We have been pleased with our experience with Bristol Manor of Raymore. One area where I do feel that they could improve would be to have more activities. They are a bit lacking in that area. Other than that everything has been great. The facility itself is very nice and clean, and it was generally a very good experience.

The facility basically has 2 staff that do everything which includes meal preparation, all cleaning, medications, phone calls ect. I feel the two staff do a great job. They have a night shift person that stays up all night as far as I know. There are no activities to speak of. The two staff are way over worked, but are always pleasant and caring. The staff do try to work out problems. They are willing to let clients have pets, and try to make the pet thing work if possible. Overall the facility has been good for my family member. Some of the memory care facilities are way too fancy and costly for many people. In many situations It is worth giving assisted living a try for the demented ambulatory person. Ashbury Heights is about 2000.00 less expensive then some of the memory care facilities. One thing I hear from staff is CORPORATE Is ( synonymous with Big Brother) IS NOT GOING TO LIKE THIS OR THAT. I suspect that like all businesses Ashbury heights is primarily interested in the bottom line. Again I do give their staff much credit for working long, long hours in a stressful situation as caring for old folks can be tough and nerve racking. I have worked in Mental Health and Rehab for 31 years and I have no idea how the staff manage. They have always been pleasant and professional with me and my family member. Together we have worked out problems which is satisfying for all.

Small ....12 residents...nice one room apts....good help w meds, showers, food. Not bad for assisted living on a budget.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for my loved one. This community looked nice enough during the tour, and the staff we met were friendly, however it had a more businesslike feel than the community we ended up selecting. It didn't have the homey feel we were looking for. The price was also a bit higher than similar options we looked at.

We are very satisfied with it. They are clean, and the staff is friendly. There isn't anything offhad that I can think of that needs to be improved or done better.

Overall it is a pretty good community and a pretty good value. I think, when you say laundry services provided, you think they will do more than wash it and dump it on the bed, though. It's a good place if you are going to be there a lot, and provide your own activities. They have a new manager, so things could change. They clean the rooms once a week, I find that I have to keep up on it a little though so that it doesn't start to smell. It's assisted living and you have to be mobile, when she needs help there is always someone there. The meals aren't fabulous. This is an affordable community.

It was better than the other options we looked at that were comparable in price, I don't really know that much about the activties per se but I wouldn't say they have a wide variety, they have regular activities but I really can't go into detail about them. I think the staff there has been excellent, they've really gone above and beyond in providing service. The facility itself is older and not great, I mean, it's adequate but it's not a great facility, but the care and friendliness of the staff overcomes the deficit. One of the reasons we moved her here was that the food where she was before was terrible but Bristol Manor has really, really good meals. I know the manager on a regular basis goes over to the Amish community to get fresh fruits and vegetables so moms quite happy with the food.

I like the size of my room, they have different floor plans. . They have multiple sitting areas outside and a walking path around the building. I like having my own space in my unit and being able to do my one thing. The other residents are friendly and we laugh a lot.

My mom is a resident at Ashbury Heights in Tipton. The staff takes very good care of her. Very satisfied.

I went to this facility for a tour to see about putting my mom somewhere, the main living room area was very spacious and welcoming, the staff greeting at the door is very nice as well. I feel that some of the rooms could use some touch ups, but other then that the building is nice and very homey.

Our mother loves living here. Staff are friendly. Home cooked meals. The home allows our mother to have her pet. We highly recommend this place.

We toured and chose this facility. We liked the location and how big the rooms were. Our family member is happy living there.

Very warm and inviting facility. We toured the facility last month and our family believes when we are ready to place our mother this will be our choice.

I like everything about Maryville Bristol. Staff are nice and make sure I have what I need to function threw out the day, sometimes they even go the extra mile. I like That there are always cookies, and snacks available to me whenever I would like.

My first impression of Bristol Manor was a homey feel. I liked how there was a at home feel in a building built for 12 residents. I personally feel like this is a perfect number for Assisted living. I liked what is included to live there, such as meals, medication, cleaning, laundry services, and Activities. I feel like the price is too high for the location though. Most seniors around this area only make around 700-800 even with the Medicaid. If price was lower I would consider a higher value score. Most around here are farmers.

Helpful staff. Facility provides meals games and lots of holiday events. My mother has lived here for over a year and enjoys being there. Rooms are clean and spacious. I highly recommend.

Bristol Manor of Pacific, Mo. is small in size but big in heart. It's residents all become a little family under one roof; they are a close knit group who start off not knowing anyone to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner together again and again, like I said a family. The new administrator for Bristol of Pacific, is [name removed] , she is a very loving, loyal and caring person who even though she has not been with the company for very long, there isn't anything that she wouldn't do to make her residents feel at home and comfortable. [Name removed] keeps the place running and I don't want to think of it with out her. If and when you decide to move to Bristol Manor of Pacific, you will find [name removed] , a home and a family waiting.

You need more help desperately. [Name removed] & [name removed] cannot keep doing all the hours they are putting in. Mistakes will be made from only 2 people trying to keep up with that many hours.

It's fine, clean, but the food is lacking. Very limited, small portions. They need a cook!! A hot dog on a piece of bread, hmnnn. For what it costs, should do better.

We moved our Mom into Bristol Manor in May 2018, we were promised the same type of care we were providing at home by the Administrator at that time. The care was poor, the housekeeping was not good, the meals were not served at scheduled times and the food quality was poor. My Mom ended up back in the hospital & ER several times due to lack of care & medication issues. In mid-August 2018 New Administration was hired with previous Bristol Manor experience. The new Administration & staff have made extra efforts to ensure that Mom's specific needs are met. They listen to us when we talk to them about Mom. They have also made a large number of improvements to the facility, including the cleanliness. The meal times are now scheduled and a menu is posted daily so the residents know what they can expect. The individual rooms are spacious, w/private bathrooms & large closets. I would NOW recommend this facility to friends & family!
