My Mom is always smiling and happy when I come to visit on weekends! She is also clean and showered! I took Mom to a medical appointment and [name removed] took time to get her dressed and ready with a touch of perfume!

We loved the managers and they helped our Mom more than expected with her clothes and bedding. They were always available for us when needed.

The people who run this residence are very kind and helpful. They are patient and caring. The place is clean and well cared for. I am grateful for all they do and the knowledge they share to help get our family member settled. We are very happy with this residence.

The staff at Ashbury Heights in Fayette have been so wonderful and caring. Our family friend has been there for 4 months and is so happy. They help her with all aspects of her daily life but go above and beyond to help her with all sorts of tasks. It's like a family within a family there. The residents have communal meals prepared by the staff, and there is always lively conversation. WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE OF THIS TEAM! The building is clean, organized and airy. They have a small deck where there grow seasonal vegetables! For mobile residents, the property has plenty of room to walk the halls in bad weather or walk the grounds for fresh air. Overall, this place is really wonderful.

Essex of Concordia is by far the best of the over twenty facilities I looked at in a 50 mile radius. Most had a small bedroom of the hallway Essex has a living room a bedroom and bath plus kitchen net with frig and microwave. The staff is the best I found in all the places I inspected. [name removed] and his staff are there to support the residents. I give all the rated areas a 5plus. If you need more let me know.

Great place, mom and day enjoy the community and companionship. They enjoy the meals and activities. We would recommend this facility and staff.

My wife [name removed] received excellent care as a day resident at Asbury Heights in Fayette. I went for a year with a home health aide as my wife was slowly sinking into dementia. Eventually that became untenable and I searched for a facility that would provide day care, as I would continue her care myself at night. I discovered. Asbury Heights and was warmly greeted by [name removed]. While [name removed] was only there for 7 months, I felt she received excellent care from [name removed] and her staff of [name removed] [name removed]. They greeted her every morning with a cup of coffee. They attended to all her needs, from bathroom duties , showering, assisting her with lunch and dinner, and engaging her in activities, including walks outside when weather allowed. They always kept me updated on any of her needs, including checkups from the local town doctor. Knowing she was receiving great care was a big relief to me. I will forever be indebted to them for the care they provided [name removed].

My sister is very well cared for at Ashbury on Fayette. They are caring and patient. She gets good hot meals and seems to be very comfortable there When I call they always take time to answer my questions

We have now had to move our loved one to a nursing home, but while she was at the Essex community they were wonderful. If I could give them a 10 plus I would. They were great. They're administrator was beyond good She was amazing I was very very impressed

We are so thankful we found [name removed]. [name removed] is the administrator at Bristol Manor and has helped mom’s transition from home to town so much easier. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] answer our questions, even the silly ones. We are blessed to have this team so close to home.

My loved one is a resident at Bristol Manor of Marceline. I recommend this facility for its personal attention to the residents. The staff takes great care of the residents in all aspects of care. The meals are always great.

I would most definitely give Bristol Manor of Nevada five stars in each category. They have a great staff it was the best choice for my mother. It's a small facility. They treat everyone like family. [name removed], the manager is awesome! She shows such love and compassion to everyone.

We chose Bristol Manor of Centralia because it was the only place she was able to get a private room with with a private bathroom. The small number that they have in any of their facilities is very good. The staff are able to give the residents more personalized care and attention. There is no RN on staff, they are all medical techs. Because of the personal care, it has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking.

Overall it's pretty good. The head person in charge there is wonderful. Her staff is not. The meals aren't great when it comes toward the end of the month. Also when their staff cooks, the meals aren't great. But the other people who live are there are friendly and wonderful.

The new administrator does a bunch of wonderful things for the residents, there are always plenty of different activities going on. All of the meals that are cooked there are home cooked meals. The residents not only take such good care of our loved one there but also the other residents - they treat our loved one like family. This is the cheapest community in town, the price is all inclusive so you do not have to worry about being nickel and dimed. We would recommend this community to other families. We appreciate how much the staff cater to the residents.

This facility was really good with mom, they helped her so much. They're like family here and it shows. They all take care of each other. My mom was resistant to moving at first, but really did end up loving it here. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Walking into this facility, after much hesitation due to past experiences, I was beyond belief at what I saw. This beautiful facility was clean, smelled amazing, and felt like we just walked into our own home. Staff, the administrator and three staff members go above and beyond to care for our loved one. Our mother hasn't been this happy in years. Sara, the administrator, pours her heart into the residents, their needs and all their wants as well. Check this place out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISSAPOINTED!!

Our family had an in person tour and while the tour experience was great we just did not like it at all, for the bedrooms all you got was a bedroom it was not like apartment living at all .

We're pleased with this facility. My only concern is the understaffing, but I think that's the case for a lot of places right now. The nursing staff is super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests and issues. They stay on top of my loved one's blood sugar and what she's eating that can effect it. The food is good, they have nice meals and a good variety. I would suggest that they maybe try to add more salads for those who have to be careful with carbohydrate intake. It's an older facility, but well kept. Our only issue is that the bathrooms are quite small and it's very tight to use a walker in them, I wish they could change that. They offer activities, but my loved one chooses not to participate. Overall, my loved one is happy here. I would recommend them to family and friends.
