Benchmark Senior Living

My mother has lived at Leominster Crossings for 4 1/2 years and frequently tells us how blessed she is to be there. With friendly residents, attentive staff, including the nurses, she finds all her needs met. Now 102, she's celebrated four birthdays at Leominster Crossings and often tells me, "I have everything here." Her satisfaction and contentment with "everything," from the food to the activities to the atmosphere, mean the world to my siblings and me. We know she is cared for, safe and happy.

The community is beautiful, it is very vibrant with giant and spacious apartments. The staff are amazing and really work hard for the residents. The care services are excellent and we like how they offer more intellectual activities to the residents. Based on our experience so far with Evans Park we would recommend this community to other families.

I recently moved my husband to benchmark. The staff have been wonderful and personal. They are so friendly always speak to me, remembering my name. They keep me informed about my husband, how he is doing, eating and if he needs anything. They do this by either a phone call or sending me an email. As difficult as this decision was, i could not be more pleased with the care and support both of us have received from the Benchmark community at Leominster Crossing. I would high recommend this community.

My mom is very well cared for at Benchmark. We find the staff to be warm and friendly and they have been very responsive to family requests for updates. Our only dissatisfaction comes in the area of activities. There is simply not enough to do there. Exercise or stretching is usually done twice a day and there is a morning meeting of sorts. Bus rides are a nice diversion but lose their thrill if done too often. My mom complains a great deal of being bored and there being little going on. As we visit, she seems to be right more often than not.

Benchmark Senior Living is a good place. They have good services, activities, and food for the residents. They keep the community clean. The staff are good work with if I have questions or concerns about my loved one. Games, trivia, and more are available for the residents to participate in for activities. My loved likes the food a lot.

The community makes a lot of effort to help. It is clean. Most of the staff is respectful. The communication is the biggest issue with the staff to the family and the intercommunication with the staff. There has been some turnover of administration staff. The community didn't communicate with the family what all we would need to bring in for our loved one. There is a new activities calendar that has been provided to the family recently. The staff has been doing a good job at trying to assist my loved one in getting used to the community.

Our family had an in person tour and we enjoyed the community but to us it just felt more clinical.

The staff is good, the meals are ok. The activities are improving. The people are clicky. It was hard to make friends.

It has been a good experience. Mom has only been there a couple of months, and she still wants to go home - although I think that would happen anywhere she was. But it has been good for her and good for us. I like the staff. They're friendly and very helpful. Anything you need done, they do it. They really try to get the residents involved in activities as best they can. They had a sing-along the other day that I sat in on, and it was fun. I have not been able to try the food yet because of Covid, but they offered me some of the chocolate cake the other day, and it was delicious.

This seemed like a good community but my loved one was not ready for that level of care just yet so we knew that this community would be to much for her at the time.

Good community with friendly staff.

I toured this community and really liked the setup, although it was a little dated. It had a good feeling and seemed nice. I especially liked that they protected the memory care residents by keeping their unit separate. The rooms did not seem specifically designed for handicapped individuals and just not ideal for a wheel chair - likely due to it being dated. I had no dire complaints regarding this community, it just did not fit my loved ones needs.

This community has been good to us and our loved one. I would recommend this community for memory care. This community is convenient easy and they have a friendly staff. My loved one is always doing an activity and is always doing the sing a long, they also have word games for the residents.

If a parent or loved one needed more medical attention this is the place to go. Their medical needs model is great and why we choose them. The community has a wide variety of activities available for the residents to choose from.

It's about what I expected for the industry, the cost, everything else. The care is really good. The facility is well taken care of. No complaints.

I loved everything about Putnam Farm except for the price. The facility itself is gorgeous and the director we spoke with was wonderful. It is very expensive though, it is not one set price, everything is an add on charge.

This community was okay not the same quality as the other community that I was looking at. They didn't have any availability either.

My loved one absolutely loves it here. It's very clean. The only issues have been with the night crew and billing. The night crew is not as medially trained, and they're not very kind. The day crew and kitchen crew have all been awesome though. Billing is not exactly as they said it would be. She was expecting several thousand less than what her bill has been. But they're very good about answering any questions and responding to concerns. The food is very good, and I like that she always has something available to eat, any time of the day. They keep the residents busy with activities, and she talks to me all the time about all they have going on. They have both indoor and outdoor activities.
