For the most it has been a pretty good experience for my mother here at this community. She has had a few set backs, but now she is back at the community recovering. I know she is being care for well, and she is in good hands. The staff have been good to work with for the most part. It is a well-kept, clean community. So far everything is working out pretty well, and I would recommend this community.

The Benchmark Senior Living was just not what we were looking for. The place wasn't as nice as other places,it was more expensive, and it didn't appear to be clean. The rooms that they showed us had a musty smell to them. The place is an older building. There didn't appear to be much staff, but the ones I did meet seemed nice.

So far my uncle is doing well here at this. It is still a work in progress, but so far everything is working well. There are nice activities available for the residents. He is getting involved in the community a bit. He is very happy with the staff. Overall he is doing good at this community.

They have been very helpful and friendly. They do a good job with keeping the community and her room well-kept. The location is very convenient for our families to travel too. Everything is working out very well, and I would recommend this community.

The Benchmark Senior Living at Billerica Crossings is a nice community. It is a bit older but still kept up well. The memory care unit is in the downstairs part of the building which I did not like. Also, the location was far from my loved one's friends and family, but overall a nice community.

I am very impressed with the memory care unit at this community. They have been helping my loved one improve by having her participate in the various activities and re-directional techniques throughout the day. I do wish there was better communication between the staff and myself about my mothers progress.
