It was a very busy place. There were residents coming and going and a lot of activity going on. I felt my cousin was a little more reserved and would be overwhelmed by that many people.

Nice facility and good programs

My mother has only been there for about 10 days, but so far I think they're fine.

This was a very nice community and really had a lot to offer. We chose a different community but it was only because I clicked more with the staff. It really is a very good community and was being considered.

Benchmark. 60-residents [45-active; 15-memory]. 2-story 'open' layout with multiple common areas -- Very comfortable, relaxing environment. Clean; Odorless; Activities (including onsite computer training) with residents participating &/or waiting to begin; Staff appeared engaging & friendly; Outdoor space with walking trail, flowers, vegtable garden - Worcester State University nearby. Dining area for 'active' residents open & nicely furnished, food served restaurant-style [appeared appetizing]. PT services/space onsite. Multiple care levels available [3 of 18 points at no-charge]. Financial discussion detailed with suggested contact for VA-assistance; discounted offer for studio at base level guaranteed for 12-months. Price aside, under consideration. PLUS 2-burner range top in each unit for cooking.

Very nice facility and good location. Easy access from Vernon. The only drawback was the size of the facility. May be hard for Mom and Dad to find way around initially. Was larger than either of the Emeritus locations. Better quoted price.

With my wife's unique medical needs we wanted a place that was close to home and where I could be there with her too. There were only two places that met our needs but the Atrium was the only one that would offer more care services if she requried them. The other place would have put her in a nursing home, which we did not want. I do not fault the Atrium for their activities or care services, the score is lower because of our unique situation and inability to utilize everything. The value is what it is, you don't get a choice in what you pay.

Location is great. Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgable and is sending a nurse to asses my father to see how they can accomodate him and my mother.

My sister and I toured 6 assisted living facilities and selected Middlebrook Farms for our father who has moderate Alzheimer's. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the monthly rent for a 1BR fit my dad's budget. We like the wide open common area as you walk into the lobby, and find the residents very friendly and well cared for. My dad likes the food and the various activities.

memory care, lots of men, pool, 10:00 am on Saturday. May combine two apartments to make a two bedroom.

Lovely facility. The program director knew all the patients by name and they seems to respond to her. All the staff was very welcoming and seemed happy to share any information with us. One down side was the advanced state most of the patients were in. I didn't notice a lot of interaction between them although they were in the same room. Didn't see a lot of staff around but there was an outing today so that may be why. Very costly and a lease is involved with a 30 day notice clause (15 in case of death). rent is still expected even if there is hospitalization. Staff ratio is 1:7 in day and 1:14 at night). Great concept for dining options (visual choices) and added benefits of depth perception color choices in decor. Nice menu choices. Will follow up for psyician list as she will need her own.

Toured facility. Very impressed with everything. The director went above & beyond to assist us and service us. Had wonderful lunch and met many staff and some residents. Very pleased.

Facility is nice. Rooms are small. residence seem to have a lot of options for activities.

Fine, friendly atmosphere, accomodations very good. impressed with amount of care included.

Can smoke on your deck.

Positive reaction. Knew people at site. Seemed comfortable.

Very nice facility. Perfect for the stage my Dad is in, but probably not my Mom (yet). Because of the size of the apartments, it would be a difficult transition.
