Love, love, love this facility. Their concept is wonderful.

Toured the facility on 7/14. It's a wonderful place.

Liked very much but it is more than I can afford.

I really liked this place and the way things are arranged and decorated. The pricing is very good.

I believe that this truly is the best value in the northland. It looks like a senior living resort. It's clean, the staff are friendly. I wish some of the monthly costs could have been pointed out more especially for a resident on a very tight budget.

I recommend; however make sure you check medication distribution and go there often.

Bethesda Gardens Loveland was a beautiful facility. Their memory care unit was under construction and while it was almost finished, we were unable to see that area at the time that we toured. But their residents were out and about, and they were so friendly with one another. They seemed like family taking care of family. It was really cute to see how everyone knew each other. They didn't have a vacant apartment to show us, so they showed us an occupied apartment with the resident's permission. She enthusiastically got up and showed us around her apartment like she was our tour guide, and we loved meeting her. I really liked the apartment layout. Really the only issues were logistical ones. Because of the location, we would have had to transfer doctors, and they just didn't have apartment availability in the tight timeline that we needed one.

This was our second choice. It felt dark inside and they were going through a remodel. This was the drawback.

This was our third choice. The tour was nice and had a perfect room for them,and it was very close to the kitchen area. They just did not have memory care avail at the time.

The care is there and they are always looking out for the residents. They have figured out how to get my loved one to get involved and engage in the activities. Overall it is a really nice place for your loved one.

Our family is so thankful for Bethesda Gardens in Frisco and all their wonderful staff. Our parents have lived there since Feb. 2019 and when Covid hit this year, we were so thankful with our decision. Everyone at Bethesda has been welcoming and caring to our parents since the first day. They go out of their way to help each resident feel at home.

Bethesda Gardens is a lovely place for my mom. The staff is caring and attentive. The residents have been friendly and welcoming. Mom enjoys the food. Most of all, the residents have received top notch care and a protective environment during COVID. I definitely recommend it to someone looking for a home for their elderly loved one.

This is a wonderful place, the director (name removed) is a gem. Memory care is difficult and it is very hard to find a good place that will do the right thing. I'm grateful to have found Bethesda and highly recommend it.

They were nice and kind did work great but it smelled like poop all day when I visited

Both my parents now live here. They are both doing well and have settled in easily. They enjoy the activities, the people, and the food. There have been a few miscommunications on my dad's meds and how they would be handled. This includes the meds my dad had prescribed before he moved in and the new meds he's been prescribed since he moved in. There needs to be better communication on what is expected from the resident and what is provided by the staff. There was also some misunderstanding when my mom moved in. Somehow, the staff thought she was coming from a rehab facility instead of coming from her home - fully independent. They kept wanting her to do further physical therapy. We're not sure where this false info came from. Also, my mom ended up with an ADA compatible apartment in which all of the counters are lower and there is less drawer space. My mom is 5'9" so the shorter counters don't work so well and we had to purchase/provide additional furniture with drawers. We were not informed prior to move in that it was an ADA compatible unit. We were just told that it was similar to my dad's which is not ADA compatible.

Our tour of Broadmoor Court was most informative and enjoyable. The ladies who conducted the tour were knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating as were others on the staff including food service personnel and custodial. We were very impressed with the facility and the atmosphere. The residents seemed interested and congenial.

The marketing agent was super---attentive, sensitive, quickly adapting her "spiel" to the information we needed. We would move in tomorrow if these places for independent living didn't cost so much. Maybe some day! When we're ready, Viewpointe would be our first choice.

I liked Collinwood from the moment I walked through the front door, with the large fireplace and comfy chairs and engaged folks chatting with one another as they waited for the activities bus to take them on an excursion. The staff is extremely attententive, kind and quick to serve. We especially want to thank [Removed] for making the choice easy for us and the transition smooth for my mom. We especially like the fact that mom has a wonderful Physician's Assistant in house along with P.T.

Everything is going very well for my mother at this community so far. The staff have all been attentive to her needs and have made sure that they she is receiving great quality of care. She has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed participating in activities from time to time. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.
