Benchmark Senior Living

The community was very nice to tour. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was personable and kind very professional. They were very informative and helped us with any questions we may have had. The location was not really what we were looking for though we had wanted something a little closer to my dads doctors and the hospital that he normally uses.

My dad has adjusted very well being here. Although he wished he was home he has come to terms that this is the place he will stay and now he is fine with that. He has fitted in with the other residents perfect and he is enjoying meeting new people and going on the field trips they plan. He has said he has nothing to complain about so we are taking that the food is good and all the services and the staff are good. We have found the staff to be friendly and kind. The community is close to my dad's doctor and the hospital he uses and it is also close to the family which is a bonus.

We had to move my mother is law to this community due to lack of care in the previous one she was at. So far she seems to be doing well with her move here. She is happy, and if she is happy we are all happy.

This is a lovely community, and my tour of it went well. The staff was kind, and friendly. They were informative, and my questions were answered. From what I saw they do a good job with the cleanliness. It was a good experience, but I did find another Benchmark that met our needs betters.

This was a big transition for my brother, and his move to this community. However I do feel he is safe, and in good hand. The staff is wonderful , and they really try their best to understand him, and his needs. They go out of their way to make sure he is well cared for. The community is well-kept, everything looks great when I visit. They provide nice meals, and have activities available for him whenever his ready to participate. I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us, and I would highly recommend it.

I like it here. It has a lot of good points. I enjoy the food, the activities are fun, and the people are very nice. I want to add that I love [Removed] and [Removed] because I know if I ever need them they will be right there for me. I feel good saying that.

My tour of this community was a nice one. Everything went well, and everyone was nice too my family. From what we were shown they do a good job with keeping the community well-kept. The staff we came across was friendly, and polite. It was a good experience, and they treated us very well.

We toured this community. The staff was able to answer the questions we had on the care. We wanted a community that did have physical therapy. the menu was appealing. The community was very nice. They did seem to focus on social activities more than therapy for a family member.

My mom is just fine living here under the care of the community. She is really happy.

The family thought we had made the right decision in taking mom out of a skilled nursing community but we were mistaken. We had attempted to give her a little more independence that we thought she was in need of however now she has recently taken a fall and we realize skill nursing is where she belongs. The time she spent here though she really liked. She really enjoyed the staff and the residents and she enjoyed the food. It was just obvious that she just needed that extra care they couldn't prove which wasn't anyone's fault at the community

This facility is very nice, clean and cheerful, but I did not get a warm, family feeling when there. Residents did not interact with staff much.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one. The staff where very kind and professional during our visit. I liked that I saw many people walking around and participating in many of the activities throughout the facility. It was just not the right location in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints about how things went during my tour I had taken for my loved one at this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to offer us lots of great information about everything they had to offer. They had a nice floor plan with lots of great amenities to all of the residents. It was just not the right location for my mother in the end decision.

The Falls was a very well kept community. The person that took us around was friendly and helpful. We really liked it but it was farther away than other places we looked into.

We really liked Chesnut Park when we toured. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. It all came down to the layout, my father liked the one from the other community a little better.

My father has only been there about a month, and he is still adjusting. He is so used to do stuff on his own. The food is okay, and sometimes it takes a while for someone to get to him.

I had a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints with how things went during our visit. They had a very clean facility with a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff where friendly and and made sure to answer any questions that I had for them in great detail. It was just not the right decision for my loved one in the end decision.

My parents have been here for about five weeks and so far everything has been going wonderful for them . I could have never picked a better fit. The staff are fantastic and provide them with with nothing but the best of care. They both have improved immensely in every day life skills. They get three healthy meals a day and are outside often throughout the day doing different activities and getting some fresh air. We are very happy costumers and thrilled with the results we are seeing. I owe a big thank you to this place.

For the most part the care is good. There were a few bumps in the beginning with my mom moving in but they are working with us, that is a plus for us. The environment and the physical layout is fine and clean. The community has staff that are friendly.
