We're very pleased with the care here, we feel like our loved ones are happy and safe. Their staff are incredibly friendly and caring with all of the residents, and we feel like they really bent over backwards to make our loved ones comfortable and help them participate. They've been very responsive when we've had any questions or issues. Out of all of the communities we looked at this one was the brightest, cleanest, and most upbeat. One complaint I have is that the food is not so hot, and could use improvement.

My brother & I like this place very much but we know our mother. She really needs to be in her own, familiar space for as long as possible.

#2.overall: Have been talking to Bay Square for about 3 years off and on. Clean, friendly. Very close to brother #4. Located off route 1 in Yarmouth across the street from the busy post office. Located in a business park. Contained walking path available based on weather. Also has a memory care unit. Residents can age in place and hospice is available. Mom's dog would also be able to visit regularly. Memory care unit seemed small. Like the fact that friends of the family used this facility and seemed to have a positive experience. Don't like the comment made by the admissions director that a lot of people seem to die after the holidays and spaces can open right up.

We toured this facility while we were looking for options for my mother. Everything seemed fine, however they did not have the 24 hour care coverage that we were looking for. The rooms were also a bit smaller and more expensive than the other option we were considering.

The facility is very clean, both the resident rooms and the common area. The staff is friendly and takes good care of the residents. My mother really likes the food and the staff will provide meals between meal times if residents miss meals for any reason. There are always a variety of activities going on that the residents can participate in.

My grandfather stayed at this community, so it was one of the locations we considered when looking for options for my father-in-law. The care they provide is good, and it is a nice place, but it is much more expensive than others that we looked at. It doesn't seem to provide higher quality care to justify the higher price.

This community was larger than what we were looking for. It looked very nice, it was clean and the staff we spoke with were friendly, but it was a big place with a lot of residents. We wanted something smaller where Mom could get a bit more attention.

This was one of the locations we looked at for Mom's assisted living. It looked like a very nice place, it provided all the care she'd need and the staff were friendly. The major problem for us was that it was not a convenient location for our family to be able to visit, otherwise its very nice.

I haven't visited the location myself, but I assisted in the search. The feedback I've received from my loved ones is that overall the community is a lovely place, and they are very friendly. They have had a few complaints about things, such as having to bring in nutritional supplements, or transportation for doctors visits, etc, needing to be arranged two weeks in advance.

Robbins Brook has been through a change of hands in ownership since we have been here, but it seems to be a change for the better. It's a nice looking community, and the staff are just wonderful. The care services have been a bit spotty during the transitional period, but they're improving.

We toured this location when we were looking for memory care for my Mom, and it was a very nice looking place. However, it was also expensive, quite a bit more than others we looked at. We ended up choosing another location, but we had no complaints about this one other than the price.

They offered similar rooms and programs like the one we chose, and was just a bigger facility. It felt bigger. It was clean, nice, and friendly. I had nothing against it, the one we chose fit her personality better.

Expensive, but a diligent, warm, inviting and caring place for folks in need. They honestly seem to like the people in their care. All the necessary services are available under 1 roof. Staff and residents appear to like each other and their surroundings. If there is a problem, solutions are forthcoming. Residents are allowed to be themselves. Staff are not condescending and a real effort is made to make the living environment as home like as possible under the circumstances.

We toured this location while we were looking for options for my in-laws, and it was very nice looking. It was just starting up, and everything was brand new. Everything looked great, and the staff seemed friendly, but it was also fairly expensive. The location was also less than ideal for us, so we ended up selecting another community.

It's going pretty well, my mom is a difficult patient. It's beautiful and well staffed. They offer a lot of activities, but my mom doesn't participate. I chose this because the location was good and the aestetics were pleasing. I think the follow through from when one staff member determines whether or not they need something and they need to communicate it to the next person and they have let the ball drop a few times.

I had nothing to compare it to but my expectations were a little high. My dad was at the end of a very long haul and was pretty much by himself. I thought there would be more supervision, that they would be more hands on. He was in the dementia unit. The activities were pretty good. He was only there for about a month but he was starting to participate a little bit more. I thought they had a wide range of things for them to do. They had bingo and trivia, and a lot of day trips. On Sundays they had a person come in who would sing or play an instrument. The billing was very confusing. They were happy to go through it with you but it wasn't something you could figure it out by yourself. He was there for only about a month but we did pay for like 3 months. Also, we're in the middle of trying to get my father's long term care insurance and it's been a struggle getting documentation from Coachmen Square.

East Farms was very nice. It was a close contender. I like their memory care unit. It was very big but we didn't care for the way set up the billing. Her bill would have been outrageous because they have different tiers of care. It's not an all one tier program. The staff is very friendly. It's a busy and active place. It was probably the closest contender next to the place we chose.

That place was very nice. It's was lovely and it had a pool. It was very nice but of the 5 that I looked at there was one that really stood out for my parents and I left the decision up to them.

It was nice but it just wasn't as friendly as another place. The big thing was the personality of the place. That was the selling point for my folks. I would have moved in to any one I saw, Carriage Green included. They had nice amenities and everything. It's just that the person that toured us and the feel of the place weren't as warm and fuzzy as another place.
