Best staff ever

We appreciate the friendly staff, the clean facility, and the faith-based docus at Bethesda Gardens Monument.

This community and caregivers are wonderful. They are following all state guidelines for keeping the resident safe. However, because of the state government's draconian guidelines, residents are still having to eat in rooms, can't get haircuts or have foot care. There have been no positive Covid tests in community.

The community has taken every precaution they can to keep the residents safe during this Covid virus. Although family members have not been able to visit inside the building, I look forward to joining in any activities prior to Covid- from [date removed] to now doors locked.

They have been excellent through this epidemic! Careful and made efforts to keep all safe!

[names removed] and their staff have made the entire experience of transitioning my mother into Park Regency a very smooth and enjoyable one. Everyone is so nice and extremely helpful. I put in a request for fix the front door of my mom's apartment, which wasn't closing completely, and the maintenance people were there within 30 minutes to fix the problem. I made the right choice in selecting Park Regency Thornton.

Our family is so thankful for Bethesda Gardens in Frisco and all their wonderful staff. Our parents have lived there since Feb. 2019 and when Covid hit this year, we were so thankful with our decision. Everyone at Bethesda has been welcoming and caring to our parents since the first day. They go out of their way to help each resident feel at home.

I was just telling my husband how thankful I am for Bethesda Gardens. My mom is happy, safe and well cared for. The staff couldn’t be better. Everyone really seems to love the residents. They are responsive and have been amazing. From [name removed] at the front desk to [name removed] and her nursing staff. Activities are fun and creative. My mom’s room is always clean and her laundry is always done. I know that if she needs anything she will be greeted by a friendly face.

My mom has been at Bethesda Gardens for over a year. She came in receiving temporary respite care in a lovely fully furnished apartment. This gave me time to visit plenty of other assisted living centers. We decided Bethesda Gardens should be where she stayed. We moved her into her own apartment and she loves it. Her room and laundry are always kept clean. The staff truly cares and sends out constant communication. There are plenty of activities to keep her as busy as she would like. They have been proactive and amazing during quarantine. I am so thankful for all they provide! My mom is safe and happy and I know she is well cared for.

We chose Autumn View Gardens Ellisville because of the value for the money, it was clean, and the proximity to our homes. My mother in laws room size is very adequate for what she needs. She generally thinks they have done a very good job with preparing the food. The best part about the community would be the warmth of the staff and how they take care of her.

Best place ever! Staff is so helpful. Especially in the COVID-19 time.

This is a great small community that is very professionally run by a very caring staff. My mother was well cared for and it always appeared that the staff was genuinely interested in the well being of the residents.

My wife and I moved here about 1 1/2 years ago. She needed more care and I just needed a nice place to be with her. The good news is she is doing great and as the saying goes happy wife, happy life. We have no complaints. The caregivers do so much for us, we are very grateful to have found Villagio. The activity director is wonderful too.

I toured this community and was very pleased with what I observed. My mom is currently in the hospital and then it looks like rehab, but our plan is to bring her here afterward. It's close to home, they did a great job helping me understand everything and the residents I observed appeared well and seemed to be happy. I'm anxious to get mom settled. Also, the price is very fair for the marketplace.

I have been at Villagio of Carrollton for a year now...time sure flies. I wasn't sure about moving into a senior home, but it has been a good thing for me. They make sure I'm taken care of, I get help I need. There are plenty of things to do and the staff is very good too. I do like the food, it's home made. I am happy.

I am a resident at Villagio of Carrollton. I love everything about this community. The best thing for me is the activities we do. The art projects really are my favorite...The activity director pays attention to what we enjoy and makes it happen. I also like that I can have time to myself or join in if I want to. And the food is really good.

I'm [name removed] and I am a resident at Villagio of Carrollton. They take good care of me here. I am always able to do something from bible study and singing hymns to planting flowers and vegetables in the garden courtyard. I like the food and my room is very comfortable. It's a good place.

I would recommend The Gardens. I don't think there are any better options in the area. We have had no problems there. The room size layout of the community is good. They have a large outdoor patio for residents to use.

I have been pretty pleased with this community. The maintenance is very good. The staff are attentive to residents. The nurse really knows her job and she is wonderful . Staff has said my sister has had a remarkable adjustment and is very happy there now. I believe is has to do with the suggestions by the nursing staff. I will definitely suggest Bethesda Garden to anyone needing an assisted living situation.

I saw and felt that it is a loving and warm atmosphere where the residents are happy right from the start. They were very welcoming and friendly. The staff treats the residents with respect and helps them in any way they can. I like how they are willing to stop what they are doing to help! The residents I spoke with like the food and going on outings.
