Bethesda Senior Living Communities

My mother is doing well at this community. They are taking good of her and her needs. The community is very well maintained, and they do a good job keeping her room nice and clean. There are nice activities offered daily. She is pleased with the food, the meals are nice. I have already recommended this community to my friends. I know she is being cared for very well.

I looked at four other places. Linda took me around here and I know exactly what I wanted when she took us to this apartment. All of the workers have been wonderful.

All of the staff are warm and caring! It is a wonderful and safe environment!

Very professional team. Whenever I walk into the building it feels happy and feels like home. The residents always are engaged with staff. We love Shanon!

The ENTIRE staff of View Pointe from delivery - cleaning-maintenance-business office have been and continue to be welcoming, friendly, and supportive to me as I entered this community. As a retired RN I come from a background that is critical on evaluating care of others. I can find absolutely no fault in the attention that has been given to me as well as others!!

My mother has been living in the Memory Care Unity at View Pointe for approximately 14 months and I am incredible pleased with the care and attention she has received. The staff is friendly and passionate about their jobs with a person, a love and dedication to the residents. The food and facilities are both exceptional. I would not hesitate (in fact have recommended this facility to several) to recommend View Pointe to anyone.

My sister in law really loves it here. We are very pleased with everything they have done for us. She is happy here, unlike the community she was at before. She is very interactive with the other residents. They are caring for her well. She helps out the other residents when they need help. The staff is good and very helpful. This would be a community I would recommend.

As a Home Health Care provider in the community, I have found the Park staff very easy to work with. The info I need for my patients tends to be secure and readily available for our practitioners when required. Staff has also been very helpful with scheduling and introducing us to the residents.

Transportation is fantastic! Staff is great. I like my apartment. Meals are pretty good, but always room for improvement.

I love living here. I have been here 15 months. For me, the most important thing is we have a community that really cares for each other. And when I say "cares," I mean genuinely cares! The activities that are offered meet my needs.

Excellent community with positive environment. Very caring staff and mom loves having so many friends. Mom finds the wide variety of well-planned activities fun and upbeat.

My parents were at the Gardens for respite care for only a week but I couldn't have had a better experience dealing with the Gardens. All the staff (Connie, Cara, Danielle, Jan) and others went above and beyond their expected duties. They made the experience so much easier than expected. The facility was super clean, the food was delicious too! I felt like I was in a restaurant with the quality and service.

They do a wonderful job at Park Regency, I've been very impressed with their services across the board! It's a very clean, friendly place, and it just has a very comfortable home-like atmosphere. I really like how dedicated and organized they are when it comes to keeping the residents active and engaged. The friendliness and flexibility of the staff is unparalleled! I really can't praise them highly enough, I highly recommend them!

It's still new, but so far we are very happy with them. We chose them because they had a more laid back mentality than a lot of places. They didn't have a set dining schedule, he can come when he's hungry and eat since it's open most of the day. We also liked the outdoor patio.

My mom has been at PRL for a year now and is very happy. When they changed ownership and then pharmacies there were a few bumps in the road. But things are running more smoothly now and the staff really seems to care for them.

Things are fine since moving my mother to Bethesda. Things are going very good. She does participate in some of the activities they have, but she likes to sleep a lot so that gets in the way sometimes. The food is good there. I would refer friends and family to check out this community when they are looking into their options as well.

After visiting a numerous potential locations my parents may enjoy, it was obvious Autumn View Gardens would be their new home.

They hardly provided care services because she was in assisted living. What they provided they did very well. She has now moved out. She did not participate in any activities because of her health.

There is not much that they can improve on. Everything they have done is good. The place is spotless. The staff is friendly and trained. The menu is good and the food is good, they have a variety of options. This has got to be the best place in the area. Everything has been really, really good.

Park Regency Thornton is a really nice facility, my folks like it. The food is very good. The executive director, Ed is very committed to making sure there is a good team to provide the different levels of care needed. They have been very good at figuring out what level of care my parents both need. It has been a really good experience overall.
