Mom is not doing too bad she has adjusted to her new surroundings quite well. It's a very nice place very clean and kept looking good. She is doing some of the activities they are offering. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Overall she likes the food they offer 2 choices at dinner time and if she doesn't like what they are offering they will accommodate her and make her what she would like.

The nurses are pleasant and attend to mom nicely. Mom enjoys the social activities and attending mass. She has a nice apartment like a home away from home. She seems to like the food and they do offer some variety. She had made friends. There is a salon and a doctor on site. She is able to see a dentist here. They keep the community looking great. It feels like home when you walk in and I would recommend it.

My mother is doing well since her move to this community. It is great facility with kind people. All the staff have been great. The nurses are taking good care of her, and her needs. They have also been great with their communication. Even the front desk staff is very friendly, and accommodating. We go to visit a lot, and every time we go the community, and her room are nice, and clean. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. It has been a lovely experience so far, and this is a community I would recommend.

I received so many nice comments from our guests complimenting the beauty of Capitol Ridge, the loveliness of the room, and the delicious meal in particular. Our guests were delighted to help themselves to takeout of the leftovers...always a good sign! It also honored my Mom to have a part in hostessing this occasion in her home. She was a proud Nana :)

My dad had excellence care while staying at the Birches for respite care for over 1 month. The employees really care about their clients. The food was amazing and appropriately served with 2 selections at each meal. The Birches is impeccably clean and also kept my dad looking his best every day. I would definitely recommend the Birches to anyone looking for respite or long term memory care for their loved one.

The staff at this community have been nothing but supportive and patient. They have been great with dad's care and helping with his medication. We have good communication with them and they keep him active. The community is clean and they check on dad's room often throughout the day. They have been good with accommodating his special diet. I would recommend this community for residents with Dementia.

My father has passed away, but for the time that he was at The Arbors of Shelburne, we were satisfied with the care that he received. It was a good place.

Mom is thriving at this community. I was so impressed with the care all the residents receive. They are treated so kindly and the caregivers are so accommodating. The staff are always welcoming have a smile and seem to really like their job. They are quick to respond to our questions and ask if there is anything they can help with. They encourage mom to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is phenomenal the community is very clean and I would recommend it. This is a very special place!!!

It had been a difficult couple of years leading up to moving my mother into memory care at Billerica Crossings (BX) a couple of months ago, but the staff there has, from my very first contact, been extremely compassionate and professional. [Removed] have provided me with tremendous emotional support and advice throughout my mother's transition from the hospital to BX. Prior to choosing BX, I visited 6 other facilities, but BX was the first place in which I felt at home. It's cozy, casual and inviting. They treat their residents with respect, with personal touches and genuine warmth. The services they provide are what you'd expect at just about any other assisted living/memory care facility, but the atmosphere is so much more friendly and happy. Other places I'd visited were either far too grand or a little scary. For my mother, BX is just right.

The staff are nice, helpful and are there for you with whatever you need. My father in law loved the food. They offer daily activities and they encouraged him to participate. The community is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community.

My husband is doing pretty well at this community. They are caring for him and his needs very well. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is a nice safe community, the staff is very kind also. I've had one issue with the laundry services, but things have since improved. There are activities offered for the residents. I had lunch with him one time, and the food was nice. It has been a good experience. I know he is safe, and this is a community I would recommend.

Everyone at the Village at South Farms has been gracious and helpful from the very first time we stepped through the doors. The place is always kept spotless and the food is much better than I ever expected. The director and staff have always been there for any questions and concerns I have had. I know that they consider it more than a job, it seems to be a passion. My mom is now safe and happy which has given me an amazing amount of peace of mind. I love the Village at South Farms.

My daughter, who lives in Watertown, visited senior living facilities. She chose Cabot Park and I have already reserved my apartment and will be moving in Dec 3. My daughter loves the place and the people - she says everyone is very friendly and helpful. [Removed] [Removed] is very nice and helpful.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. They are caring for her and her needs. This is a good community, and everything is working out very well. I'am pleased with the care, and everything they have done for us.

We are very pleased with this community and the staff. they have really done a great job helping my loved one get transitioned. Maryann is just a wonder. The community is always kept clean and neat. My loved one really enjoys the food and the dining time.

My tour of this community went very well. The place was beautiful and kept up very nicely. I spoke with the residents and they were very happy with their stay, they love the activities offered. The staff was very friendly and offered us to try out the meals which looked delicious.

I love the place. My only concern is the cost. I am not sure how long my mother will be able to stay there as she is using her savings to pay her monthly rent. Her next months rent is $8000 That is crazy. How does any senior afford this. By the time I get to her age the cost will be out of sight. The grounds are beautiful, the people are friendly, the food is great everything is good except the cost.

The care is going a well as it can for my parents. The staff are nice, helpful, and attentive. My only complaint is the lack in consistency. I have asked to separate my parents clothes, there are labels to see. I put a big note on his walker to be in a specific area to avoid falls. These are not always, consistently done. The meals varies, it is good some days and not good on other days.

This community looked really nice. The staff I met were really nice. This community has a homey feel to it. The community is in good condition and looked clean. This community was a little farther away than the one we chose.
