My tour of this community was nice. The tour guide I had was kind and friendly. They answered my questions and were informative. From what I saw everything appeared to be well maintained. It was a nice tour, I enjoyed it. They did a good job.

The move to Orchard Valley at Wilbraham has been a transition. The staff are doing a good job caring for my loved one. The community is very well kept and clean throughout. They offer a variety of activities for my loved one to enjoy like the rosary group and musical entertainment.

This is a nice community, and they are taking good care of my mother and her needs. They have a very good staff here, they have been helpful and attentive. She is slowing getting involved in the community. We can't complain about the food, its pretty good. She is being cared for well here. It is a nice and clean community, they do a good job with the cleaning. Overall this is a community I would recommend.

My friend is doing pretty well here at this community. Everything is working out well and I'am satisfied. The community looks great, everything is very well maintained. They have a good staff here, they are caring for her well. Overall she is in good hands here and I would recommend this community.

We interviewed at the Village and my mother enjoyed the visit but questioned herself living there, she was a very independent woman (she thought). As things happened she fell in her apartment again and finally the Dr. in the hospital said he would not release her unless she had a care giver or a facility where she could live, We chose to place her in the Village - she was not very happy - but staff members worked with her and she now knows most of the staff by name is involved in most activities attends most socials and has a great time. She enjoys the care givers and they enjoy her the only complaint she has is with herself - "if only I could walk better i'd be out dancing she say". You could not ask for a nicer, more friendly, considerate, helpful staff with her and with us as visitors there is always a smile on most faces and lots of happiness being spread around by staff members. Could not have found a nicer facility for mom.

This is a very beautiful community and my tour went very well. From what I saw everything appeared to very well maintained. The staff was very kind and informative. The suggest other community's to me that would fit my mother needs. Everybody was very friendly and welcoming.

I would recommend this place as they are caring and very loving individuals that work here. It is a place where all the employees know the client and know the client well. I do not think there are enough staff at night to care for the clients there, but it is a new facility so bugs have to be worked out. The restaurant atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious. Not a bad meal there. The activities there are nice, they have music programs and movies that my mother enjoyed, there is always Bingo which she also enjoys.

We dont not have any complaints. The community is very clean, staff is friendly. They take great care of their residents. The food is excellent.

overall it is a very nice community. The only complaint I have is that some times an activity is on the schedule and it gets canceled last minute, or the evening movie starts earlier than it is on the schedule. My mother with early alzheimers relies on the schedule to get through the day as she doesn't know how to figure out what to do on her own. So if an activity gets canceled she sits there idol in her room or if the movie starts early she wont watch it because she feels like she hasn't seen it from the beginning. So it would be nice if the schedule remains the same.

Beautifully decorated athough not my mom's style. Not many people out and about the facility. Units seemed small.

The layout of this facility is very cheery - the common spaces are light-filled, and encouraged lots of interaction for the residents, who all seemed rather contented and friendly. The Executive Director, Phil, was very helpful and patient in answering all our questions and concerns. The food ( we ate here twice) was very tasty, and they seem to have lots of attentive staff around - an important factor for us. We are looking forward to Mom's stay here.

Staff is overwhelming friendly, helpful and accomodating,a real pleasure to deal with. Mom is enjoying the activities and the meals. The one shortfall is the ratio of aides to the residents needing care. Response time to call bells (pendants) is inconsistent and sometimes woefully slow. We hope to see improvement in this area.

Refreshing to finally hear a place that is not black and white with their care options. There is a place for those who fall into the grey area between memory care and assisted living. offered. The approach to care seems genuine. Nice staff decent size rooms with tons of sun. BI hospital affiliate huge bonus. Grounds are very urban 2 80 a6.biggest drawback.Amanda was wonderful.

My brother is at Benchmark and doing very well there. The place is pretty clean and he really enjoys the food. Since moving in he has made a few friends and signed up for a few activities. The staff at Benchmark are amazing. They are all very welcoming and make the place feel warm and homey. I am very happy with the place overall and would recommend.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

Not much in those negative reviews make sense to me. My Mother has been in Sanctuary Care since it opened and has been very happy. This is a community and family should become part of the solution when possible instead of hypercritical. I read the negative reviews to my husband and he thought something was a little fishy too. Tour the facility and meet with the staff before making your decision. It helps to try to walk in the shoes of the caregivers. Extremely difficult job which sadly I could not do myself. I admire anyone that is in the profession of caring for elderly and especially persons with dementia. I am not that strong a person and I know it but I can be helpful and supportive of those taking that are doing what I cannot for my mother.

Overall our experience with The Atrium has been a good one. The facility itself is well maintained and well decorated, and I like that the interior feels open and airy. The staff is friendly, they do a good job looking out for the residents, and the food seems pretty good. It's a nice place, overall.
