Overall I think they've done a decent job at Bedford Falls. The facility is generally clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. However, I do think that they could be a bit more attentive and proactive in regards to the needs of the residents. Our loved one has been asking to get his ears checked for 2 weeks and so far nobody has started to get anything set up for him.

They are very nice. They are very accommodating. We had some bumps on the road but they were willing to work with us. It's a beautiful facility. It has been a wonderful experience. Out of all the places we toured, this was the best alternative. My mother is still adjusting but so far so good. I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a place.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I looked at quite a few communities in the area and this one stood out to me as being very nice! The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them as being worth a look!

We weren't here very long at all. While we were there they did good by her. The nursing staff were interested, and respectful, and even visited her once in the hospital and once in the rehab center. The memory care department was a good size. I felt that their pricing was fair. A lot of our experience remains to be seen in how the parent company handles the financial end of things, but I have high hopes.

Salesperson very comforting. Tour was nice and personal feel from residents was apparent. Similar information shared from visit at another facility, which gave me a good feeling.

I think they've done a good job so far taking care of my loved one at Harbor Point of Centerville. They do a great job making people feel at home and like they are a part of the community. The staff are very friendly, and keep the place nice and clean. My loved one really seems to have settled in well here!

Capital Ridge has proven to be a significant gift to my mom and me and my sister. After almost a year of hospitalizations followed by rehabilitation in Nursing Homes my mother is in a comfortable environment where she is well cared for. After just a couple of weeks she is settling in like it is home. My sister and I spent every day at each hospital and nursing home because we saw her discomfort and the ways in which she was not attended to properly. Our lives revolved around sitting for hours in her rooms in these facilities, addressing issues of sub-optimal care. We are now actually able to visit instead of "care for" and monitor. The quality of her life and ours has improved substantially.

Chuck proved to be a real asset to the Village. He's very versed in the care of his people who live there. I loved the lay out of the facilities and know that there is a manager and nurse on at night.

Active, bright, cheery, well laid out facility. Staff visible and friendly. Dementia issues with residents well understood. Plenty of activities to keep dementia residents engaged and more stimulated. Could see one coming to this facility and thriving.

Things have gone very well overall at Benchmark Senior Living! The people here are very friendly, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they seem to have a lot to offer the people who live here!

We toured here as we were looking for options. It was clean and the staff was friendly. They seemed to have some good activities. Overall it didn't look like a bad place.

Overall I think they've done a good job at The Village at Kensington Place. My loved one is having a little trouble settling in, but I think the staff really went out of their way to ease the transition process and welcome her to the community. They've gotten a little less hands on now that she's been there a while, but I still think they're doing a good job overall looking out for her.

We toured here as we were looking. It was a lovely place with lovely people. We liked the set activities schedule, and it was closer to home than the other communities we looked at. It was overall a well rounded place.

We moved mom in here. It didn't go great. It wasn't anything that The Village at South Farms did or didn't do. They were clean and friendly and all of that. I just don't think it was the right fit for my mom. I'm not sure anywhere is. She just wasn't happy.

We are happy with how Harbor Point takes care of John. He is safe, and can find some activities he still gets enjoyment from. Most important there are staff members who are so very dear and responsive and caring and who makes his face light up whenever he sees them. They are always there with a cheery "hello John." It is so very heartbreaking to see a loved one fade, but HP environment makes it as painless as possible.

They were very welcoming to my uncle, and everyone has been very cordial and has engaged him in activities and everything that is going on there. There have been some communication challenges with the nursing staff regarding his medication. Overall though it has been a positive experience.

River Ridge has a very nice homey feel to the facility and is kept clean and in good repair. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. My relative lives in Harbor Care which is the memory care unit. She is very happy there.
