My parent has received attentive care from many. However, he has multiple health issues and is in decline. I think the planning of his placement could have been clearer. We do appreciate assistance with many other issues though.

My father is very happy here. He really likes how friendly and helpful the staff memebers are. The community is very clean. He is offered many activities. We would recommend this care for other families.

I am very impressed with the memory care unit at this community. They have been helping my loved one improve by having her participate in the various activities and re-directional techniques throughout the day. I do wish there was better communication between the staff and myself about my mothers progress.

Things are going so far so good. The community is clean and well maintained. I have tried the food and I think it is good. They offer daily activities including bingo and exercise classes. I would recommend this community.

We are happy with the care and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My mom is happy with the meals. My mom likes activities and meeting new people. She is planning to go on outings. It is a really great place, she is enjoying it and feels like she is home. The only issue is not having a stylist available more than once a week. I have to take my mom to a stylist outside the community. However, I would recommend them.

Carriage Green went all out for us to be able to move brother-in-law from the hospital directly to their place. He is now in a safe and caring environment. Gets delicious meals 3 times a day, daily exercise sessions and even a Sunday Mass. We are very thankful for the service and support offered by Carriage Green.

The staff were all very nice and communicated well with my loved one. The community was well maintained and clean. My loved one was not very impressed by the food for some time it was good but the meals don't taste very good anymore. We were given misleading information about transportation. The transportation is only till 12 in the afternoon.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Coachman Square! The staff here is fantastic, they really go above and beyond when it comes to helping out the residents and making them feel at home. This was the first place I toured, and they really won me over the moment I stepped in the door!

I feel like everyone was nice to me when i took my tour of the community. It was clean and organized. Meal plans are available and activities as well. The Falls At Cordingly Dam is a pet friendly community. Resident parking is available for the residents. I really thought it was a nice community and would recommend a tour to families.

Very prompt in getting in touch. The first ones to do so. Director spent three hours talking to me and invited the head nurse to join us to give medical advice. Elegant interior. Room size reasonable. I worry about the average age and cognitive ability of the residents - much older than my sister and the ones I saw didn't seem aware of surroundings (I smiled and said hello to them with no response at all). Also sorry that there was no real garden. Forgot to ask about internet and phone access.

I'am very pleased with this community, my mother is being cared for well here. It is a very nice place, they do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The community and her room are well maintained. The staff is very friendly and very caring. She is trying all the activities offered. The food is good, she is pleased with the meals. I would recommend this community, because they are providing her with great care.
