Facility felt warm and home like. Wide open hallways, lovely front lobby, many worship and Christian activities, the 1 bed 1 bath was roomy with big big closets. The staff were very informative and friendly. We loved everything about it and it’s on the top of our list.

excellent in every way. wonderful rooms and facilities. Employees very kind and helpful. My mother is helped and cared for as I had hoped. Can't say enough about all they do. I feel comfortable with having her living at view pointe.

This is a really nice place. The people very friendly. The residents that we observed seemed quite content. Should we have to choose a place, it will be this one.

Looks good but small. It is really all the room one person needs. The people that live there all seemed happy and busy. The grounds and main building were very clean.

The staff here have been so kind and loving, and to find out that most have been here an average of 7+ years is amazing! They have gospel music, lots of activities, great food, and the staff always go the extra mile. The director's door is always open, no matter what. I love it here, and I'm so impressed with how far the staff is willing to go for my mom!

A new facility that is thoughtfully designed. I appreciate the smaller size and warm atmosphere. Definitely a viable option for my family member.

We have had nothing but very positive experiences with Villagio of Carrollton. Really good staff, food, programming, and a beautiful community. Management is always upgrading and adding new things.

Awesome Place. This is where we decided to bring Mom to. [Removed] did a great job of providing us with all the information and the staff was wonderful!

I visited the facility in Ellisville that is associated with the one in Creve Coeur. It was very nice and very similar to the other properties EXCEPT the only room mom could afford would be the companion suite where 3 women share a very small living space and bathroom. They have their own small bedroom suitable for a twin bed and dresser only. It's very affordable at $2555 and all inclusive. It does not have an extended nursing home section, but it does have nursing care and medication management.

My mom has been at Autumn View since March 2017. I can’t say enough about this facility. The staff is beyond wonderful. They can’t seem to do enough for their residence and family. My mom has been more active at autumn view since she has been there than the 2 years she was at the previous assisted living. There are always activities going on. I am so glad we found autumn view. I highly recommend it

We did a walk in tour and were impressed with the friendly,caring attitude of everyone we met as well as the pricing and cleanliness of the facility. It did not have much outdoor space, which is very important to my mom.

Loved this community from the moment we walked in. It is bright, airy, there was upbeat music playing. The staff appear to truly care for their residents.

I chose this facility for my Mother because I felt like they were more organized than other places and they had the act together. The facility was nice, clean, and they were reasonably priced. From what my mom told me, the meals were good and it was restaurant dining. There were plenty of meal options and the dining hall was open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. The rooms themselves were age appropriate with plenty of handicap accessible things. The facility actually got her a recliner because that’s the only thing she is able to fall asleep in. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

While looking for a place for my parents we originally sought out to look at communities within a 10 miles radius. We found this location that was just about 1 mile away so it made it very convenient, actually pretty too convenient to say the least. The staff team is very accessible. There is always someone around the lobby area, there are nurses in certain sections like the wellness center, and the employee break room is right off the main lobby. So for any reason you can’t get a hold of anyone to help you, you can just knock on the door to get someone to assist you. It is a very busy facility with about a hundred residents so it’s great that the staff team is that easy to get to for assistance. They also do a good job with keeping everything cleaned and organized. One particular comment: the laundry service is amazing. They would bring back your laundry as if they were dry cleaned. My mother is a real knit picker with that and even she was impressed with their service. There are a lot of activities offered as well. They post the things going on their board. They have bingo, a big area to watch football games, movie nights, and crafts a couple times a week. My mother is a bridge player so the staff actually helped to make fliers to let others know if they want to create a meetup of some kind. So far not so successful, but I love how the staff helped out with that. They are so helpful and friendly along with the other residents. I definitely recommend this community to other families.

When I walked in here, I noticed the front desk woman first. She was very friendly and very helpful and you could tell that it was a friendly atmosphere. This is the first time I’ve ever lived in a facility and so far everything is going fine and everyone is very nice. The staff is easy to communicate with and knowledgeable and I haven’t had any problems. The food is not bad. The service is good and the food is always hot or cold when it’s supposed to be. They have all kinds of activities like exercises, bingo, card games, crafts, and you can be busy all the time if you want to be. The facility is kept very clean and it’s just wonderful. The housekeeping comes by once a month for deep cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, etc.) but I’m in charge of my laundry and linens. Most of the other residents are very nice. The staff tries to please you if there’s any kind of problem and they act quickly. I would recommend them. I’m very pleased with the place and I’m happy here.

We looked at a lot of communities for my brother and this community had a smaller room and they wanted more money. The staff were good and professional for the tour.
