Benchmark Senior Living

My father has only been there about a month, and he is still adjusting. He is so used to do stuff on his own. The food is okay, and sometimes it takes a while for someone to get to him.

I had a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints with how things went during our visit. They had a very clean facility with a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff where friendly and and made sure to answer any questions that I had for them in great detail. It was just not the right decision for my loved one in the end decision.

My parents have been here for about five weeks and so far everything has been going wonderful for them . I could have never picked a better fit. The staff are fantastic and provide them with with nothing but the best of care. They both have improved immensely in every day life skills. They get three healthy meals a day and are outside often throughout the day doing different activities and getting some fresh air. We are very happy costumers and thrilled with the results we are seeing. I owe a big thank you to this place.

For the most part the care is good. There were a few bumps in the beginning with my mom moving in but they are working with us, that is a plus for us. The environment and the physical layout is fine and clean. The community has staff that are friendly.

Out tour of Tatnuck Park at Worchester went pretty well. the facility was nice and so was the staff, but it was not what we were looking for at the moment.

Everything is working out very well since my mother's move to this community. She is safe, and good hands here, and I'am pleased with everything they have done for us. The staff is great, they have been very helpful. They do a good job with the cleanliness, everything is very well-kept. This community is working out well for us, and i would recommend it.

The person that took us on tour was knowledgeable and helpful. This is an older building and they do try to keep it clean. This seems like more of a medical community than a social community.

I like the care here for my father. They have a nice staff that is usually very good. We had an issue with him getting the correct medication at the right time. This is a clean community. The meals are very good with a nice variety of choices. They offer him a nice variety of activities to join with the other residents . I recommend the good care and value for other families.

The staff at this community are hands on. The community is clean and well maintained. There are a few things we are working with them on to improve.

This is a good community. The staff are really doing a good job with mom. Mom has gotten into a few activities and is transitioning well. She said that the food is okay for the most part. The community is clean and mom and me are happy.

The people I met were nice and knowledgable. The community seemed clean. This community offers activities and they have a game room.

At first, we were off to a rocky start, but things have gotten a lot better now, The place has been a good fit for my loved one. The executive director is in contact with us and they are very responsive to any situations. I recommend this place to anyone.

We liked this community. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The community wa clean and neat as far as I could tell. The residents looked happy enough. I did not like that they had such a small outdoor space for the residents.

Nashua Crossings is a very nice facility that can offer a family a lot that is looking to place a loved one in a retirement home, greate staff, nicely located in South nashua, well maintained facility, lots of programs and activities for the resident to take part in. I would recommend this place for a loved one to live.

We toured the Memory Care facility and found it to be a really nice space. The rooms were above average. However, given my mother's relatively high physical functionality, the limited outdoor space and less active activity calendar were less attractive than other alternatives.
