Benchmark Senior Living

We find the staff members to be have great communication and response times to any questions or concerns our family or loved ones may have. They have been very helpful with all the different insurance and paperwork that is involved. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families, for us it is the most cost efficient and conveniently located. We would go there ourselves. Their old chef was replaced with a new cook so each day the meals are getting better and better. Our loved ones get to pick and choose which activities they take advantage of, they seem to offer plenty of different things to do. We do feel our loves ones are getting their money's worth.

We had some initial difficulty with complicated medication schedule which is why the overall experience receives 4 stars. The regular staff people are terrific. (They get a four or five). The new hires don't seem to have the same mindset and levels of conscientiousness and dedication that the longtime employees do about the patient's welfare. New dining room, impressively, variable menu. Too much food at most meals. Waitstaff remembers quirks of every resident, for example, what they drink. That drink is ready for the resident when they get to the table to eat.. Activities - quite variable, appeals to residence with different interests, constant during seven days a week. Value for cost probably is 5 stars but I will give it a 4 because it is so expensive. However they are taking great care of my spouse.

This was our second choice, we didn’t go with them because my loved one wanted to stay in the same city and this one was not.

I would recommend this community to others. I really like pleased with the way the community is run and how my loved one is taken care of. My loved one does like a couple of activities, and is happy with the activities provided.

We have absolutely no complaints about the staff or the care our loved one is receiving, everyone has been so great to work with and they are very good with our loved one. One of her favorite things at The Village is the meals and dining service, she say it is excellent and they will even deliver the meals to her room if she does not want to go to the dining hall. She has made friends and is socializing when she wants. They have plenty of different activities and opportunities for residents to get involved. She really enjoys going outside and sitting on the porch. We would absolutely recommend The Village at Kensinton place, we feel very comfortable with our loved one being there.

Our family had an in person tour and the facility was very nice and modern looking. The staff members we me with were very pleasant, information and very thorough.

This was a nice and beautiful community. The look of the Memory Care unit felt very convalescent. There was great follow up from the staff.

Our family had an in person tour and we were hospitably received, the staff were very friendly but the apartment rooms were just not going to be the best fit for our loved one - they felt more like small hotel rooms with a small bedroom a shared room and little to no privacy.

We had a really nice tour experience with Benchmark at Leominster Crossings. The facility was brand new and very nice. The reason we did not choose them was because the apartment sizes were very small.

I toured this community and it was nice. Very modern and clean, we definitely considered it. We ended up finding a similar package for less cost at another community, but I would recommend this one as an option.

We toured with The Falls at Cordingly Dam and it was a pretty good tour experience. We were neutral, there was nothing wrong with the facility.

We've had a very good experience overall. The staff are all very polite and knowledgeable. Being completely new to senior living, I expected a little more regarding the care, but they do a good job overall. Our loved one is constantly not wearing his call button, but I do see the staff bringing it to him when they notice. And I understand that they can't watch him every second, 24 hours a day. He's settling in and enjoys playing piano there. He also enjoys the activities, They show movies, bring in entertainment once a week, and have a lot for the residents to do.

Everything seems good

This facility has done a good job for us. We've had some challenges, but working through those. They seem to struggle with their staffing needs and ability to handle some situations. Communication with the family is ok. They do housekeeping and no issues there. The food is good, good quality and variety. I would probably recommend them to family and friends.

Our mother needed advanced care and The Branches was able to provide that, if it was not for The Branches and their staff our loved one would be at a nursing home right now. It is expensive but our loved ones are paying for higher care and based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend them for families looking for a place for there loved ones.

It's a beautiful place with some great employees. Our mother called it home and truly loved living there. She thrived living there & she loved all the activities. We all wished mom had been there sooner so she could have enjoyed it even longer. I would certainly recommend The Village at Willow Crossings to any friends or family members looking for a quality and caring center for their loved one's.

It is really a great place overall. The only thing is - the family member always has to remain an advocate for their loved one, and that would be the case anywhere you might choose. But the atmosphere is bright and homey. It's in a nice location. There are nice areas to walk around outside, and they have a couple of patios. The activities are varied and hold the interest of the residents. I think there could be different activities introduced based on the residents' desires - I wish they would ask about that. But they really do care about the residents. The staff are great. They could improve on the actual execution of care. But any concerns we've raised to management have been taken seriously, and they take the appropriate action.

Crescent Point At Niantic has a beautiful location; it's comfortable and easy. They're very friendly when you come in, especially with everyone having to wear a mask and taking your temperature, just everything that comes with this stage that we're in right now. They haven't always gotten back when I've called and asked questions, so I did have to be a pain sometimes. But, all in all, they definitely care for the people that are there.

They've been very helpful, but they don't meet the criteria for our long term care insurance. However, it's worth looking into it. I like the residents. They're friendly and we have good interactions there. The caregivers are friendly and helpful as well.
