

Our parent has lived in the facility for years. We are pleased with the care our parent receives. The rooms are big plenty of room. The home cooked meals with big portions are appreciated. When we have had questions they have been answered. We we have had a need it has been taken care of.. we are glad to have found this place...

When we first walked into your the facility we heard lots of laughing around the dinner table. The manager came out to greet us and we could not have felt more welcome. This is very new to our family and the warm smile she gave us and how she listened to our needs for our parent. I just wished they had a opening for our parent. I can see why they were full. The facility was clean. The food smelled wonderful. My husband and I could tell this manager and her staff cared about the people around that dinner table.

I really enjoy living here. I have made new friends and now they are family to me. The manager and her staff just go above and beyond each and every day. This past Christmas was just the best. I can't remember a Christmas I enjoyed more with my Bristol family. I have never regretted moving to my new home.

I have lived here at Bristol almost a year. I love it here. The manager and her staff are helpful. They go out of there way to be helpful. I like to be out of my room and watch TV and talk to the staff when they are cooking. They always have time for me. I feel like they are my family. I'm glad I moved here I'm not lonely anymore.

I live here and I feel like it is my home. They take good care of me. My room is always clean. We laugh a lot the staff and I. I enjoy being able to come and go when I want. The ladies here always make me feel special.

We are very grateful in having this facility in our town. The manager and her staff are an asset to our community. When I have stopped in to visit or pick up a brochure or to ask questions the ladies are always helpful and answer all my questions. I'm glad they take the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome.

We did not know what to think when we had to start looking at places for our parent. When we stopped and toured the facility we were met immediately by the administrator who was answered all our questions and relieved our fears. We have not regretted moving our parent into this facility which feels more like our parents home.

This facility has been wonderful to our family member. Caring staff that are available 24/7. We are grateful to have this facility in our community.

Our child lives at the Ashbury and loves it there. The staff are friendly and helpful our child has made a lot of friends. I would recommend the Ashbury to anyone.

I would highly recommend the Essex of Sedalia. Everything is clean the food is good and the staff are caring and very nice.

I am part of a coffee group that visits the facility each week. I am very impressed with the care the residents are given and how happy they are. The staff is wonderful to each person there and meet all their needs. They are clean and their rooms are very clean. The food is excellent too. It seems to be a great place to be when you need a little bit of extra care. I would highly recommend this facility.
