I have been very impressed with the communication during these trying times of Covid-19. My Mom has been very happy with the friendliness of the staff and they have done a really good job communicating with me during this quarantine. I feel the could be a little more careful at limiting the size of the groups of residents getting together, and I feel they were a little late in closing down the community to visitors. The staff is very caring and care about the physical as well as the mental well being of the residents. They are working hard to find the right balance of interaction during this time of social distancing for their mental well being. The food is excellent especially when they are serving in the dining room. Now that they are bringing the food to the residents rooms there are not as many selections. Overall Carriage Green is doing very well during these try times of Covid-19

We moved my father in to the memory care part of Bay Square in August. It took him a while to get adjusted but he is very much feeling comfortable and content. They have a variety of activities and they encourage participation but respect the individuality of each person. The staff is very caring and sensitive to the needs of the residents, and we feel very lucky to have found this place for my father. It also helps that the location is in a charming town and beautiful area, so getting out and exploring is always a pleasure.

My mom was isolating where she was in senior housing. Since coming to Tatnuck Park she is getting exercise, meeting others and thriving. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. She has always been very social and the activities and dining together with others has brought her back to her old self. Its good to see her happy.

Academy Point provided my parents the opportunity to spend my father's final days together. The staff was professional, caring, compassionate and treated my parents with dignity and respect from day one. They provided the personal care my father needed in the memory care unit during the day and in their apartment during the evening and nights. Unfortunately my father's health deteriorated faster then we had anticipated. During my fathers final days the medical and personal care staff provided valuable care and assistance to both my mother as well as the family. I would highly recommend Academy Point to anyone searching for a family atmosphere in an assisted living facility.

We selected The Commons for our mother who suffered a massive stroke and needed care we could not provide at home. She also has communication challenges with aphasia. The staff is patient, understanding and kind. The facility is high quality. My son said it reminded him of a high end hotel. The food is great. I often eat there with mom. My mother likes to garden and paint. The activities at The Commons are fantastic. They are more sophisticated such as making flower arrangements, painting and gardening. They often have musicians perform for the residents such as classical pianists. Mom used to play the piano and she loves this. The only downside for us is it is all private pay and expensive. However, they offer quality care which is worth the cost if you can afford.

Earlier this year we considered several assisted living community for my mom. We ultimately chose Ridgefield Crossings because upon visiting, the staff and caregivers seemed to be so friendly and solicitous of the residents. Now that she has been living there for more than three months, we could not be happier with our choice. The transition to assisted living can be a trying time for the resident and family, but the people at Ridgefield have made the difference. Our initial impression has been confirmed - the Ridgefield staff has been so friendly and helpful. Whether it is providing healthcare support, social integration, or just being there to answer questions, they have been terrific. The team at Ridgefield is to be commended for building and nurturing a culture of resident support and satisfaction. It is probably not a coincidence that the residents seem to be so happy there - the positive staff culture is contagious. Overall we are very happy with the community and our moms care.

I was dreading moving my mom from her previous assisted living place to a memory care facility. It was the best thing I did. She is smiling, more communicative and I swear her memory is a tad better. An environment where she is looked after and nourished makes a big difference,

We love Ashland Farm! My father has been at this community for almost two years and he is very happy and well cared for. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff and management team who are very attentive and caring to my fathers needs. Assisted living is indeed costly, but I feel my father is getting the wonderful quality of life he deserves. I would highly recommend Ashland Farm!

We love this place! The people, the care, everything. Our mother is receiving the care and support she needs at this point in her life, and that's a huge relief for the family.

My dad moved in last week, they have exceeded all expectations !

This is a new community that just opened and dad is settling in very well. The people were involved and friendly. They take care of his medicine for him. They will engage him in the daily activities. He has a 1bdr 1bath with a shared kitchenette. Housekeeping will come in weekly to clean. It also has a nice patio area with a pit out there. They offer 3 good meals a day with snacks as needed. I would recommend this to families.

I am amazed about the number of activities provided for the residents.

My Mom lives here currently on the memory care side. It’s still a very new facility so there aren’t a lot of other residents at the moment. The place is nice and they’re working with her to try and help with the adjustment. The food is good, she’s eating well, and they do a good job of trying to provide different options for her to choose. They have a few activities available like crafts, exercise, day trips to different places nearby, and different games. Overall, it’s a nice place and the staff really does a good job. It’s very professionally run and all of the RCAs are very nice. I would definitely recommend them.

I went on a tour here and it was nice. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The rooms were a decent size. It was a little big and thought it would be overwhelming for my mom. I had lunch here and the food was good.

My mom has been living at the Village at Kensington Place for a little-over two years. Her beautiful apartment is decorated with her furniture and things that she loves. She is independent, but knows that if she needs help, it's a push button away. In all this time, we have no complaints at all. Zero. The facility is lovely. The food is great and well presented. There are activities every day: meaningful things to do for residents and families. The staff knew my mom's name the very-first day. She felt welcome and valued. She has joined groups that suit her needs and talents. If I have any questions and/ or concerns, the administrator is on site nearly every day. Look at their Facebook page. There are hundreds of photos of residents, staff, family. My mom chose this community herself, and we all are grateful for the wonderful community atmosphere at the Village. Over-two years and zero complaints. For real: ZERO.

This is a nice community. The staff is nice and very caring to my mom's needs. The menu is good and she pleases with the menu. The community does try and keep her active with the others in the activities that are helpful. I like knowing that my mom is getting the care that she is needing. We would recommend the care from this community for other families wanting good care for a good value.

Mom is not doing too bad she has adjusted to her new surroundings quite well. It's a very nice place very clean and kept looking good. She is doing some of the activities they are offering. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Overall she likes the food they offer 2 choices at dinner time and if she doesn't like what they are offering they will accommodate her and make her what she would like.

The nurses are pleasant and attend to mom nicely. Mom enjoys the social activities and attending mass. She has a nice apartment like a home away from home. She seems to like the food and they do offer some variety. She had made friends. There is a salon and a doctor on site. She is able to see a dentist here. They keep the community looking great. It feels like home when you walk in and I would recommend it.

My mother is doing well since her move to this community. It is great facility with kind people. All the staff have been great. The nurses are taking good care of her, and her needs. They have also been great with their communication. Even the front desk staff is very friendly, and accommodating. We go to visit a lot, and every time we go the community, and her room are nice, and clean. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. It has been a lovely experience so far, and this is a community I would recommend.

Your organization, professionalism, and support helped make our family's special day an occasion to remember with :) Also, please extend my thanks to any other "behind the scenes" staff, who helped make things run so smoothly. I received so many nice comments from our guests complimenting the beauty of Capitol Ridge, the loveliness of the room, and the delicious meal in particular. Our guests were delighted to help themselves to takeout of the leftovers...always a good sign! It also honored my Mom to have a part in hostessing this occasion in her home. She was a proud Nana :)
