The care at this community is good. The care from the staff is outstanding. I like the menu is appealing and she has been pleased with the good variety. The staff try and keep her active with the other residents. I would recommend the care and the value to be what we're looking for

Beautiful living space. [Removed] is wonderful to work with. We really loved the location but it was a bit more than we could afford.

My grandfather has only lived there a week, however, he feels very comfortable at Park Regency and he likes the food. Food was an issue at the facility he lived in prior to moving. The building and his apartment are very clean and well kept. The people couldn't be more friendly and the services they provide are very helpful. The cost is reasonable, compared to other assisted living facilities. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking for a home for their loved ones.

My mother is doing well at Park Regency Loveland. The staff there is very helpful and they keep me informed about how my mom is doing and answer any questions I might have about my mom. There are a lot of activities there and my mom does join into a lot of them. As for the food, my mother is not too happy with the menu and thinks there could be changes made.

The facility is absolutely incredible. 3 meals a day, they make sure she get to the dining room (Complete with linens, and crystal at every meals.), they get her involved in the activities, she attends church services, she stops and chats with everyone she sees. I cannot tell you how much she has improved after moving her to a place with more stimulation and ensuring she is getting proper nutrition.

The care at this community for my husband. The staff is caring. We like the staff who are friendly and caring. We would like if they had some help for the residents in making appointments for dr etc. We like the nice menu of meals that are available. They offer a nice list of activiites. We would recommend this commuinty for the care of a loved one.

We toured ViewPointe as a potential independent living situation for ourselves in the future. The staff was very caring. The residents were happy and well cared for in all stages of retirement. The independent living apartments had a nice view and a balcony and we liked the roominess of the two bedroom unit. The faith based aspect of ViewPointe appeals to us. We could tell that the staff was sincere in its mission to the elderly, caring very much about all aspects of the seniors' lives. We arrived just after meal time. It smelled delicious in the dining room and we were pleased to know that they can accommodate special food needs. The wide range of activities available for the residents were excellent. It would be nice if they had a gym on site but they offer rides to the nearby Y for swimming, etc. they do have exercise classes on site. Of the all the senior residences we have visited in three states, ViewPointe is one of the best we have seen. Very affordable!

The care at this community. My grandmother is happy here. The menu is very good and I like knowing that she is pleased with the menu. I like knowing that she is staying active with the activities with the other residents. We would recomnnend this community to other families for great care and the value for a loved one.

We're very happy with the choice of having my mom as a resident here. For two reasons, the facility is beautiful with well appointed rooms. The apartment my mom has is large with a bathroom and room inside. It also has a living room with a kitchenette, no heating appliances. The other reason being we thought the care was excellent. It has been proved that they provide excellent care. She enjoys the good tasting meals and her options to choose from.

It looked very nice and it was right off the highway. The food looked nice, the amenities were good, and the people were nice. They were less expensive by $1000. I liked it so much I was willing to drive the extra 45 minutes to visit. However it was too far for the family.

My mother is doing very well since her move to View Pointe. The community is a huge upgrade from thew place she was at before. She now has a room that is twice the size of the one she has before. My mother loves the staff, the food, and the activities available. She loves going on outings and her favorite activity is Bingo. She also loves going down to the library to meet other residents. It has truly been a wonderful experience.

I had gone to this community for information on the care that was available here. This was not a planned tour for the staff to be available to answer the questions that I had. The community was clean and had a nice feeling. They had a nice size community. It appeared to be clean inside and out. I would suggest that families your this community for the care of a loved one.

I had canceled my appointment with [removed] as first visited with MacKenzie Place and the questions were answered there and was given a book on Senior housing so felt I needed more time to process everything. I had visted Collinwood years back for my mother in law and it was a great place then so rating it based on that time.

It's been wonderful, they are wonderful there and very helpful. My loved one's apartment is comfortable and maintained well. They're very sweet about watching out for him and communicating with us as well as getting back to us. He has friends that he has meals and the neighbors keep an eye out for him for us. What we liked the most about The Gardens was that they have continuing care.

This is a wonderful place to live in deciding a place for your dear loved one. Not only do they care about the residents, they show it. It's beautifully decorated, clean, and it has such a homey feel. It's truly a home away from home. I highly recommend this facility for any family members that is looking.

Nice staff, beautiful atmosphere. Clients seemed happy and easy with staff. Rooms were nicely appointed. Enjoyed security features for memory care.

My loved one was at the Bethesda for a few weeks and everyone there was nice and professional. We had to move him out because he exceeded the level of care that they were able to provide, but they did what they could while he was there. It was a good experience.

My sister moved here and she's adjusting very well. She has two roomy bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette. She's across the street from her doctors. She wasn't getting involved in activities at first but now she goes to an exerciser class in the morning. Everybody is very kind. I have noticed they are very careful to monitor where she is going, makes sure she signs out and she's back in time. I was impressed by that.

I think that the thing that stands out the best is the staff. They are outstanding. They are very friendly and attend to my mother-in-law's needs.We are very happy with the move here.
