Toured on Feb 11. got a good feeling from this cozy place. Would choose this for mom, but right now we are on hold

I really like how nice everyone is here. [Removed] at the front desk are so sweet! The cook and ladies in the kitchen are great as well. The apartment I am in is very nice and comfortable. The only thing I miss from home is my bathtub. Other than that, I ma very happy here.

The staff at The Gardens Assisted Living are great. The place is always clean and the meals they provide are very good. We like that her apartment has a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The place is very open and we are happy with our choice.

The staff is taking very good care of my mother. The place is kept up ver well, the room my mother is in is clean. The food is alright, it is not the best but it is also not the worse. We are satisfied with how things are going so far.

I had helpful information from my advisor and had information ready to go for this community. I like the community and it is wonderful with their 3 levels. They have nice wide hallways and the staff are all very friendly and know what they are doing. It is the best fit for my sister and her husband. The apartments are nicer and bigger with an inviting atmosphere. It is more convenient to their children. I would want to live here too.

I really like the staff at the Sun Valley Lodge. We have excellent communication and they keep me updated on how my father is doing. The place is very clean and comfortable. The food is amazing and they have options as well as accommodations. My father loves the activities especially bingo and cards.

We do like this community for the care for my mom. The community is very clean and taken care of. The staff is nice and very friendly. the menu seems to be appealing and the variety of means. She has not moved in just yet because her home has not sold.They do have activities for her. We do recommend this community to families for the care and the value.

I had agreed to a tour and it was a nice visit. The walk through and getting information was fine. The person who gave the tour did fine too. This was just not the place for us.

My father is very happy here. Most of the employees we have met have worked here 10 years or more. Happy employees are a good indicator that this place is being run well. We couldn't be more pleased and will definitely recommend.

When I moved [removed] into Autumn View it felt like it was with a whole new family

When I moved here it was wonderful. The workers here are as nice as can be. They know you closely and are very patient with you.

The staff here are wonderful and patient and kind

Tracy is perfect for her job and the staff very friendly and interactive. The building is very bright and shining and is like a peaceful retreat in desert

There are 2 or 3 nurses that I've got to know more than the others, and they are very nice, caring and patient.t My mom can't talk very well because of her stroke and the nurse are always patient and caring with her. The place is always very clean and organized. They have a large variety of activities like game nights and exercise 5 days a week. The guy that leads the activities always makes sure my mother participates, he is very involved. The food is home cooked meals, and the portion sizes are good for her.

We have been very pleased with Broadmoor Court. The staff is amazing and our room is beautiful. Everyone is working hard to make our loved one feel at home. We were a bit disappointed that the movie nights scheduled are not occurring so activity level is a bit of a worry. However, overall, we are very pleased with the facility.

My father really likes the food and the girls that check on him are beyond a helpful, they check to make sure he s okay and gets down to the cafeteria. Our favorite thing about the place is that everything is accessible to everyone. The place is kept very clean and organized. He is very happy there.

On the tour it didn't seem to be friendly and I noticed that my dad would have to go outside to get to areas outside his apartment. Down the side walk, across the parking lot to the main building would be to much. They said they can pick him up. We were looking for an enclosed community. The apartment we saw was nice but they were renovating as well. The lady who I met with was nice.

The staff are kind, friendly and gentle. The food is good, healthy and mom has no complaints. They offer daily activities and mom is getting out of her room more often. The community is very clean. It is a good place for the price and I would recommend it.

We moved our parents in here 2 years ago. It was and is the perfect place for them. This is such a warm, caring and loving place. Daddy had some issues with his asthma and ALZ. The nurse and aides were wonderful just to always stick their head in checking on them. Sadly daddy passed last March and it was like they lost one of their own family members. They have helped mama (96. 3/4 yrs) adjust. Which is not easy when you were married 64 years! Mama is now living with a super sweet lady, who is my son in laws grandmother. They are just the cutest!!!! God ALWAYS has a plan!!! If yoy are looking for a small caring and honest place ....this is it. Never have we had a problem with health issues or with personal items!! Villiago is a blessing to us all!
