Best place ever! Staff is so helpful. Especially in the COVID-19 time.

This is a great small community that is very professionally run by a very caring staff. My mother was well cared for and it always appeared that the staff was genuinely interested in the well being of the residents.

My wife and I moved here about 1 1/2 years ago. She needed more care and I just needed a nice place to be with her. The good news is she is doing great and as the saying goes happy wife, happy life. We have no complaints. The caregivers do so much for us, we are very grateful to have found Villagio. The activity director is wonderful too.

I toured this community and was very pleased with what I observed. My mom is currently in the hospital and then it looks like rehab, but our plan is to bring her here afterward. It's close to home, they did a great job helping me understand everything and the residents I observed appeared well and seemed to be happy. I'm anxious to get mom settled. Also, the price is very fair for the marketplace.

I have been at Villagio of Carrollton for a year now...time sure flies. I wasn't sure about moving into a senior home, but it has been a good thing for me. They make sure I'm taken care of, I get help I need. There are plenty of things to do and the staff is very good too. I do like the food, it's home made. I am happy.

I am a resident at Villagio of Carrollton. I love everything about this community. The best thing for me is the activities we do. The art projects really are my favorite...The activity director pays attention to what we enjoy and makes it happen. I also like that I can have time to myself or join in if I want to. And the food is really good.

I'm [name removed] and I am a resident at Villagio of Carrollton. They take good care of me here. I am always able to do something from bible study and singing hymns to planting flowers and vegetables in the garden courtyard. I like the food and my room is very comfortable. It's a good place.

I would recommend The Gardens. I don't think there are any better options in the area. We have had no problems there. The room size layout of the community is good. They have a large outdoor patio for residents to use.

I have been pretty pleased with this community. The maintenance is very good. The staff are attentive to residents. The nurse really knows her job and she is wonderful . Staff has said my sister has had a remarkable adjustment and is very happy there now. I believe is has to do with the suggestions by the nursing staff. I will definitely suggest Bethesda Garden to anyone needing an assisted living situation.

I saw and felt that it is a loving and warm atmosphere where the residents are happy right from the start. They were very welcoming and friendly. The staff treats the residents with respect and helps them in any way they can. I like how they are willing to stop what they are doing to help! The residents I spoke with like the food and going on outings.

The facility is very clean and well kept. I have had very good interactions with the staff. The nursing staff have been excellent in targeting my father's needs and caring for him. During COVID, they have done a good job of keeping the residents safe, keeping visitors away, and making sure the residents are well taken care of when their families can't be there. I chose this community because it was a bit bigger then others which allowed for more people to interact with . It also was important to me to find a community with a higher percentage of men so my father had other residents he felt comfortable talking with as well. We have had a very good experience at Bethesda Gardens and I would highly recommend it to other families.

Always friendly and helpful! When I call with a question about my mother, they usually have a sweet anecdote to share. I also appreciate seeing pictures of what’s happening on FB.

During my visit I had the chance to talk with several residents. They were all happy and contended. When I asked them what they liked the most, the consensus was, "The Food" and "The People". HIckory Villa has a unique Atrium-Style design. All of the 2nd floor apartments look over an interior balcony to the dining room and family room. The community was clean, there were residents engaged in the different common areas. It had a cozy, family feel. When the time is right - they have a one bedroom apartment with a private balcony. I loved that!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. [Name removed] always someone to smile back at you when you smile at them— which is rewarding to me. It's a great home since I can't be in my house. It has a "home" feeling. The food is a good variety and it tastes good. My family is very thankful that we found the perfect place for me.

My mom lived at Bethesda for almost 2 years. Great experience, super caring staff and supportive management. I highly recommend this facility.

We recently moved my brother into Autumn View Gardens and he absolutely LOVES it! The staff is beyond friendly and caring, the medical support is terrific and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My brother loves the fact that AVG takes care of his laundry, housekeeping and transportation needs and he really enjoys the restaurant-like dining experience for all of his meals. The management of this facility is first-rate and easy to deal with. On several occasions, they’ve gone out of their way to provide us with hassle-free solutions to issues or questions regarding our brother’s needs, and are never too busy to help us with anything. We cannot say enough positive things about Autumn View Gardens - we are grateful that our brother is in their care and SO HAPPY that we found this great organization!

I have been very happy here. The food is great. Every month there is a Menu Meeting where you can discuss likes, dislikes, things you would like to see. Place looks and smells great at all times. Our apartment is cleaned once a week with "deep cleanings" twice a year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice not to worry if there's a drip in the kitchen faucet...just call Maintenance. Phoenix provides nursing type care if needed for an extra cost which I think is very reasonable. Lots of activities. The facility has an indoor swimming pool as well as a pool table. There is a movie theater room with theater seats and sound system. In fact there is too much to mention it all. Including rides to the local Symphony when they are playing. Includes rides to/from doctor appointments. Bus trips to local stores. It is a bit pricey to live here but if you make use of everything that is offered it's a good deal.

My mom has been living in Bethesda for a little over a year now, and we could not be happier. The move as a whole was traumatic but she very quickly started referring to the facility as "home", which was a huge relief to me with the guilt that had come along with moving her into senior housing. The staff is beyond accommodating, it is always very clean, and my mom has a wonderful group of friends. One of my favorites (as well as mom's) is that it is all on one level. I have recommended Bethesda to many people.
