My loved one is currently a resident at MiddleBrook Farms at Trumbull and the overall experience has been very good for her so far. The staff are all very caring and make you feel at home. I would recommend MiddleBrook Farms at Trumbull to others.

I checked 14 other facilities in Massachusetts, this was the best one for the care my mother needed.Some others were fancier, but this is all dementia care which was important, that everyone was focused on Dementia Care.They also offer End of Life care so when that time comes, I don't have to keep moving her around .It is pricey unfortunately, so I had to work with the financial guys to make sure it would work.I see how they interact with her, which is great.

Don't put a loved one there unless they are in advanced stages of dementia or Alzheimer's.. I took my loved one out because she wasn't in advanced stages. It was not the right fit.

Super friendly place. Everyone knows the name of all the residents. Very caring people work there More physical activity/engagement is needed - particularly music and exercising to music - and a less reading aloud to residents.

For the senior housing business the charges were quite reasonable, close by for me and our daughter, and the regular living areas are very nice. My wife just wants to be left alone, which doesn't work well with dementia needs

My loved one was previously a resident at The Atrium At Drum Hill and overall, it was a good experience for her. The staff is friendly and act professionally. The rooms are cleaned daily and bed is changed. The food is ample and the menu is limited because of resident's needs. Her clothes did get mixed up, however.

I moved my uncle to this facility because he started needing more and more support. For transfers, he needs a Hoya lift. He needs to have virtually everything done for him. This was one of the few places with that type of care. He gets food delivered to his room. The food seems okay, not great. Given his condition, there are food spills and other spills that have left carpet and furniture stains. They make attempts to clean, but there are stains. When I am there, it seems like the staff makes an effort to check in with him and joke around with him, which he likes. What is different about the staff here vs a smaller place he was in is that there seems to be a large turnover or maybe a lot of contract staff. He seems to get good care but for me, I have not been given a consistent point of contact. At his last place, there were 2 or 3 people who were always available to me. As such, I also feel like they do not reach out as much. I will give high ratings to their occupational therapist, who has been extremely helpful. In summary, I think he gets good care there, and this is about my only option for his needs. But it does not seem as personal and I have to reach out to get most information.

My mom is currently a resident at Greenwich Farms at Warwick and everything has been very good for her, so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The staff, meals and activities are also good. It's a wonderful facility and my mom loves it!

My mother was at the level of end of life so our experience was different than if she was just AL, but as a nurse practitioner who took care of patients in AL it seemed to be one of the better facilities.

The staff is very good and informative. My sister can be difficult at times and they were up to the task. Now she is insisting on going back to her condominium and the arbors staff are working with Lou to get her ready. My thoughts are that she should not go home.

Benchmark is a very nice, warm atmosphere, like a VT inn. Colors, artwork, carpeting... all very nice. Quite clean, seems organized. Staff is professional and friendly. Mom requires the highest level of care, and the staff provided it well. The food is good. Mom is happy there. Has friends who make her happy. I would recommend the facility.

Facility staff are very nice and helpful, rooms are beautiful, nice location. Only going off of feedback from my relative, but could possibly have more variety on the food menu and then my personal belief could be more nutritious as links to food and Alzheimer's.

My loved one has been very pleased with all aspects of the facility. The food is definitely a high point and housekeeping and maintenance has been very good. She complains sometimes that the communication from management could be better, but that's nit picking I'd say.

The staff were very good overall. The facility was beautiful. Communication was very good. Housekeeping was also very good. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would give the sales team and front facing staff a 5. They are excellent and really want to find solutions and help. The nursing team gets a 3. I find that the nursing team cares for their residents quite a bit but they are unorganized and don't always know how to message well to family members. It can feel like they aren't all on the same page and aren't closing the circle on what's happening with a resident - and the way they message the info isn't always the best. There also seems to be a mentality of "my boss said" instead of true ownership in decision making. The peace of mind is priceless, but overall, memory care is outrageously expensive.

I have only been to the facility myself once. My dad likes it though. The prices there were better than most that we looked at.

It's a decent place that has good intentions. Staff does their best but seems like they need more help. Picked it based on the sales pitch and the cost factor. And we were told that after my mother has spent all her money (soon) she would be able to stay based on affordable housing programs however now they seem vague.
